HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have ordered from them in the past. And I had an OK experience. It took over two months from my clothes to get delivered but, the clothes were good quality clothes. I ordered the second time, and two weeks later all of my clothes got delivered except for one jacket. This was in JANUARY when I had ordered. IT is now MAY. And they said that my jacket got shipped back because the shipping company could not find my address? So how did all of my other clothes get delivered if that is the case? The customer service is horrible. Instead of being a regular company. And realizing that because it took SEVERAL months to deliver they should probably ship me a free one? This idiot ' BURHARIN ' says that I need to pay $16 if I want it to be shipped back? And claims he will ship it in the next 24 hours? When CLEARLY That is not the case considering that it states that is the policy on there website and they deliver months after.

This website is a legitimate joke.

I was with my friend merry desoza... she was surfing internet for last few days. But she was not able to find dress according to her choice... at that time i had just visited this site randomly... and i was surprised with variety of design dress and jewelry. I gave this site address to my friend... and she was fall in love with it... she purchased... and got quick delivery of dress... after 5 days she was worries that her dress will be delivered or not. She contacted that support team... they gave her reply in 2 hours... and after that it was delivered... she was relieved... and now i just gave another order for my wife... i recommend tbdress. Thanks.

Don't buy from this site, especially if you need a dress urgently for an occasion! Their customer service is horrible! They shipped a dress to me through UPS and gave me such a hard time due to poor communication between them and UPS. Due to my schedule, I was never going to be home when they come deliver, so I left a note on my door asking them to leave the package at my apartment's leasing office for them to sign on behalf. I never have trouble with courier services delivering packages to me via my leasing office. TBDress insisted and told UPS that since I couldn't accept the package myself, UPS should abandon the package. I tried calling both UPS and TBDress to get them to deliver the package to a friend's address, but UPS insisted that since TBDress was the shipper and asked them to abandon the package, they couldn't redeliver until TBDress removed the abandonment notice from their system. I called China so many times; first of all, it's so difficult to get hold of them, and when I finally did, they kept insisting that they have told UPS to redeliver. UPS kept claiming that they still had a note to abandon the package. I called TBDress several times after that, and finally, after weeks of trying to get my dress, they sent a message to say that they were sorry, and that UPS had abandoned and destroyed the package, and there was nothing they can do. To this day, I don't have the dress, and I had a tight deadline. I ended up having to order from DressWE and paid a huge expedited shipping in order to get it on time. TBDress has refused to refund my money. This is my first and last time ordering from them. Horrible horrible customer service! Please try other sites like DressWE if you want to avoid such an inconvenience.

First hand experience is the best way to Judge. I had an experience with this site that I can say it was satisfactory especially considering the price of the dress I bought. On 15th Day of April, I placed an order for a party dress from tbdress. I happened to have learned about it from facebook. The customer service was helpful when I was giving my measurements and specifications. I paid it with my Paypal because I trust the option more when it comes to online shopping. To my surprise, I received the dress on the 30th day of the month. The order took only 15 days. The dress is perfect except for it being a little tight at the chest (reason I give 4 stars) I have a big chest but I had specified an inch add there. It looks good on me thou so I will make no alterations. I will be using it to a Friday party this coming 9th. Thanks for the speedy shipping and discounts.

This site is complete crap, for one they are very argumentative so there goes quality customer service.
With all the complains about this crap of a site I wonder why they are still allowed to have any business transaction with US customers. I order three dresses from this crap of a site, they arrived and does not fit and for some reason these money grubbing consumers are trying to forced their merchandise down my throat. Like who the hell wants to keep a product that does NOT fit.
I'll tell you this you live and learn, I will now review any online site i'm going to do business with in the future, and as for TB dress I will make sure that every military wife whom are considering them for any reason, whether it's a ball or just everyday shopping knows about their scheming ways.

Horrible! I ordered two dresses for military balls and they are crap. One of the dresses arrived with a hole in it, snags in the fabric, and jewels hanging off of it. They offered me ten dollars for compensation and are now no longer corresponding with me anymore. I have since turned the situation over to my bank to handle for receiving defective merchandise. Oh and by the way if you submit a negative review about an item they will not post it! They only post those reviews who give them positive feedback to make it look like their items are great!

I was in shock over how many reviews were exactly as mine was going to be, not kidding. I got my second dress today from this TBdress and its absolutely crap. I cant describe it any better. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS. These dresses are not made with the same quality of materials or sewn properly. They are junk. I have wasted over $500 on two gowns and the photos are not photos of their work, it is from the sites they rip off to make the so called dresses the same! The colors and quality of the stitching on these dresses are like a poor copy. I think I could have made better dresses at my first attempt to sew, not kidding. Save your money. I have a dispute going on with PayPal to get my money back. They need to read these reviews and see what kind of company's are out there ripping us off.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I bought a dress from this site at the end of March. It's now the end of April and I still haven't received my dress! I've sent ten emails and got no response... Every time you call the two numbers that they provided they're both always busy! When I track the order it still says "origin preparing shipment... Transporting" Its been saying that almost a month now! This site is a scam! Please don't use it!

BE AWARE: What you see on their pictures is not what you will get!

I'm sure they're using pictures of other brands or companies, and they're selling their own forgery!

Because the blouse I received has nothing to see with their pictures!
The shape is not the same (long blouse on their pictures, at the hips, and I received a blouse which just reach the waist, and quality and finishings are just horrible, even for the price...)

On the other hand, they answer my mails, and they're OK for a refund, no problem on that side.

But I have to pay for the returning shipping fees.
I'm not OK with that!

They said on their website: "If no quality issue, customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return."

Well it's quality issue! ( bad cut which doesn't match the description, horrible finishing: the bottom of the blouse is not even straight! It's totally crooked...)

So i'm sorry but I don't have to pay for returning the parcel!

I open a paypal dispute.

Stay away from them!

They are easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could warn everyone in the world or get them shut down. I didn't like the dress I got cause frankly it looked nothing like the picture and didn't fit, it was a box on me. I wanted a refund and had to file a dispute with PayPal in order to get one, because they refused to refund me because my reason wasn't good enough and they tell you that you have 7 days to return, but you have to email them first to get the okay to send it back. They didn't respond to my emails, basically letting my 7 day deadline go out the window. I sent it back to the return address anyways and eventually after a two month battle got my money back. I can't express my distaste for this company and I've found more like them. I advise everyone to look up review for these types of clothing sites, on other sites and don't believe Insite reviews. They are selected because they are good, you will never find a bad review on their actual website.
