I need to know when I am getting the dress that I ordered! The website says that once the item has been purchased it goes into processing and then it is shipped. The website specifically states that processing takes 7 to 9 calendar days and that shipping takes 2 to 5 calendar days. When I received the confirmation email for my order, it said that when it was out of processing they would send me an email with a tracking number so I can make sure that it is on its way. It has now been 16 calendar days and I have not received an email with a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service people and I have received ZERO response from anyone! This is ridiculous. If I had known that this was a company that treated it's customers so badly, I never would have purchased anything from them. I will never do so again and I will tell everyone else I know not to either.
I had amazing experience with TB, such as prices is acceptable, trust them and products beautiful.
This website is full of cute and adorable clothing. I have fallen in love with the fall-wear. I ordered a dress from this site for a reasonable price. I have told my family and friends about this site as well and they are in love too!
It is much nicer and more relaxing to shop from home. Not having to deal with pushy sales people and crowds makes your shopping experience so much better.The prices and the selection are so much better than any store I have ever experienced.

Based in UK I thought I was dealing with a reputable company./ Ordered Mens shirt and Jackets in size Large. Merchandise came from Chine in Oriental sizes which meant it did not fit me and was poor quality. Tb dress were initially reluctant to offer a refund. After being persistent, got a partial refund. I was not happy. I paid through paypal luckily and got Paypal involved who agreed to act for me and get the FULL REFUND.
Got email saying will offer me a $5.00 coupon as a gesture. This is pathetic and insulting. As this review is gathering momentum, got another email from Tbdress with the same amount of gesture of $5.00. I am not having it from Tbdress.

I have order this nice pair of shoes on the tbdress website and i am excited after seeing the quality for the product its very comfortable and stylish shoes. I hope it will last for longer
Today, I bought my first piece of clothing on tbdress.com and I found it very easy to maneuver through the website. There were a plethora of stylish clothing to choose from. The clothing looks very nicely made and is relatively cheap which is always great for anyone trying to buy clothing on a budget. Overall I would definitely see myself buying from here again.
You can shop whatever you want for all the occasion and for whole family. I save time to look around and the price is massive cheap!

The product they've sent is just as in the photos and as described. It tooked long time for the product to arrive, but it's international. I like them, I like their products!
