The worst service of any mobile phone company that I have used. Half of the time people cannot get through to me. They either get a busy signal or it goes straight to voice mail, my phone does not ring at times when I get a call and I never know if I have a voice mail because the phone doesn't let me know. I am not the only one having these problems. I am on a plan with 2 others and their service is the same and so is some of my friends who have T Mobile. Customer service is no help

Constant lying

Went to the store on Peachtree Parkway told the cheapest plan for a single line was $65.00. Called the 800 number they started close to $80.00 I kept saying I wanted the cheapest plan finally got it down to $40.00. Told me the Sim card would come by UPS in 2 days, actually came by snail mail after a week. This is a company that just doesn't care about customer care.

Do not use this Team Mobil they are the biggest Liars on Planet Earth first of all if they mail you an advertisement its all lies they will do anything to try to steel your business from another cell phone company. The add said I could get two phone lines for a certain amount of money I talked to the rep on the phone and he charged my CC the activation fee of $35.00. Then told me he would mail me the Sims card after receiving the sims card it would not activate because AT&T had to release my lines and I had to pay off my Iphone to get them to do that. To make a long story short the two phone lines were not what the guy told me only one line could received calls the other line was text only. I canceled the service and disputed the $35.00 I then received many letters and calls from a collection agency T-mobile are liars and scumbags do not do business with them.

Poor customer service

I went in yesterday to pay my bill and the lady said my credit card was no good. So, I went over to Walmart to buy a few things and my card worked fine. So, today, I go in with cash, and nobody would wait on me. So I go back again a little later, still nobody would wait on me. I'm not returning. I'll just go to cspire next door.

I am at my wits end. I have spend HOURS upon HOURS begging them to help me. My husband and I are both on the same plan, but he has an upgraded 5g phone while I still have a 4g phone. Neither of our phones work consistently for more than a day or so. I have spent more time on the phone with a third party company that has no true connection to actual T-Mobile. I end up crying after over a year of spending my time (not being paid to do so) trying to get them to provide me with the service I constantly pay them to provide. I'd take half of what they promise at this point. My phone works when his doesn't and vise versa. We will be sitting next to one another and his won't have internet yet mine will. I don't know what to do anymore other than spend half my day everyday begging and pleading with them to hold their end of the deal. My husband had a family emergency yesterday yet he couldn't send messages successfully to his sister unknowingly. I also received no answer to any of my sent messages to him. His phone reflected upon arriving home that he had been responding to both of us the entire day. HOW IS THIS LEGAL!?

T-mobile lies about 5G

I recently purchased a 5G phone from Best Buy (which was a mistake) I see 5G UC for my internet when I'm apparently using 5G but it's slow as molasses and it's so slow that some of my streaming apps think I don't have internet at all. How you say you have the fastest 5G if it's so darn slow? I would rather pay the high cost of being with Verizon because at least their 5G is actually fast.

Come here if you want to pay over $500 a month for two phones. We switched to xfinity mobile and now pay less than $100 for two phones and a watch wayyyy better deal. T-Mobile won't hesitate to jump the prices right on up and take you off family plans.

I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD NOW 48 MINUTES WAITING TO JUST TALK TO SOMEONE. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ON HOLD SOOOOOOO LONG. I WANT TO HEAR FROM A SUPERVISOR. SICK OF LISTENING TO YOUR MUSIC. ABSOLUTELY SICK OF TMOBIL.

All promised promotions were quickly forgotten after I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile.
I sent them an iPhone for a trade-in and they lost it. The tracking shows they received it, but they said they failed to log in properly on their end and nothing can be done about that. It's just unbelievable.

Garbage mifi m2000 hotspot

Please don't ever waste your money on this device, it's almost $400 for something that runs like my Nokia did back in 2002. And I tried to get it fixed. So they changed my plan on accident apparently so I had to fight with them for days one person tried telling me my plan never existed.they will straight up lie to you to get you off their back. Especially when your device isn't working cause their customer service has 0 clue what is going on. Oh yeah and I ended up getting charged for that "accidental" plan change that I had no control over and was so pissed about them doing it on "accident" please do yourself a favor and buy a nighthawk and go through at+t if your needing internet in a rural area and have no other option like me. T-mobile does not care for their customers. And if you use the text an expert option on the app beware because they get a nice boost of confidence just like people do on the internet and they get quite rude. They have attitudes attached to them everyday. And take it out on complete strangers that are just trying to get their device to work. T-mobile you suck

No compassion!

