Will never use this location again.
Tech didn't check anything on my vehicle.
No fluid checked at all.
After the oil change, the tech said that I needed to get the RPM'S up to 4,000 for 30 seconds. Absolutely ridiculous.no fluids checked at all.
I have used other locations and no problems.
Never again
Would rate a zero if I could

This was a wonderful experience overall. Quick, thorough, and helpful. Pope was just fantastic throughout the whole experience and really made it a positive visit! Thanks team!

Chris Bennefield the manager at Snellville Ga location and Staff give you the best customer service and are very knowledgeable about what you need. They got me in and out in a timely fashion. Prices are excellent. I highly recommend take 5 for your oil change needs. I will definitely always come back to take 5

When I see your commercial of a lady knitting sweaters all I see is you do your job half $#*! and that you jump all over the place and cannot complete one task before you start another

At first I was skeptical about going anywhere else other than to the BMW dealership for my services due to the inconvenience of scheduling appointments, long waits, etc…, but the guys at 1307 Government St.Mobile,Al.******* were so professional, fast, and friendly. They brought bottle water out to my car, along with any other waiting customers. Each guy greeted me with a smile or either asked me was I being helped already. They also let me know exactly what they were doing to my car as they went along. They even showed me how to check my oil level on my screen in the future since my car didn't have a dip stick(something I never knew, lol) And I will like to give a huge THANK YOU! To the manager Anthony and his entire team for their excellent customer service!

Recommended 100% We were very kindly received by their very helpful manager scooter. As well as their staff, they gave us water and juices for the children and snacks, really very friendly

I went to Step 5 on Williamson Road Roanoke Virginia. The Manager Quinton went above and beyond to fix my car. I got a oil change and had my coolant flushed out. He explained the process with both. He's very Professional. I'll be going back. Very happy. Thank you.

This Business cannot be trusted having and trying to maintain a car is already hard enough and I'm a young adult in college and trying my best to work a somewhat full time job schedule. This is really a big big hick up even though God will get me through like he always does but here is my experience.

I literally had just got work done on my car so I know I had no leaks prior because I had a system check ( whatever the leak diagnostics is) at the shop to get any leaks fixed in my car literally three months prior to me going to go get a oil changed and I left with the leak when I needed a oil change!
I have the paperwork and everything. I would avoid this place like the plague because apparently they are the culprit for poking holes in people things when they need a oil change.

Now I have to go back to the shop to figure out why I have another leak after getting a oil change.:)

And I park in a personal garage every night and every day and I have not seen any leaks in my car prior till this oil change so yes I would know if I had a leak prior and after.
Edit: this was my first oil change from coming out the shop.
Now I have a leak!

Don't go to take five or you will get a leak!

I feel that they messed up my car after an oil change and obviously they won't take responsibility for their mistake. I wouldn't ever recommend this place again

Going to the Take 5 Oil Change on Maricamp was amazing service was awesome the employees were welcoming I was pleased with the service I would definitely go back and visit again

These guys went out of their way to make sure I knew just what was going on with my car. They saved me from a blowout by pointing out a rotted tire. They explained the different kinds of oil used in the car. The service manager, Spencer, used the simile that oil is for individual vehicles as blood types are to each person. As someone who works in the medical field, That really resonated with me. Cyrus the manager kept my place in line when I had to go home to get a different form of payment. And Jacob, The hood and safety person, was very fast with service. It must've taken, Max 10 minutes for the oil change, discussion, and payment. These guys are fabulous

All I asked for was mobil 1 high mileage oil they put synthetic in it I did not ask for synthetic I was charged 131.00 that was with a 7 dollor coupon never will go back

I had my oil changed at the Johnson City, TN location 10/22/22. While my car was older, it was in good running condition. After driving about 60 miles, my "Low Oil Pressure; Stop Engine Immediately" light came on. T5O came out the next morning and replaced the oil filter, later that day, my engine blew. T5O says that this is a coincidence, that my car had other mechanical issues that caused the engine to fail. No issues were noted on my receipt, there is evidence that the oil leaked out on my Mother's driveway. I did not have an oil leak prior to getting my oil changed. Just a coincidence? DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

3 months ago I went to take 5 oil change, and did a horrible job, engine oil were scattered all over my engine, didn't even bother to clean the mess, oil was dripping on my driveway. So went back there located at TAKE5 OIL CHANGE - #191

San Antonio, Texas *******, and spoke to their manager and addressed the issue.
Last Saturday Oct 15,2022, drove there again and had my oil change, the following day I noticed there was an oil dripped in driveway, and I found out that the oil filter was loose, they failed to tighten it well.

Preston, of Ormond beach, fla beach, today helped me with my kia souls oil change and air filter replacement. He was courteous, well informed, and very patiently answered In detail my questions about my car and the oil change. Impressive

These guys are cheaters, they relay on the fact that you do not know what oil they put in and that you will not check your filter. They put cheaper oil instead of more expensive one, lied to me about the mileage that this oil will take and didn't change filter. Stay away from them
