I just bought 2 tiny, so beautiful dress for my little girl and she kept smiling all day long. I just love them. TBDress.com never charged extra rather their price always appealing to buy more and more. They just bring unique styled clothes at very reasonable price so that customers feel no pressure while buying one.

I ordered a coat for my daughter. They stated in the description that the coat was wool, it was fleece blanket materiel, The buttons were hanging off like someone used too much string, String was hanging all over the place, I measured my daughter using their measurements on the site. What I received was coat(and I use that word lightly) waaay too small and too short. I was totally ripped off and I have been trying to return it for a refund since the day it arrived to my home and they will not respond. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONORABLE LYING CHEATS. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY. TWO KIDS IN COLLEGE. I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!

Though TBdress isn't perfect I would say consider what my experiences have been. I have ordered about 15 items(mostly dresses and shoes) over two shipments. All the items with the exception of two were of acceptable quality and looked like the picture. Two items (one coat and dress) were made of cheap material and looked nothing like the picture. Returns are pretty much out of the question as that is culturally different then the US. Buyer beware. Their shipping was very good, but they have the habit of shipping everything separately. Their reviews are misleading. They filter all the negative reviews out. My positive reviews were posted, but their need to respond to the reviews is annoying. The "I love this" reviews are useless and I wish people would say more constructive things like "fit and quality was good" but maybe I am too practical. Secondly, their line is designed for Asian women. If you are one like me then the sizes tend to be correct. If you are not then the sizes will seem way too small. There are no labels on most of the items which indicates that their line wasn't intended to ship outside of China or Korea were the labels aren't required. Washing and cleaning can be a bit of a guess, but overall the items have withstood washing in a regular wash machine. I give them four stars, but I am use to Chinese standards and by any other standard 3 might have been more appropriate. Don't be afraid to order from them, but be prepared to live with want you get.

I would like to return some items I ordered cos it's absolutelly poorly quality, they look different like on picture on your site, they are short not size like supposed to be and everywhere are fibres which shouldn't be. Another thing annoying me is that items don't have tags with informatinons like size, material and many others. By the law they should have. So u break law and I will contact my lawyer about it if I can do anything about it if u not return me money back. Thanks Anna

0 stars! This site is a total scam! I wish I had looked at some of these reviews before purchasing SEVEN items, one coat of which never arrived. I lodged a complaint upon receiving my other items (every article of clothing was poorly knit and WAY too small - I even ordered a size larger than usual). The one sweater I wanted to keep fell apart in the wash. I emailed them since I couldn't get through on the phone and still have not heard anything back. $250 down the drain... don't do it!

I wish I would have seen all the reviews first. All the bad ones are true. They sent me the completely wrong dress; after countless emails back and forth where they tell me to give to a friend, why can't I wear the dress, what are my measurements, can't I fit into etc? All total b/s, and then they want me to pay for shipping back to them!

WHATEVER YOU DO, IF YOU'VE MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING WITH THEM, LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL AS ONCE YOU GO 45 DAYS BEYOND THE PURCHASE DATE, YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WITH PAYPAL - TBDRESS KNOWS THIS AND USES IT AGAINST PEOPLE.

I am so disgusted with them, and I only wish I could stop their trade in the USA.

It's actually ZERO STARS, but i had to pick something to submit my experience! I wish i would have read the reviews here before i purchased my jacket. The jacket i received was not the same as the one advertised, the color was different and the length was shorter. I followed their return policy (email them a pic of what you received - i sent them a pic of what i received with a side by side view of what they advertised). Their response was to offer me $5 back and a discount on a future order! Are you kidding me?! There will be NO future orders from this company! Be warned, do NOT order from them. They offer a return policy that they don't adhere to. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Ordered 3 items in late November (sometime around the 23rd), intending them to have for Christmas- Items didn't arrive until the new year. 2 out of 3 items I am "pleased" with, 3rd item's poor quality of craftsmanship makes it almost a complete write-off (also made out of fabric that feel like burlap).
Very shifty tracking services, the whole experience lacked a legitimate feel. I could have looked past the lateness and even the item quality, but it is the lack of traceability that put me off the most. I do not intend on buying from them again.

DON'T SHOP HERE! SCAM!
If you decide you need to return an item FORGET it. You will get a run around that is extremely frustrating. If an item is too small they want you to take a picture with the item on and place a tape measure to show its size. This is simply ridiculous for an item purchased online. Then they will ignore any further correspondence for a long time and then come up with something else you need to do. I have been trying to return a product now for two months. Still getting the run-around.
These items are not made in sizes comparible to US sizes. They are at least one size smaller to include shoes. The shoe
