DO NOT USE!
Ordered one custom made dress a veil and petticoat from tbdress, petticoat was totally wrong and the refunded it's cost everything else was perfect so we ordered my two other bridesmaid dresses and my mums dress, after issues with the order the dresses arrived, all were about 2.5inches smaller then we had ordered, mind you we had spent the extra to get them custom made, I emailed quickly to let them know the problem thinking they will fix this ASAP like they did the petticoat, no I have now had nothing but rude emails from someone who clearly does not read or speak English I have been told I'm a lying about cost to fix the dresses to the size I need and about the cost to return, which they refuse to cover, they have offered me a discount to their site as "compensation" to make up for sizing error of $25, does not really help that these dresses are going to cost an extra $70 a dress to have fixed. So
So so rude do not use they are just there to scam you, will be lodging a charge back with my bank and PayPal.

If I could crash any website, it would be tbdress.com.
I have a school ball in less than a month and I chose a dress from tbdress.com a few weeks ago. Their false appearances lure you in and before long, I had paid about $200 via PayPal.
The dress I ordered could be custom made (they charged me extra for that) and I followed all the measuring methods exactly.
One week later, I received the dress only to find that it was a children's size version of what I had wanted. Some of the measurements were bizarrely 10 inches shorter than what I had given them.
Of corse, I was mad and frustrated so I emailed them about it.
They poor English response was rude and they insisted I provide photos of evidence. I did so, with a measuring tape to show that I was not lying. They refuse to believe me so I call their number listed on their website.
The connection was terrible and they refuse to deal with me directly insisting to await their email response which was tedious and poorly written.
After arguing with them for an entire week, they decided I could POST it back.
I did not do so for 2 reasons:
1). It was very expensive to post it back as I am miles from China
2). They are very untrustworthy and I would not risk losing any more money over this
Basically, I had given up trying to make them see their mistakes and went to PayPal to open a claim/dispute.
The dispute is still ongoing.
Besides the measurement error, they were many flaws in the dress. The sewing was badly done, the material they used were of a very low quality, there were in tags, no sizing, no brands. The information they listed on their website is misguiding. I did not receive the dress neatly folded in a box. I received it in a crumple bag with creases and wrinkles. It was turned inside out. They also told me to resell it at $30. I did not spend $200 to sell it for $30.
This website is pathetic, ugly, irresponsible, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.
I would have felt better donating that money away. Now I have a child size dress that I cannot use and I still have nothing for my school ball. On top if that, I have lost $200.
I'm ashamed of myself, I thought I would make wiser decisions, this has definitely taught me not to be so naive.
I am also angry because they made me feel this way and it is no fault of mine at all. I hate them, I really do. And mark my words, I will not stop until the truth has reached everyone.
Tbdress, go to hell.

IF YOU LOVE BEAUTIFUL DRESSES, DO NOT ORDER FROM TB DRESS.

I ordered a wedding dress and it came too big. They made me take the measurements three times, and then came with a lame response of not being able to 'judge' the dimensions (i literally taped the measuring tape to the dress).

The workmanship is crap. The lace doesn't cover the bust line.

I ordered custom size, and obviously it came wrong.

It was even too short even though i left a note to say to make it longer as I would be wearing heels.

The customer service is the worst I've ever received, last reply: "Thanks for your pictures agian, and we didn't judge the bust through your picture, and as you known, usually, the size has little error range, hope you can understand, thanks!"

So if you want your wedding dress with some error, TB dress is the place to go.

I had my bridesmaids and maid of honor come here to purchase their dresses for my wedding since it was very well priced and due to the fact that everyone lived in different states. The dresses on this site are very beautiful and I was excited that everyone liked the dresses they saw. The dresses are made to order so the shipping would be about 6 to 8 weeks, which I wasn't too worried about. When my maid of honor received her dress, the zipper was twisted and therefore stopped midway up. The dress also contained a lot of extra unneeded fabric (some on the inside part of the dress near the zipper that repeatedly fell in the way when you try to zip it up) as well as several layers. Two of my bridesmaids had to take the dress to be fixed due to the zipper being sewn incorrectly. One of the dresses even had a hole in the torso area. It was very poorly sewn all together. I was VERY displeased and contacted tbdress about the issues we were having to see what could be done and they wanted me to send them pictures and video of the issues before anyone could receive a return label (the dresses DO NOT come with a return slip). This was after 2 emails and days of waiting. My girls had to get alterations and some paying more than what they paid for the dress. Would NOT recommend this site to ANYONE because of all the issues me and my bridal party faced.

I ordered an evening dress on March 27,2014 for a wedding which is tomorrow May 24. On April 8 I received an email saying it was shipped and according to their website the shipping time was 2 to 8 days. Up to this day which is May 24,2014, I still have not received the dress I contacted them so many times and tied to catch them on their live chat the response I got was "we r really busy, will get back to u shortly""! I tried to call no one answered the phone. I called my local post in Canada they say the info regarding the tracking # was not updated and the company should contact the courier. I contacted the TBdress again and I d been sent the same info saying it was shipped and I have to be patient. Anyway I finally emailed them saying I want my money back as the wedding is on tomorrow (May 24,2014)and I do not need that dress anymore and I had to purchased another dress. The response was the carrier had some problem and could not shipped my dress right away and I have to wait a little more!

NOT a reliable website and very BAD Customer Service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. I am so frustrated and I spent a lot of money.

There is another website called www.JJhouse.com which my sister got her dress from them. Very good quality and excellent customer service.

P. S if you try to leave bad review on TBdress website is does not show up!

I wish I could give zero stars as that's what they deserve. My sister made the mistake of buying her wedding dress from Tidebuy and it was a disaster. A cheap badly made rip off with poor sewing and cheap fabric and plastic beads. Thankfully she still had three months to find a replacement so it ended up costing her hundreds of $$$ more than she had wanted to spend. Before buying my dress I did a lot of research and found out that Tidebuy.com, Tidebuybridal.com, TBDress.com and other sites are all the same so please check before you buy.

I usually shop from Tbdress. When it comes to my experience with Tbdress, all I have to say is that tbdress is a very serious online store. They have a great collection of dress. They mean business every time I place an order here I get fantastic help from the staff at times I want a dress but am not able to choose the color or may be type but once I inform any of the staff, the problem just vanquishes. I just love tbdress.com. They also offer great discounts.