Last week my phone malfunctioned again. This was my insurance covered replacement phone. I am a nurse practitioner and having a working phone is mandatory for me. So, I went back to T mobile in Sicklerville and regretfully was assisted by a representative by the name of Tina. She never smiled from hello. She took my phone ( which was functional although not properly) and attempted to reset it, etc. Long story short by the time she was done with my phone I had a black screen and she told me the following: let the battery die and then try to turn it back on ( had nearly 70% charge which would take days to die...oh and my 3rd replacement phone was on a 5-7 day back order) or take it to Best Buy to see if they could get it turned back on to retrieve all of my information. Meanwhile, other staff members were just laughing and playing with the radio instead of attempting to assist. Tina never made eye contact with me. She had her sweater zipped all the way up and kept her lower face in her sweater. It was apparent that she could care less about my phone issue and never took accountability that she totally broke my phone. As I grabbed my phone off the counter I even told her and the 3 other staff members that I've never interacted with "professionals" that lacked so much compassion! Horrible, aggravating experience!

After leaving the Sicklerville store I went to the Clementine T mobile where I met an amazing store rep by the name of Alex. He was immediately sympathetic to my issue and apologized for the lack of professionalism I endured at the other store. After some tricks of the trade and additional assist of colleague, Becca, Alex was able to retrieve all information from my phone. Consequently, I purchased another phone but walked out of that store with a 100% functional phone with ALL of my information. Alex should be commended for being what a true professional is and T mobile should be proud to have him working for them.
Save your time and aggravation...stay away from the Sicklerville store where children work and go straight to the Clementine store!

T-Mobile is selling caterpillar phones out of their stores and promoting this phone (CatS62) I got ripped off by both companies. I've been through two brand new phones out of the box and both do not work and neither one wants to take responsibility!

TMobile stole over $300.00 from me. I complained to the Attorney General's Office and I got my money back months later. Now I'm not receiving all my calls and text. I pay my bill every month for years and this is how I'm treated. I can't help but feel my sudden lack of service is retaliation for my complaint.

Just wow! Can't even explain how disappointed I am in this company and their customer service! I started my service with 7 lines no less on Dec 6. While signing up for their service I was told by the manager in the store that I had 14 days to cancel my service and that I would get a full refund if I did so. Well I canceled 6 days later and it was completed crazy town after that! I paid my bill in full 366.48 for 6 days of service. Been fighting to get my money back ever since. Not to mention they are still adding charges to the closed account one month later! Customer service is a joke. The communication barriers are awful and when you ask a question they have no answer. I've been on hold with them over the last 4 weeks for 10+ hours. The manager has promised to call back …. Never has! A word of advice …. Even if you're trying to save some money …. Don't do it with this company. They are the worst company I have dealt with in the last 25 years of cell services.

T-Mobile buys out sprint

As we all know, T-Mobile bought out sprint. This is the worst buy out I've experienced as a customer. As a sprint customer, I keep getting the run around at T-Mobile stores "I can't touch sprint accounts"…okay well I keep getting texts that say my mifi is no longer compatible because of T-Mobile but yet the stores can't do anything about it. Needless to say, I'm jumping ship and starting new elsewhere. I hope all Sprint customers do so as well.

I purchased a Samsung watch with my phone. The watch quit working in August and they sent a replacement that wasn't the same color watch. I sent it back back and received another watch that wasn't the same so I sent that back. The the third watch was also the wrong color a d when I called customer service they explained that with warranty replacements I have to accept what they send and it may not be the same as what I bought. Now the fun begins, I was charged $500 in late fees for not returning one of the watches on time. Turns out it was lost at the warehouse. I then spent hours and numerous phone calls trying to get the fees removed. I thought I finally had it resolved when they billed me again for them. Three months and a dozen hour long phone calls I may have it resolved 3 months later. Worst customer service ever!
