I had to get the dress of all times so i searched everywhere and someone recommended me to tidebuy.At first i was kind of reluctant because it was an online thing but as soon as i got the dress i wanted i changed my mind about online especially tidebuy as it is the shop to go to if you need an adorable and cute dress. Surely i was the envy of everyone at that black and white party, and my girl friends wanted to know the place as it was affordable and yet it was classy and of high quality

HORRIBLE I have been waiting on a coat I have yet to receive for 21 days (that is after they say it was shipped --TBDRESS said it was shipped on the 13th and to track on ems well ems said it was shipped on the 13th but that was 21 days ago now and nothing) they kept randomly replying to my emails giving me the run around telling me to relax that I chose super save option it would be 10-20 days ummmm no I asked for 8-10 days it has now been over a month since I ordered it and over 20 days since they said it shipped so NEVER EVER buy anything from them I feel foolish there is a reason they are so cheap! I probably will never see my coat and my money again.

I bet the 5 stars here are all the tbdress website administrators (that's why all the reviews are either 5 or 1 star). This website is a big fraud. They show you nice models, and when you order one, they try to make a dress like the model for you. The problem is that remaking the dress by tbdress is like a kid trying to redraw Mona Lisa! When I got my dress, my reaction was nothing but laughing. I did the mistake to ask them for returning the dress, they made me take a lot of pictures and send the complains. Of course in the end they said they thing the piece of crap they sold me was beautiful. And at that point I throw the dress away. I literally throw it in the garbage. Please, please don't make my mistake.

I ordered 2 dresses and a blazer from tb dress before I read and reviews about the site so when I read all these horrible complaints I was soooo worried and thought I was gonna be waiting weeks 4 them 2 arrive. They just arrived 2day after only a week of waiting and I was so scared 2 open the package. They are all perfect! Absolutely chuffed with everything I ordered, I just wanted 2 give people a bit of peace of mind about it because I was really worried and I was only getting casual dresses, nothing like a wedding dress wer it would be sooo stressful waiting 2 c if they're perfect. Hopefully there's a very small amount of people not happy compared 2 people who are. And just remember people who are not happy are more likely 2 give a review about it than people who are delighted with their products, and that's why there's so many bad 1s, I'll defo be ordering from tb dress again. I might actually order something right now

I am very big fan of sleeves dress. I always want people to be specific about the fit and quality, so here goes my effort. These sleeves fro tbdress.com are very comfortable and soft. The fabric is thick enough to not be see-through. I wear a size 18 and the XL fits exactly how I would want pajamas to fit, loose and flowing, but not too baggy. In fact, I would say, they fit me just like the model looks in hers. I washed and dried them with no issues. I also have bamboo sheets. I highly recommend both.

Please, please, please read this. Okay, so I am getting married in May 2014. I had chosen a bridesmaid dress that was going to be over $200. I decided to take a look at some online sights first to see if i could find anything cheaper. I came across tbdress.com and was in such a frantic panic about getting cheap dresses that i didn't really do any research. I found something much prettier than what i had picked out for $200 and decided that since it was only $70 we were going to go with it. I had all my girls order it. I got a sketchy email afterwards that was mispelled, but i was too excited that i had found it for a great price that i just totally disregarded that. About 2 weeks later, i haven't heard anything and my dress was still processing, so i decided to email them and see when it would come in. After that i decided i'd look into some reviews. I found all of these horrible reviews and straight panicked! I was sick to my stomach and thought for sure i'd made the worst decision ever. But all i could do was wait it out. The next day i got an email saying that 2 of the dresses had been shipped. They arrived a day later and were PERFECT! I was of course super worried after reading these reviews, but I can not tell you how pleased i am. they do NOT look cheaply made, the beading was BEAUTIFUL, they fit PERFECTLY, and the color was AMAZING. The two that were ordered through me were a size 6 and a size 14w and they both fit the girls perfectly. I have 6 other bridesmaids who has all recieved their dresses and they fit perfectly and look amazing. Of course they will need to be hemmed, but omg that is so minor. Please disregard these bad reviews and remember that most of the ppl that had great experiences don't write reviews, it's the ones that had bad experiences.

After painful experiences with cloth retail outlets websites by not getting what I exactly needed, to delayed delivery and to over priced cloths, a friend of mine introduced me to tbdress.com. The first experience I had there was awesome and nothing compared to what I had been going through in the other clothing websites. Their inter phase was so simple and user friendly. That made me fall in love with it even before I could explore what it had to offer. I went on to see their stock and I found clothing makes that I had unsuccessfully searched for so long. In their website, I found the Glamorous floor length prom dress which I had searched for so long without success. This is thanks to their easy search system. Keep up tbdress.com

Ordered a coat in Dark Blue. They sent Sky Blue which is a horrible turquoise color. Emailed them and they said "I've seen the picture you sent, and we are really sorry for that, could you please keep it we would like to refund you 5 dollars as a compensation. The dress in sky blue is also very nice" UHHH so I don't get what I want. Instead of having the option of mailing it back to exchange (what I asked to do), I get $5 back--big whoop--and a coat I won't wear. It is also a pretty shoddy construction for a $45 coat. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered three items from this website and they were suppose to be delivered withn two weeks. It took them more than a month to ship the items, and I had to wait two extra weeks to receive them. Two items were way undersized and the third item was completely different. I contacted Lucy the customer service, she reply to whatever you say by using the same answer. I explained everything to her, and attached photo for the items. She asked me to have other photos taken and sent to the email to check the photos for better quality and I did. Now she responded again asking me to just accept the items as they are, and she will offer discount for future purchase which just pissed me off more. Is she that stupid to think I am going to buy from them again before they resolve the current issue. These guys are a punch of internet thefts but I am not going to let it go.

Buyer take note: $20 don't buy much in China, so don't have high expectations!
Ordered a few cheap dresses. Customer services is alright for China. Product arrive to New Zealand in 20 to 30 days, required signature. Products all had cheap linings but okay shell. Two dresses out of 4 I've received are shorter than description by 5 to 8cm (one's only 75cm), so too short for me (1.75m tall), one of these dresses were lacy and looks really cheap.

The general quality is a bit poor n when I ironed it they all smelled of chemicals. So I wont be machine washing it. To sum up, I would wear 3 out of 4 dresses but may have to alter one.

Okay, so my first experience with this site wasn't really a good one. I had ordered my prom dress from there, like, two weeks in advance before the actual event. I was excited because my dress was a steal at $110 instead of the $200 my friend paid for hers. But the days passed by and my dress was still under construction, as it stated on the website. I panicked because it wasn't going to be there on time. I tried canceling my order but the customer service there seriously sucks and is almost nonexistent. I cried the day before prom because my dress hadn't come in yet. When, miraculously, the evening before prom, my dress arrived. I expected it to be poorly made because of reviews I had seen from this place. But to my delight, it was perfect. It fit perfectly and was very well made. We did, however, need to shorten the dress so I wouldn't trip in it. But in the end my dress arrived and my prom went amazingly. I now regularly order my clothes from there and they haven't failed me yet. A tip I would give though: order a month in advance to be safe. It saves you the stress and the tears.
