DO NOT ORDER FROM TBDRESS!
I ordered a bridesmaid dress according to their size chart. The dress did not fit me and I have tried to exchange the dress. I have gone round and round with someone via email for weeks and hove not gotten anywhere. You cannot speak to anyone because they DO NOT speak English!
I am now being told that because tbdress did not make the mistake, I cannot return it and "I should give the dress to a friend because it is beautiful".
In the return policy on your website, it DOES NOT state that items can only be returned if there was an error by tbdress. It states "If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached." I meet all these requirements and they still will not take the dress back.
I have had to order another dress with custom measurements, so I am now buying 2 dresses for one wedding.
They think that because they are in China they can lie to and cheat their customers! I will NEVER order from this company again and I will make a point to let everyone I know what a horrible company they are!

Please do not order from this site... I read the reviews before ordering but I ignored them and now wish I would have listened!
Ordered 5 items 01. 12. 13, it is now 01. 02. 14 and I have still not got the full order that I paid for! The items I do have arrived separately (a month after ordering) I am now awaiting 2 more items which seem to have 'disappeared'
The first time I messaged I got reply to say my order has been shipped so 'just be patient' they will be delivered within the week... that was 3 weeks ago! I have sent them yet another message and got no reply this time!

It is such a shame because they are cheap and the quality is actually really good, the sizes are on the small size though, I am a UK 8 and I found the medium to be a little tight but wearable

This site should be regulated as I've read quite a few comments where people have not received the goods they have paid for... is this not called fraud?

Every single time I log in to tbdress I always find something to buy. I shop for clothes online at least twice a month and therefore prefer sites that are always bringing in new stock. This is what I love the most about tbdress. They always have something new in store for you. In addition to this, I always find discounts on items almost every other day. For example, the last time I was shopping for back-to-school clothes for my kids I saved about half of the budget I would have otherwise used on other sites. I made use of their coupons which was then added to the discounts they already had on the items. Unlike other sites that promise discounts and then just knock off a dollar, tbdress really has major discounts that really make a difference. In my opinion, it is a tremendous site that any online shopper should try out.

Do NOT ever purchase from tbdress.com. When they don't send the goods and you ask for them to credit the amount back to your credit card, they will not. You will NEVER see your money again. BIG RIP OFF site.

Mar 1,2014 update
This is followup to my review in January, in which i stated they never credited me back the funds after never sending me the goods as they said the item was out of stock. After writing on Sitejabber, and exchanging several emails with TB dress, and most importantly telling them I will be reporting them to my credit card company and then they can deal directly with them, they finally credited me back my money. In the email in which they notified me of the credit, they also asked me to write a new review of them and give the a three/four star review, which I will not. I will however, say I finally got a refund... After chasing them for almost two months.

Unless u call them they dont answer any emails and even then its no use.
I ordered a number of items and ALL look differently once i got them.
A shirt that looked tight fitted on the pics is really really wide... the measurements are wrong and one dress that had a close up pictures of it looked like had a fine fabric in real life was super cheap and transparent completely!

My sister's wedding was last October. My younger sister and I, both bridesmaids, decided that we would go through TBDress for our dresses since they seemed really pretty and the reviews were good (which are all fake, we realize now). It is impossible to publish a bad review, since they don't publish any negative comments. My sister ordered a strapless number in pale yellow (we were supposed to get the same color) and it turned out to be peach when they sent it. Not only was it two sizes too big for her, it had BLOOD on it. And not just a little drop here and there. There was a trail of blood on it from where the worker had pricked her finger and kept going. Didn't stop. Thats definitely sanitary. It was also ripped, fraying and just far too big. They wouldn't let us return it. No refund. My sister ended up going to a bridal store to get another dress entirely.
My dress, which I ordered two sizes bigger as recommended, came a size small. I didn't gain that much weight, I assure you. I freaked out everyday until the wedding, unsure of whether the zipper was going to close. Luckily it did, but the dress came off as soon as the pictures were done due to suffocation. I ended up attending the reception in jeans. They also made the top, which looked delicate on the site, into a bulletproof vest.
If anything good came out of ordering from TBDress, its that my mind was at ease during the ceremony that if a sniper dare shoot in my direction, the top of my dress would deflect all incoming bullets. Buyer beware. TBDress is not a good idea. Ever. Cheap, unsanitary, poorly made. My dad could've done better.

I ordered a dress with a slit on the side. There was no slit. I sent six pictures and they are still saying they do not see the problem. Also the dress is a foot longer than the measurements indicated. They will give you the hardest time returning a product--still no success. Every single positive comment is a fake, just like their website reviews because there is no option to leave a comment! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT buy from tbdress.com. Their measurements are not accurate and they WILL NOT exchange an item if you order the wrong size. I ordered a beautiful coat and when tried it on, buttons fell off. On further inspection, the liner on both right and left side is ripped and stitching is loose. Tbdress blamed me for the damage and refused to return. After a few emails, they agreed to return; however, I have to now pay $50 s/h for a coat I paid $50 for.

I would not recommend this site to ANYONE! I ordered two shirts on December 5th of 2013. It is January 24th of 2014 and I have only received one of them. I didnt get the first one till a week after christmas in December and still have not received the other one. Ive tried several times to write the company to find out what is going on and I still have no received a response. Not to menchen, then shirt I ordered is nowhere near what the shirt looked like in the picture. It was suppose to be a very loose fitted shirt, and then one I received was very tight fighting. I feel this site is a total scam and I will never order from them again.

Let me begin by saying, I intensely dislike dresses. I will even venture to say I loathe dresses. I like skirts, shorts, jeans and slacks fine, but dresses can sleep with the fishes. There is only one thing I dislike more than dresses themselves and that's shopping for them. Occasionally in my slacks-and-skirts-only existence, I find myself faced with an invitation to a function in which slacks or skirts are not appropriate; enter the Kentucky Derby. TBdress offer me very trendy and cheap dress. I like to wear it everyday because I fell pretty and adorable.
