The order took 2 weeks to create a shipping label. In the mean time I cancelled the order via email as there is no one taking calls in the entire company. No one responded. The order shipped anyway. I was forced to purchase the products else where because I needed it prior to leaving town for vacation.

Shipping was extremely slow.

We knew the product, so that was fine, but the shipment did not include the full item described. We emailed immediately, but did not receive an answer.

Product arrived on time and was well packaged.

I'm use to free & quick shipping from other businesses. Seem like I paid for shipping & took over 2 weeks to get my order.

I didn't receive a email back until I contacted yall through Facebook...but after that all went smooth.
