Do not use this company - they have multiple websites and are scammers.
I booked a return mini bus for 12 people for a day out at the races. Paid a £80 deposit and £120 cash to the driver.
They used another taxi firm to our source the journey and when the driver arrived he showed up in a 8 seat mini bus as they had not booked it correctly with them so had problems with that in the end they had to send a taxi for the rest of us, they then tried charging us more money for that which we refused to pay as we had paid £200 already.
We then were never picked up at the end of the day, when calling the company back they said to call back Monday and that no one could help. We were left stranded and had to pay another £120 to get train back home.
Called the company Monday to speak to them about what happened and they said they would call back never did. Called again Tuesday and they said they were looking into it and would call me back in the hour. Never did. Called again and they said I never booked a return journey! Absolute liars and complete rip off just take your money! Also staff rude and managers never there when you ask to speak to them, very dodgy!

Booked a minibus through their worker amy. Who quoted me £250 to take and return to a festival. She then asked for a £90 deposit. She then took days to send me the details. When she finally did, I worked out I had 160£ to pay.

The cab driver rang me asking if I could find him as he couldn't find me. When he finally did he demanded £20 for eating and drinking cleaning fees, when amy told me I could drink on the bus just fine. Then he said she said I have £180 to pay. Which was ridiculous as that's over the amount she quoted. I was forced to pay it and contact her later on.

The driver was rude and could not drive. Had his own music on full blast and didn't even offer it to anyone else. Or ask if it was okay. Drove over bumps fast and proceeded to be difficult. When picking us up, he was late and didn't even apologise. He couldn't tell us the direction he was coming off and said he was going to a side road so can we just meet him there.

After dropping us home. On Monday I tried to ring the company who avoided me. Their manager is as rude as the cab driver himself. Telling me I was talking over him when he was talking over me. Told me there was no point helping me. Then did not even bother to pick up the phone for hours or ring me back.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE. They are rude and nasty.

I could expand on the issues I encountered which include turning up (well they did get to within a Street or so of the pickup point so some might say that counts as turning up) 15 minutes late, charging double the standard local rates for the job, having vomit residue on the car seats (I actually booked the VIP service so God only knows you can expect from their normal drivers).
The best way I can describe this poor excuse for a taxi service provider is to use their own words You can stick your [trustpilot] post up your arse! Customer service is clearly not their strong point but then neither is punctuality, nor locational awareness, nor cleanliness or for that matter personal hygiene. They are a disgrace: avoid like the plague.

Driver collected us late, admittedly the time had been changed, but when he said he was 20 minutes away, he actually showed up around 45 minutes later. Collected 13 of us from London at 12.30 in the morning, on the motorway on the way home, broke down with no hard shoulder because... HE HAD NO FUEL! Ended up being stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours, with no explanation, finally the police came and if it wasn't for them, we'd have been stuck there all night. Disgusting service which ruined my friend's hen do, avoid these people.

My daughter booked a minibus to go to a festival. Paid £90 deposit out of £180 price quoted. No sign of the driver so rang Taxiquoteer. No answer. Rang mobile number for the driver and he said he would be 45 mins. They waited. No sign so rang again. No answer. So who are you supposed to contact? Had to pay £150 for taxis to music festival. Try to complain to Taxiquoter and was told by somebody who spoke poor English on a terrible line to ring back tomorrow. If you want letting down then ring these cowboys because you won't be disappointed

I was also an affiliated taxi company for this taxi booking agent, i paid them and they made me a rubbish website with a horrible system and i never got any job worth doing. I would complain about no work coming from the website and they would then send me rubbish work which is not worth doing. There excuse will then be "We sent you work but you didn't want to do it". Rubbish Company.

This appears to be a complete SCAM and should be avoided at all costs.

I booked and paid for a taxi from Southampton Airport to a local Guest House and paid £16.16 by credit card.

Prior to travelling I attempted to confirm pick-up arrangements. I have never received a reply to any emails and the quoted telephone number was never answered. I tried the taxi operator GUY PRICE TAXIS & MINIBUSES. Again - no reply to email or quoted landline. The mobile number was always answered by someone who told me it was a wrong number!

Needless to say, we arrived late at night at Southampton Airport and no taxi. Local drivers had never heard of Guy Price.

I'll now try and get a refund from the credit card provider. Wish me luck!

I booked Guy Price taxis online through taxiquoter, got the email confirmation of the booking and everything was fine. However, the taxi never turned up and when I rang to ask where they were they told me they weren't coming! I am a disabled person who was left stranded at an unfamiliar railway station - disgusting! The person I spoke to was rude and couldn't care less. Fortunately I did not pay up front. DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK WITH GUY PRICE TAXIS
