My first order. Ordered 2 Tsunami Sapphire XT 11ft rods. Fast shipping, super light rods, They came in box with no damage. Well package thank you. I waited close to 2 months for my item. Every time I called I was told it was backordered, and I should receive it in about 5 days.

Finally, after about 2 months they refunded me and stated they don't produce it anymore, and they can't get it. This is even though today its site says 10+ available from their venders.

I then noticed Home Depot had it, and actually for a lower price. I ordered it through them, and shocked I received it 3 days later.

If I would've known that, I would've ordered directly from Home Depot from the beginning.

Last, I would attach my order, however, TackleDirect just list my order (*******) as processing and waiting review.

Just got back from my bluefin trip. The Owner rings and Spro swivels worked flawlessly. Went 5/5 on 150lbs+ BF. Captain said he doesn't see that often an I credit it to the Owner split rings and the Spro power swivels.
