I am very satisfied with my Tackle Direct order.
Turn around time was very unsatisfactory. After making test orders to see how the orders were serviced...I made several other orders with 2 industry competitors, and received all these orders before I received the items I ordered from TD to include orders made weeks later. They have the same market conditions based on world events and I have chosen to discontinue ordering from TD even if price is better (which I haven't seen price a factor...TD has actually cost more on average after shipping). Thank you for requesting feedback and I hope this helps future customers get served better.

Order to a long time to ship. Contacted them after 2 weeks without shipping and never heard back. Order eventually shipped and was received ok.
Excellent n fast
I placed an order and it was at least a week before it was even shipped. Overall it took about three weeks to get my order. Very slow!
There was a significant delay from the.of order, an immediate need to change the order and a reply regarding same. It finally did get corrected, and once the order was placed it arrived in what I would consider normal time frame, but over a week to get a reply via email was excessive.

Tried calling tackle direct on this order. I got a recorded message saying we are no longer taking phone calls you must email. I emailed. I never received a response to my email. Unless something changes for the positive at Tackle Direct, I plan to shop elsewhere.
