Before I exposed my credit card to tbdress payment processor, I was scared because there are many online stores that are spammers but I have been patronizing tbdress and never have cause to regret in their products and services. The worst online buy I ever had! Feel cheated upon. Ordered this nice looking woolen jacket whose initial price was $130, sold on 85% discount at $42. I was way too disappointed to receive a damaged and poorly tailored jacket that looks like its been made out of a cheap fleece blanket in a hurry! The customer service is the worst of all. I do not trust any of the good reviews posted here, pretty sure its been posted by their own people! TBdress IS A PURE SCAM! DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP OR FOR THE DECEIVING PICTURES OF THEIR PRODUCT!

Please do not order ANYTHING from this pitiful site. Also, newsflash if you are gonna have employees from TBdress submit all these fake 5 star reviews don't make every single one of them sound the same.The company needs to be shut down. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. If i don't get the item i ordered soon i will report to BBB and file a refund claim with paypal. It's as if 10yr olds are running this site. If i could give less than 1 star i would.

Terrible customer service. They do not know how to treat customers and how to respond to certain requests. Cloth they sell is not that cheap if combined with the shipping price they charge. Quality is poor. Never ever will spend a penny there!

This response from TBDress is total BS. It is automatically generated just to show that TBDress cares and wants to help which in real is opposite. Me, same as many, many other cheated customers tried to call these numbers, and it is not possible to reach anyone from that company. It does not make any sense to send them emails because they just will be asking you to send another email with more pictures of defected item, they will tell you to go to the tailor by yourself to fix an item, or will tell you to wait another month for an order to come even if it is already month late, and so on... This company has to be shut down!

I went to tbdress to get something warm for a child of a friend. Korean Long Sleeves sweater particularly impressed me. I would choose the apricot sweater because the color is so pleasant. The cotton material is pleasant to wear and will keep the kid warm.
This shop is particularly suitable for women who want something special. It has a large range of wedding dresses and accessories. I will recommend it to another friend of mine who is getting married next month.
Perhaps I will also stop over at Clothing Section for Women to see if I can pick something up for my niece too. I was thinking perhaps a nice top and a matching pant. There are blouses, shirts and knitwear in exciting colors and designs. I am still undecided. Knitwear looks pretty or perhaps a lace T-shirt will do nicely. For the pant, I think the Korean style pant with Leisure bow Knot will be great. I must check if there are enough color matches. It has a price of $16.29, which fits my budget exactly. The top sets me back $19.63 so that with shipping and taxes the entire thing comes within $40.00. Lovely!

I placed an order for a dress in October 2013. I received an email from the company asking to verify my size. I immediately responded with the verification of the size of my dress. A month later, I had not received my dress. I emailed them for status and they didn't respond until November. This is when they informed me that the dress had never been made. At this point, I cancelled the order. Although it was not my fault for the cancellation, they will not refund my money because they said I hadn't cancelled withing 48 hours of the order. WORST comapany ever!

I placed and paid for my order on 11/29/2013. The order was to be shipped to Nigeria but I paid for it from my US credit card. It is now 5 weeks later (1/4/2014) and Tbdress has still not delivered the order to the recipient in Nigeria. All efforts to get information from their customer service has failed woefully. At first we were informed that the order was shipped out on 12/5/2013 and then the next time we called, we were told that the order shipped out on 12/16/2013 and now we are told that it has NOW left China.
This company is SCAM! Do not purchase from this company. I suppose if you're in China you may actually receive your product.
Oh and Yes the tracking number they sent does not work and the company refuses to tell us the exact shipping company they used, after charging almost $100.00 for shipping

The quality of the dress is very poor and it’s absolutely different than the picture. The Ruching (texture of the fabric), the sewing, the sleeve margin and the bottom margin is completely different. Also there is a zipper in the back of dress but for me it doesn’t have any zipper. Totally the quality is so poor and I like to ask for the refund. I am wondering how your customers give you high rate and comment positively. Don't buy from this fake site.

I made the mistake of buying quite a bit of clothes and shoes. The clothes were certainly smaller than they look on the website, but I can fit them. It just isn't the same oversized sweater look I was going for. The models are either the size of 12 year old girls or they are not shipping us the same clothes advertised. The quality was poor. The shoes were ok. Looked a bit unfinished, but I think I can fix it. I will try to fix all the threads hanging from sweaters. No point in trying to get a refund. In this case you really get what you pay for.

"The biggest frauds ever! Don't ever buy from this site, be very carefull! I've ordered a jacket Size XL (I usually wear L but i ordered XL to be on the safe side). The size was tottaly incorrect, it more looked like a small. The quality was not as shown in the picture, it was very poor... Ordered a hooded T-shirt (one size), it was horible, it's made for midget people, the models wearing this in the photos must be 1,45cm height and 30kg. Deffinetely not for Europeans people. And the quallity was also terrible, the hood was much more smaller than the picture and looked really ugly and the fabric too thin. Unfortunately i've ordered and two pairs of shoes and that was a total disaster! I've ordered size US8 which is UK6 and EU39 (as the "SIZE CHART" of the site itself refers to) but the 1sth pair turned to be EU36 (although they'd placed stickers on them writing 39) and the 2nd pair EU38. I could have gave them away or shell them but they are also so musch more different than the pictures that such a thing would be impossible. I've wasted 100 euros and i'm really agry (mostly with my self)cause i didn't see all that negative reviews first. I've made my negative comments to the products i ordered to tbdress.com but they'd never posted them. That means that all possitive comments in the site are fake and made by the FRAUD owners! Apart from all these, the order was split into two different orders and had to go to the post office two different dates standing in the line as the shipment didn't came to my door. The first package was opened and in a very bad condition. "

Founding TBdress.com, I liked a wonderful elegant black dress with one covered shoulder and I couldn't take my eyes from it. The Modern A-line Sleeveless Ruched One-Shoulder Sweep/Brush Train Evening Dress impressed me with its sexy emanation. It came on time with the incredible 70% discount! Love it!

I followed the 3 step order procedure and was taken to paypal to make payment. Upon my inquiry into the status, Heidi at customer service emailed me and confirmed she did in fact receive my payment but no order was showing. I replied to her stating what product I ordered. I have heard nothing from the company since! The date I ordered was December 17,2013 and paid the additional shipping charge for the 2-5 day delivery. It is now January 2 and no a word even though there policy states they will reply within 24 hours. HORRIBLE!

The worst customer service EVER. I ordered quite a number of shoes, handbags and dresses. Two of the handbags were the wrong colour, dresses didn't fit well at all and the shoes were such poor quality, that they weren't even glued properly. I have sent COUNTLESS e-mails to them and tried to attach pictures of the wrong items. WELL, there's something wrong with their website because it keeps coming up with an "error send" everytime. They respond days later asking for pictures, but their website is obviously faulty. STAY AWAY, PLEASE.

Horrible site! I ordered some gift items the middle of December with a "guaranteed" delivery date of Dec 20th. It is now Dec 30th and I have not received them. They charged my credit card very quickly, but the items are stuck somewhere in China and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! My son also ordered an item which he received a week late (after paying for expedited shipping) and he said it is very poorly made and a waste of money. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM TBDRESS.COM!
