I have tried to get my car inspected for the last 4 days. The stores are supposed to be open at 7:00 am but the 2 stores near me aren't open when I call at 7:30. You have to talk to whoever is at a call center and they can't answer any questions. They try to call the store and never can get through to anyone at a store but its obvious they could care less. They also can't tell you when the inspector will be there because those guys seem to come and go when they please. These stores are a joke! You can't even talk to anyone at a store because. There isn"t a way to call them. I don't know who owns these stores but they need to be told about the lousy way their business is being run. I had to give this a 1 rating because that is the lowest they have. They really should get a 0 or a negative rating because they are so bad. Take 5 has lost my business along with anyone who asks me what I think of them.q

Used take5oilchange, 3319 Hulen Street. The manager Bo Mccraney was great. He explained everything to me, instead of treating me like a blonde old lady. One of the crew members gave my some water, another guided me out so I wouldn't run into anything. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I noticed that I was being double charged every month. I have reached out to Take 5 every day for a month and no one has gotten back to me to resolve the issue. I would have been happy to work it out with them but because of their lack of response I have had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Please, everyone check your back statements to make sure that the charges from when it was Sonic Car Wash have been stopped!

Got truck serviced, got a written report all fluids filled, lost 3rd gear checked transmission fluid,none on stick and smelled burned-out less than 20 miles from getting it serviced, had to call a wrecker, now I am out thousands of dollars in damage, I sent them a note and they said if I have another car, bring it for service and they will give 25% discount. I will never have a car serviced by them again.

I read online that it should take 10 minutes, I was waiting 40 minutes before they pulled me into a bay. They took another 20 minutes just to START the oil change. They make you sit in the car with the car off and I was sweating the whole time in their garage. It took 3 workers on 1 car 30 minutes just to change my oil. It was also double what I usually pay at Walmart ($90 vs $45) If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Highly recommend to not go here

Great service, they gave us all water, it was the one on the corner of thompson and sunset, Jorge is very sweet (an kinda fine ngl) they were quick and explained things very well.

Took my car here as it's close to work, the service was good. Very polite and even offered a bottle of water. Little did I know they spilled oil all over my engine cost me $2000 in damage. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

Gurmit was friendly and professional, there was no pressure, and the work was quickly done - the perfect service!

They charge 160.00 for an oil change and do not grease your vehicle they don't know what they are doing

Fast but get the job done

I paid over $100 for oil and air filter change at TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE. Several weeks later, I noticed oil on my garage floor. I thought the oil leak was due to head gasket seepage. I took my car to Mazda dealer. To my shock, the Mazda dealer said the leak was due to the loose oil plug. The Mazda serviceman showed me a video of the leaking oil plug. The serviceman tightened the oil plug and topped off the engine oil. ------ I later returned to TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE and asked for a refund because of the shop's defective work. The shop refused, and said that I should have come to the shop first. I explained that I never thought for a second that TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE would not properly tighten the oil plug. The shop still refused. I asked the shop for the identity and contact information of the owner so that I could make a complaint. The shop manager said "we are not allowed to give out that information." This is why YOU SHOULD NEVER ALLOW ANY TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE SHOP TO TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY IDENTIFY THE OWNER WITH HIS OR HER CONTACT INFORMATION. "Caveat Emptor"--Let the buyer beware when trusting TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE.

This place is awesome! The employees are wonderful. Special shout out to Kelly. I will always go here for my oil change and I refer people to go here. My daughter also loved the service. Thank you so much for coming to Oak Ridge.

I went here pulled up he looked under my hood,guided me in and left went to another car guided him in and that's where he stay for over 15 min. I just pulled out, there were no other cars in the there being serviced. DONT WAST YOU TIME.

He went out of his way to satisfy my needs. He told what was needed and I appreciate the hospitality that was shown to me. Thank You Dre. We need more like you.

Sat in line 45 minutes behind car in bay while other cars passed me in the bay next to me. They take forever and the employees don't instill confidence. Called before I got there and got voicemail. I'll never do business with these people. I lost my lunch hour and had to finally go somewhere else for an oil change.

I trusted the Bentonville, AR location to do my oil change on 6/20/2023. I was told ALL fluids were checked and the necessary ones topped off. On 6/25/2023, my vehicle stopped accelerating causing me to pull over on the highway. After getting it to my mechanic, the transmission is shot and the transmission fluid was burnt! I called the location at least 10x and was finally told the transmission fluid wasn't checked because it is inaccessible. 100% FALSE! I have called and called and left message after message and not 1 call has been returned. This is an issues that is costing me thousands of dollars not to mention the plethora of inconveniences. I will not throw an entire company under the bus, but think twice about trusting your vehicle to the Bentonville, AR location
