I ordered an electric motor they said it was delayed due to covid19.but then weeks go by I emailed them twice cause they wasn't taking calls and it took them weeks to get back to me so I canceled my order I order stuff from china that get here before they contact me back I will never order from this place on believable

It took 5 weeks to receive the tackle i ordered fishing season had since past. Guess i will have them for next year. Wish i would have been informed of the lengthy shipping time.

I would shop more from TD if they had more items in stock AND if they updated their website more frequently on existing and non existing products.

I have not received my order. Its been over 6 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to tackle direct and no response. The phone number does not have anyone answering it. The recording just tells ypu to email them.

I ordered a Lews baitcasting combo. I specified a left handed reel but was sent a right handed reel. I contacted TD about the issue, their response was that combo had only right handed reels, yet the order form did not specify this fact and allowed me to complete the order anyway. Now I'm stuck with it unless i choose to return the reel AND rod but I have my doubts that will be processed correctly. They should have offered me a suitable exchange but did not.

Great service. Once I put my order in, I was notified every time my package moved locations. It seemed like TackleDirect was just as anxious as I was to get my gear.
