International Customer Service ineffective. I have never received mock-up to approve after calling customer service about it and not received my order. I have also paid and submitted a no tax form since tax was charged. Please refund my order if you can't fulfill it.

Ongoing issues with ice buildup on front steps despite many attempts at correction. This tarp allows us to simply pull up the tarp and shake any ice/snow off it and put it back down. We got the 4/6' tarp and it even prevents water from seeping through to then freeze underneath it.

Pretty easy to get custom thermal curtains
Picked them because eat first glance they were an American company. The item shipped to me from India. After further investigation the website listed the design takes place in the USA and production takes place in India. I feel like I was deceived by the website.

Item has yet to be received. FedEx did not try to contact me when they arrived at my home. I was home, but driver did not honk or knock on door. Driver departed, leaving a notice of attempt to deliver. My effort to sign for package (via FedEx website) was not successful because the site would not accept my virtual signature. I'm still waiting for the product..
