I ordered 4 items from the Taylor Swift online store on December 1,2023, expecting that everything would absolutely arrive by December 24,2023. Well, I was completely wrong. Very wrong. It is now December 22,2023, and they haven't shipped a single item, much less even email me that there was going to be a delay. I wish I would have looked at the reviews for that website, because if I had seen them then I definitely would NOT have ordered anything from that store! I have emailed them at least 30 times and all I ever get is an automated response that says that they are "looking into my order". That's ridiculous! They're not looking into anything! They don't care that their website promises to ship items within 1-2 days and if there was going to be a delay then they would email the customer. They NEVER emailed me about anything! I was NEVER informed that there was going to be a delay and now I cannot even get a response from them after emailing them a ridiculous number of times! Whatever you do, please do not do what I did! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!

I ordered 14 Christmas ornaments from the site to the tune of $174.90 on November 13th with a confirmation of delivery before December 16th for the last ornament. (They were all coming separately) Come December 13th I hadn't received a single one. I checked my order and none of them had been shipped. The ornaments were gifts/for our tree so clearly the purpose was to have them before Christmas. I emailed on the 13th asking to please cancel my order as I did not want it anymore. I was told they would get back to me with in 24 hours. They never did. The emails also have a statement on them: (see attached) so I didn't reply.
Fast forward to the 21st I emailed them again saying that my request had not been addressed. Then I wake up the morning of the 22nd to see that 2 of them are now shipped and the rest are being prepared for shipment. I'll get them all next year sometime. I'm sorry. I didn't want them next year. I needed them mid December.
These ppl are jerks.

I 3 ordered Christmas ornaments the day after Thanksgiving. It's Decenber 22 and I just got email saying 1 item has shipped the other 2 are still preparing to ship. I'm guessing they took more orders than they had product, but this is the first communication since my order was confirmed. I ordered from the "official store" for the sake of legitimacy. But Universal obviously can't handle merchandise. Maybe they should let Target run their storefront.

Horrible customer service

Placed an order and tried to cancel it immediately so I could order the correct item. The only option is to send an email. That was 2 days ago, and I paid for overnight shipping g, so no doubt is already sent and it will take a long time to return and get my refund.

Also, on the replacement order, I paid for overnight. That was 2 days ago, and tracking shows label created by not even dropped off yet. Of course there is no one to get an answer from.

The merch may be good, but not going to order from here anymore.

Shipping times

I ordered a sweat shirt for my granddaughter at the beginning of December and paid for the 3 day shipping, it's December 20th and it the tracking finally moved from received you order to it's on the way but won't get here until after Christmas. This is very disappointing you shouldn't have people pay for fast delivery and it doesn't get here in time. And I'm sure there is no refund for my shipping. Worst on line experience I've had. But who cares right still making that $$

This woman/girl walks around preaching how much she cares about her fans and yet allows these young people to spend ALL of their money on her crap that they don't even deliver. Somehow in 2023 you place an order and 7 weeks later it still is not shipped BUT they TAKE hundreds of dollars out of your account the day you place an order. When you email you get "they are looking into it and it will take longer if you send a second request". What a load of crap - I will never purchase any of her products or support her in any way ever! She is a fake liar and only out to steal people's money!

Should be no stars

I ordered a shirt and a journal for a Christmas gift. Never received it and they continue to say they are working on it. Order date was 11/20. Today is Dec 18. Website says will ship in 6 days. Shame on you! Now I need to find another gift for my granddaughter. Don't buy from TaylorSwift.com! I'm not the only one with this problem.

1989 cardigan

Placed order for this cardigan 2 days before Halloween, meant for a Christmas present for my daughter. It's now December 17th and order still unfilfilled! And I receive only canned responses from "customer support". Thinking of writing a letter of complaint to….who? What next steps can I take? Soooo frustrating. Another order took several weeks to deliver. What I did receive from that order was decent quality. But I won't order from here again, I'll buy knockoffs next time from somewhere else.

