My 2' x 2' tarp was given the same consideration as any other much larger tarp. In addition, it was built with the same quality as a large, larger one.

Tarps are excellent. Well made with grommets that are very sound. Material is excellent and size is perfect. Durable construction and look/feel great. Thesw are much better than anything from a big box retailer.

Placed an online order for a custom tarp. CS group and design team were quick to process my sketch and make modifications. Easy and great to work with.
However, I have been asked to review my purchase 3x but have yet to receive the product. Hard to review something I don't have yet…delivery a bit longer than promised.

Presently I am not satisfied. I placed my order (TPA*******) 04-17-2026, on 04-18 got email that said order "in production", but when I login today the status says order will be shipped 04-21, but I have not gotten notification of shipment. Also, the status stated the order will be delivered delivered 04-27. Please update me on when the order will be shipped and delivered.

I ordered this product on April 1. It is now April 12 and I still don't have any product. So why am I receiving multiple emails to review my experience. The business model needs to be tweaked. I really don't need the product anymore. It missed the window where I wanted to use it, early spring while the plants are tender. So overall it didn't meet my needs.

Also I did not want one of the 4'x4' shades, but could not change my order.

It is very difficult to maneuver around the site when ordering. Then, when trying to confirm the order was placed, that too was complicated. Next step was a phone call received by an incomprehensible person from a very distant place. I still have not received the tarp but I hope this good company can remedy the resistance a buyer feels to quick forward movement when purchasing.
