Final resolution: The shirts finally arrived at their destination, 9 weeks after I ordered them. It was far too late for the 2 13-year-olds to wear them to the concert, which was very disappointing. However, it was nice that they were able to wear them to the opening of the Eras Tour movie. They didn't know they were supposed to be there earlier, they were a surprise. They were thrilled, and the quality seems really good.

I finally received an email from the store, assuring me that they would refund my purchase within 7-10 business days. I'll give them a couple of more stars when this happens. I'm still waiting to hear back from the post office on exactly why the package wasn't delivered. That's not necessarily the fault of the sender.

I purchased two t-shirts for $50 each. They were for the birthday of a 14-year-old and her friend, and for them to wear to the concert in Santa Clara this weekend. I had them sent to a PO Box in Mill Valley, where I've had many things sent over the years. Tracking shows it went there, but not delivered. Now the tracking info shows it's been in Ferndale Michigan, waiting to be delivered for the last 3 days. That makes no sense whatsoever. Emails to the Taylor Swift online store have gone unacknowledged for over a week. They seem to use a combination of UPS and USPS for deliveries (maybe because of the PO BOX). Neither of them have been of any help either. Apparently I have no recourse and I just flushed $100 down the toilet.

I attached the ridiculous tracking information. So dumb.

Ordered a sweatshirt for $70 and I wouldn't pay $10 for it. Tried twice to get in touch with customer service and they won't reply. In order to return merch you need to email them. They will apparently email you back with return information. So basically I'm stuck with this god awful sweatshirt shirt. Dont waste your money. Better off going to Etsy.

Terrible shipping experience. I PREORDERED the speak now vinyl & it has has a label crest for 7 days and has yet got ship. It's bull crap. You pay top dollar for these items and it takes months for them to come. I love Taylor swift & just want my items on time.

Whoever is the printer for her merchandise has a terrible time getting things even shipped. I canceled my last order because of waiting over two months and it was still not shipped now this order has been placed almost 7 weeks ago and still has not shipped. Seems pretty bad that a multi millionaire has a clothing line or a Murch line that should know, or comprehend the amount of merchandise that would be needed to keep up with supply and demand. However, it seems those in charge do not know how to do their jobs correctly.

We bought a signed album for $50. Waited for about 90 days and it didn't show up. Contacted so-called Customer Service, who said "You only have 60 days after receiving a ship date to let us know." They truly said 'Screw you, you didn't catch us in time!' Unbelievable! Will never purchase anything else from Taylor. I hope she doesn't know what's going on, but that's also on her if she doesn't look into any of these reviews.

Very disappointing, worst online shopping experience ever. Items shown as available are not shipped for months or cancelled all together. An absolute disappointment for any fan - surprised this is still operating.

I canceled a order 4 weeks ago and still have not got my refund they told me it could take 3 to 10 business days to get my refund when I made the order it was all good and then I got a email saying it was a pre-order so I canceled it theses people are $#*! wholes there Customer service is terrible

I'm a huge TS fan as is my niece. When Folklore dropped I immediately ordered merch for her. Some of it shipped but the Folklore CD did not. I ordered it the day of release in 2020. It is now February of 2022 and it has not shipped. I emailed the customer support team and they said that there is nothing they can do per company policy because the item has shipped. However, if you look at the tracking information, USPS has not received the package from them. I do not recommend ordering through the merch store. I hope Taylor is able to get a better merch team in the future because I want to support her, but unfortunately Universal Music does not care to serve their customers well.

Nothing but a headache

I placed an order worth $120 on November 14th, 2021. A month comes and goes with zero updates on shipping or the status of my order. When I reached out I was told the item was on pre order (not advertised at the time of purchase) and would ship on December 14. That day comes and goes, so does the entire week, and I finally reached out again and asked for a refund, instead I was given the run around and just told "we'll look into it" with no further communication. I've had to do a charge back through my bank for my money, it's not worth ordering through the official store save your money and order from other sites odds are their service is better. I've never felt so blown off by customer service before in my life as I have with the Taylor Swift official store

Horrible

I ordered two items back in October to ensure Christmas delivery. They took the money from my account however they never shipped my order. I reached out to customer service and they could not locate my order. Took 5 days of back and forth replies to finally find my order. Finally my order was found and I was told it would arrive in 12 weeks! I ordered in advance to have this for Christmas!
I requested a refund which I still have not received. I have no gift and no money.