I wish these reviews of the website would get back to Taylor because I feel certain she would make sure things gets fixed: in a day and age of online shopping and shipping, these guys need to do so much better, I ordered a $500+ order at the end of July and all of them showed in stock - I needed them for October and it just never came- none of it. They did give me my money back when asked but never apologized or tried to make it right in any other way. Then I mistakingly tried again for Christmas, placing orders both in October and November. Neither of them have shipped and it's a week away from Christmas. I got an update saying one of the items (out of about ten) from one of the orders isn't available until January so I have to wait until then for any of the things I ordered to ship because of the type of shipping I chose, even though I chose a type that said they'd all be here for Christmas. I tried to talk to customer service and they said "it will be worth the wait" … and when I tried to ask about my other order from November (both items said they'd ship within a week in the website) … they haven't responded in days. It so unbelievable that Taylor who strives for literal perfection could allow her own website and product store to be so awful. If Taylor can be upset at Ticketmaster for not handling the demand of her Eras Tour tickets certainly she can evaluate a better solution when the demand on her own website is "unexpected" as I was informed as some kind of solution to my Christmas purchases. (See below) … These issues need fixed!

If Taylor can be upset about Ticketmaster not being ready for the unexpected demand of her tEras Tour Tickets, certainly she can make sure her own website / employees/ products have a better way of dealing with “unexpected demand”

I made a purchase which I need to return with one the allowable return timeframe However they won't respond to emails requesting return authorization. All emails are not responded to. Also there is no customer service phone number to call?

Horrible customer service

My boyfriend ordered $150 worth of things early November 2023 and recovered no update about shipping but was charged for the order. After emailing back and forth he was told to wait until December 15th and if he did not receive a shipping date he could get a full refund. On December 14th he received an email saying his case was closed because he did not reply in a timely fashion. When he was told not to reach out until the 15th. This is very concerning as this was $150 worth of Christmas presents for someone who idolizes Taylor Swift. Her and Tree seem to handle many different scenarios in the best way possible. I can't understand how her main website has this many issues all reguarding the same type of problems. We as fans just want to support but it's impossible. Now there will be a very upset swiftie on Christmas Day as all she asked for was Taylor Swift Merch.

This is my one and only time I will ever order merchandise from the online store. Not only does their shipping need to be better, their customer service needs a huge makeover. It makes me not even want to support in other ways. Super disappointed in my experience.

I purchased a shirt for my wife to wear for a swift event and upon my confirmation it said there was a backorder. I immediately contacted them and requested a cancel and refund. 2 weeks later they email saying order finally shipped. I reached out again saying to cancel and they said since it processed it cant be undone. I have submitted a claim with my CC and hopefully get $88 worth of a shirt with 3day shipping added on top. What a lame company and experience.

I ordered a shirt and sweatpants for my daughter for whom Taylor Swift walks on water, could part the Red Sea, extinguish the burning bush and turns wine into water as it were.

The items quickly arrived but the sweatpants were much too large for her. I reached out to this pathetic company/store in an attempt to get an RMA number or instructions for return. That was four weeks ago and I am still awaiting a response. There is no phone number and the automated email response admonishes the inquirer not to repeatedly contact these null sets or your "place in line" will be imperiled/adversely affected. It's as if the loyal buyer is being told "yeah, we got your money so now we could give two s--ts whether you are happy or not".

One and done here. I'll never use this store any more no matter how much love I have for my daugther and her impetuous want to own this cheaply fashioned, extremely overpriced, casual wear.

Purchased 2 sweaters in July 2023. They didn't "ship" till October 2023. Mid November, I got an email from the Taylor Swift store saying my package was delivered even though it wasn't. The tracking number on Fedex shows PENDING status. Wrote 10 separate emails to Taylor Swift customer service and got 2 bot responses back. No other replies. Now going through credit card company to get my money back. Taylor Swift should be ASHAMED of her online store. Absolute worst customer service ever.

Items are not true to size and customer service will ignore your request for exchange on any item (even though they are super expensive). SO DISAPOINTED! Does not reflect well on her brand as her fans are willing to pay very high prices.

This site might be her official site but it is a joke. I ordered a shirt. They took my money and sent confirmation emails. Weeks went by and it never shipped. Now they say my order number doesn't exist. I have sent my order number 6 times. They keep asking for it. Horrible service. Avoid at all cost.

Placed order in November-THEY stated shipping in about 3 weeks. Two months pass-Nothing so I contact them-I was ignored. Another month passes so I request my bank that paid them back in November contacts them. They respond to bank that they are expecting to ship at end of April-WHAT? Six months later and they are expecting to ship then not deliver? So I request refund instead as I am uncomfortable. I receive several scathing, highly unprofessional emails in response to my request. This site only exists because of the singers popularity-any other would have shut down due to the terrible way they treat their customers.
