Almost ruined my car because of a mistake they made. Didn't remove old gasket from filter. Just put another one on top of it. Oil leaked out.

They were quick an easy an very polite explained everything in detail. We will be going back... Very impressed

I have used the car wash for over 17 years through a few different owner. Always an enjoyable experience, until today. The girl soon to be manager was very rude. She is not manager material and needs to go to training on how to be helpful and not hateful to customers. I really appreciate the other members professionalism and kindness. I will not be using this carwash until I know she is not there. Nobody should ever talk so rudely to their employees or customers. SO sad.

I went for an oil change the person who was bout to do it told me it was to early but he check my oil n other fluids in my car the whole staff today was friendly n kind especially the one who help me personally thank y'all this not my first time there n it won't be my last time again thank y'all

So I've change the oil in my 2021 GMC at this location every time since I've bought the vehicle. The last time I brought to their attention that they don't ever check the wiper blades the coolant level the air filter the cabin filter or the tire pressure. And the store manager called me back and assured me that they would do this in the future. Today I show up 5/7/2022. When they complete my oil change and I received my receipt and I see it says they checked all the things that they did not check. This time or any other time. Once I inquire about that and who the manager is on duty. The gentleman and forms made that he's the district manager. However if the district manager is saying he's doing things on your vehicle that he is not doing then how can he expect his employees to do so. Very poor service very poor management.

Good leaders lead from example. When the district manager is not doing the job correctly then that goes to show that he's not teaching his employees how to do it correctly either.

I took my car to Take 5 Kent oh. The service tech pulled me in told me to shut off my car then he shut the garage door on my trunk! He opened the door back up and wiped it with his jacket and said nothing. My trunk is scratched down to the paint. I called corporate office 6 times and no one will call me back. I got pictures and a report. They won't even acknowledge me. This is an awful way to do business. Moving forward with this just a heads up they do not care about your car. Mine is damaged.

Do not go here they forgot to fill my car back with oil and ruined my car! The manager was rude and mean. I took my car to the Take 5 on Victory Drive in Savannah GA

I had the best service ever. I will never go any other place. Customer service was the upmost and great. They greeted us with water and snacks. Very rare. I felt like I mattered. Love this place would recommend this place to anyone. Plus no 120 oil place. Straight up and tells you the price.

I had bad experience today in take5 oil change.

I arrived your location at 10:48. I left at 12:46. When I arrived, there is one car in front of me. My car was pulled to the station around 11:15. Then I waited inside the shop for at least 1 hour 30 minutes. All others cars behind me got serviced first.

The woman worked there yelled at me because I asked her why she did my oil change the last even I arrived earlier than others. She checked in other people just left me there waiting and waiting. When i asked her why she didn't service by first come first serve, she started yelling at me.

I felt so insulted when I was there.

All the guys were super polite and answered all the questions that I asked. I will be returning. Quick fast and efficient.
