1st visit car seemed to be running rough. Oil checked and it was overfilled. Took back and manager said it was ok but they would drain little. Loosened plug to drain some praying tightened everything back up right. No trust in this place at all!.
Don't go to them in Hereford they are failing alot of people on their tint. The guy told me it read 19 when I asked him I want to see he didn't want to show me but when he did it read 27 he said it was still failing. So I went to some other places and it passed with 27. So the guy here is cheating people after going to tag office they said they had lots of people with failed tint from this business. So someone needs to fire some people for taking our money.
Took my daughters car and was greeted with water and a Take 5 bar. Matthew H, Jacob P and Austin were awesome at customer service and knowledgeable with the questions I asked. These guys rock! I highly recommend their service! -Visitors from California
Went to take 5 in Lubbock, Texas. 7235 Quaker Ave. On 7/25/22. They drained my transmission fluid then added new oil on top of old oil. I left and immediately new something was wrong. Major damage was done to my car. They attempted to correct it but the damage was done. I had to buy a new car. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.
Brad Yager great service very nice! And Uber drivers have discount it's amazing… thank you for everything the best
Brad and Yeager did one heck of a job. 100% Recommend to all my buds to obtain an oil change at this specific store.
I have never gotten an oil change before so I was incredibly nervous about this. Michael and Cody in Holiday, Florida were amazing! They helped me quickly and managed to work hard and make me laugh and feel much more comfortable. They were incredibly nice and my experience was overwhelmingly positive.
I have been going to Take 5 at 144 Huffman Mill Road in Burlington for several years and have always had a great experience. Everyone is always polite, professional, demonstrate great team work and do good job. My new husband went with me today for the first time when I got my oil changed. He is very particular about how things are done. He was very impressed with Delvron and the others working on my car. I will definitely continue to go there.
Visited Take 5 Oil Change for the first time this summer. Greeted by such nice staff who explained the effortless (on my part) process. It really only took 5 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Would highly recommend!
This store stripped my oil pan. My car was continually leaking oil after I took it in to them which it had never done before. The 3rd time I brought it in saying it continued to leak oil, they admitted fault and put in a plug. They said to bring it in during my next oil change and they would repair the damage they caused. Fast forward to the time of my next oil change... They told me they do not have the same manager and have no record of this. Said they would not take any responsibility. I left a message for corporate and will be surprised if they return my message. I have priced repairing it and it will cost me close to $1000 to repair the oil pan they ruined on my own dime. I will avoid this company all together in the future and I suggest you do as well.
Service was quick and easy they were very nice and answered all my concerns. I will be coming back very happy
Matt was good I like the way he was serving us he should get a promotion and some guy came out and give us water I love y'all n I coming back ….
First off I'll give them credit for telling me the plug to my oil pan needed to be replaced so they didn't do an oil change. However, they didn't reassemble the little plate that covers it and now it's half hanging on the ground making an awful racket and will probably fall off if I drive it back for them to put it on properly. Also, the oil pan plug is NOT an oil cap, so learn the proper names of things.
Myself, I take much pride in my vehicle maintenance, always keeping up with oil changes, and tire rotations to name the least. My normal dealership was busy on the day I needed to get an oil change before leaving town so I decided to bring it into a Take 5. On 5/9/22 I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change at ******* Veterans Blvd Port Charlotte Florida. The technicians seemed tired and overheated although I figured I could trust them to do their job with the routine oil change. Mind you my vehicle is a 2016 honda civic and has a factory metal plate that is required to remove when doing the oil change. One of the younger technicians yelled out to the manager and said that my vehicle had a skid plate. So the manager went underneath and removed the skid plate. After everything was complete I asked them to let me know if everything checked out ok at the end of the visit the technician who in return was one of the managers on site told me everything looks perfect and even proceeded to check my tire pressure. While I was driving down the interstate that same day my skid plate underneath my vehicle flew off my car behind me nearly causing an accident. I called the Take 5 location and spoke to the manager about the incident and he suggested I purchase an aftermarket plastic replacement off of eBay and offered to zip tie it back on my vehicle. This of course is not acceptable. I contacted my car insurance and my deductible is $1000 plus my vehicle will be unusable during the repairs. I have also tried calling several Customer service lines at *******488, *******205 along with emailing the customer service department with no luck in sight of receiving any replies. When you call the customer service numbers the only option is to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back which now it's been over two months with no contacts back. I am severely upset with this company's business practice and feel this company is one big sham.
Jonathan and the team at 3307 Hillsborough Rd in Durham were amazing. They were quick and knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer.
We had a friendly and quick oil change on a Saturday in Terre Haute. Thank you Jesse, Matthew, and Derrick.
Great guys (Sean, Dwight and Tyler). Very polite and courteous. Quick and attentive service. Would have given 5 stars but I felt the price was high (but prices are High all over now).
Employees stood around talking. They didn't check fluids or tire pressure or refill windshield fluid. One employee kept sitting on hood of my car. Will never use any of their locations
