I wrote a review a month ago about this site that they were not helpful and that i waited more than 2 months for my order but i received my item there was something wrong wth the shipping not from the tbdress site so i want to apologize and thank them for their great help :)
I was so excited when I found this site. I bad, y needed a dress for my sisters wedding and there were so many to choose from here. But I soon learned that it was too good to be true. I ordered 3 so that I could try some different styles and I had already checked their return policy so that I could send them back if need be. Well little did I know those 15 days you have to return your dress get eaten up with fighting with customer support. It's a 12 hour time difference and half the time there is no one answering the phone. My first email never did get a reply and it seems the only return your email after you start hounding them. Then they require pictures to see why was wrong and now they are telling me that they only refund 50% of the price. No where in their policy does it say you need pictures or that you can't get a refund ( you do have to pay shipping). My dresses were not a custom order job it was a standard size 16US, but they tell me they will only pay half. CRAZY!
My experience was good. I saw a lot of nice things I will be visiting back to the sight.
I love to shop from the connivance of my home and tbdress.com has made my shopping experience nothing short of wonderful. Love the clothes the quality and the service.