Paid $75 for a hoodie from the merchant store. After 1 week I reached out because I'd received no updates. An automated email said I'd get a response within 72 hours. It's now 2 weeks later and I've heard nothing. Glad I used PayPal because I'm going to have to report the charge as fraudulent. Avoid buying Taylor Swift items from her merchant store

I made 3 orders at the beginning of November and none of the items have shipped yet! Everytime my daughter begs me to buy her things from the Taylor Shift store it takes MONTHS to get it even though you pay top dollar for the items... 65 dollars for a cardigan and yet it takes 12 weeks to even begin the shipping process?!?!?! By the time my daughter gets it, it won't be winter any longer... I will not order anything else until shipping can be done in a timely fashion...

Horrible to deal with!

I placed an order for one small item on November 14th. It's not a pre order item. It's a Christmas present. Item hasn't been shipped. They are impossible to communicate with. I keep getting the " run around". I guess asking when my item will be shipped is to complicated of a question for them. I will never order from this site again!

I honestly dont know how this is allowed.
Wrong size delivered. Ordered large, 2XL delivered. Try to return it for an exchange, impossible.
Various emails, so far day 5 with no reply. Was brought for a 13th birthday present for our TS mad daughter, so very important, less than a week to go now before her birthday so dont hold out much hope. Thank you.
Have brought a few things off here before with no bother and was planning on lots more, but if this is how you are treated when things go wrong I wont bother.
Awful customer service and no doubt another fan let down and eventually lost. Pathetic, sort yourselves out. Just look at your reviews.

I have emailed the store about getting damaged merchandise no response not resolution. I have email them to regarding seeing merchandise sold as you just log on to new announcement. I get down sometimes being that my daughter is huge fan and it's discouraging when things take forever to come and you can't get a response from the store with issues. For the cost someone should be available to help out. Maybe writing this reveiw will improve e my experience I have next time.

What a Scam!

Taylor Swift is a celebrity that is portrayed as really adoring her fans, but her website tells a different story. The merchandise is overpriced especially given the quality is not great, the shipping fees are exorbitant, and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The first order I placed on Taylor Swift.com took over 6 MONTHS to arrive. It was a $65 sweatshirt that, when we eventually got it, turned my daughter's skin and watchband blue. Even after that, I decided to give the site a second chance. My daughter wanted the signed Red cd. The site was advertising free shipping on orders of $50 or more. I decided to add another item to my cart, just to find out that music wasn't included. So, I added another item. My order totaled $130. I should have gotten free shipping, right? But no! When I went to check out the charged me over $22 for shipping. I knew my daughter really wanted the cd, so I put the order through, thinking it was just an error that could be rectified with a simple call to customer service. Well, I was wrong about that too! There is no number for customer service. You have to email, and it takes days to get a response. After going back and forth with a representative via email I ended up canceling part of my order when all I wanted was a $16 credit. If I had ordered the cd alone it would have cost me less than $6 in shipping. Because I added the two extra items to get the free shipping, they charged me $22 to ship all of it, stating that when music is included in the order, the shipping is not free. How ridiculous is that?!? If I had placed two separate orders I wouldn't have been charged a shipping fee for the two additional items, but they wouldn't just refund me the difference. They'd rather lose a sale. It was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never order another thing from Taylorswift.com. My daughters will be devastated, but I'm just not willing to be taken advantage like that!

I had to hassle them for over two weeks before they even sent my package. I should not have had to remind them to send me what I paid for. Then it got lost in transit. Which isn't their fault, admittedly, but they would still do little to rectify it except make me wait probably another two weeks for a new one. Their customer service is appalling, as all they do is send out generic responses instead of actually responding to what you've written.
