T-Mobile's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived deceptive practices regarding promotions and service quality. Many customers report issues with billing, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties in resolving problems, leading to frustration and a sense of betrayal. While some reviews acknowledge initial satisfaction with service and product offerings, the overwhelming sentiment reveals a trend of distrust and disappointment, particularly concerning support after the sale. This feedback suggests a pressing need for T-Mobile to enhance its customer service approach and better honor promotional commitments to rebuild trust and retain customers.

My husband applied for two lines and two a14's. He paid the taxes and had the phones sent to us. We decided to have our package sent to our local ups store. When we was supposed to receive the package we was told that tmobile put a hold on it at one of the ups center at a neighboring county. We called all day to try to find our package. Several times we was told that the package would come to our nearest ups store. Then finally was told that the package had been returned to tmobile. They stated that they can't refund our money until they get the phones back. One rep Cherry told us that we can go to a nearest tmobile store and pay taxes and get our phones. Well we drive about 35 miles just to find out that a tmobile store cannot supply us with the phones we wanted, because our balance was not at zero. So I called tmobile customer service and asked to speak to a manager. Again the manager told us that he couldn't send out two phones to us until he got the other ones back and our money was refunded which could take seven to ten business days.
I told the manager that I would not pay another tax and surcharges for two more phones. He was not trying to help it felt like he was taking advantage of us so I told him to cancel our account and send my hard earned money back to me and we would find another phone company. He told me that was up to me, and he said do whatever I thought I needed to do. I really suggest Noone to get T-Mobile service they suck.
I rented signal booster and I returned it long time ago they lost booster
TMOBILE want me to prove return device
It was 2 years ago they keep billing me even they lost it I talk talk to them they doesn't care only money
F ***********************. T monile
I never can get customer service to do what I ask and when I finally get it done it's been two hours of arguing over the phone. It's an absolute nightmare if I need a new number or to add someone to the line.
Loyalty to a company doesn't mean anything anymore. We have been T-mobile customers for 22 years and recently made a change that triggered a $600 charge for boosters from 10 and 14 years ago. After 4 calls and escalation, I was told pay the fee or your account will be suspended. They also said we are more than happy to cancel our services as well. Wow, is all I can say. We will be escalating this to T-mobile wireless via snail mail since that is the only way to file a disputeā¦are we in 2023 or 1950? Anyway I am sad that we will no longer be supporting, referring or using T-mobile in our future.
BEWARE...of T-Mobile's cutesy magenta on-line map verifying your physical address WILL receive 4G coverage (8 months later 5G) neither of which is TRUE. After 8 months of lies and paying monthly bills for NON-usage, Customer Assistant Brandi specifically wrote, on December 7,2022, 'Regrettably, we cannot guarantee coverage in all areas and all times'. Ironic that 'Brandi's company affiliation proudly boasting of being Customer Experience Obsessed; equating that 'cutesy' title to CEO of the company...choke, choke), Don't bother writing to their Customer Relations address either. After two registered letters with the second requesting the courtesy of a reply, I received NOTHING (other than continuing monthly bills). BEWARE isn't a strong enough warning to avoid a company as corrupt to the core as T-Mobile. I would love to attach ALL pertinent verification of my correspondence with T-Mobile but the fille is overwhelming.
I had my Samsung S22 Ultra paid off. T mobile made it very cumbersome to unlock my phone. T mobile first said it is due to an error on Samsung side and Android side that they can do nothing about. Then later, I was able to ask the T mobile associate to unlock my phone on their end. So they lied the first time. It has poor overall coverage. A bad cell company.
Purchased a prepaid plan
Would not work in Mobile. Took phone back to store. They said is was the sims card. Put in another new one. Still no service.took it back to store the next morning and they said no refund on prepaid plan.
Beware! They stole my $51 and my time. Terrible company. Went to Verizon and same phone works great!
I was a keep and switch customer and the representative JB at store at 5121 nc hwy 42 garner, nc was efficient and wonderful. I was nervous and frustrated but She calmly asked all of the right questions and consulted with others to verify some processes I asked about. I'm extremely happy with the plan price and the freebies. If you are tired of paying more for your cell phone, I say switch to T-Mobile.
Never sign business contract with TIM. TIM surprisingly charge you for different issues, you can not cancel the contract in any of their stores, nobody answer your emails and TIM push you to pay it. You will need lawyer to cancel & get rid of TIM.
I am an Example and following TIM with lawyer now.
If you are looking for a carrier or you are with a carrier, Like T-MOBILE don't get it or get out from it. I been with T-Mobile 6 years and they have been the worst ever in my life. I also worked for T-Mobile for 2 years as a manager. So I have so much experience and recognition of this SCAMMING COMPANY. I hate it with a passion. My bill has been $430 dollars every month no less than that. ITS RIDICULOUS! Every month I have to call them to talk about my billing losing 1-2hr on the phone each time. The customer service is really bad they are so unprofessional they make mistakes in your account than later as customer you have to pay for them. I have spoke to supervisors from the customer service area of my region. And they are all the worst as well they would literally do the same thing that the representatives do. You tell them your story and they don't care they take your story or whatever you told them and count you as a liar or you making up things to get advantage. I sure would love to get the hell out of this company but I'm stuck with them because of the stupid promotions they say are the best as so they say. You get stuck with this promotion for 24 damn months on the most expensive rate plan you can cancel your line until than or if you do you will end up paying the whole device. I have tried to talk to so many reps and supervisors to lower my bill and I have no way around it or they won't make an exception for me when they see I'm struggling to pay this bill every month. I hate T-MOBILE I would never recommend to anyone all my family members hate T-Mobile all my friends hate T-Mobile and so do I. I'm tired of being scammed like this of my money every month and they never help or understand or make exceptions for long time customers. This is how they repay us. Reps on the phone each time I talk promise you a courtesy credit to help with your bill and or situation. But once you get off the phone with them it's never there on the bill. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS.
Today I visited the T-Mobile on Boston Rd., in Springfield mass I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The Gentleman that waited on me Yves was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the services. The other staff was very friendly. I was able to get a line for my son quick and easy. Highly recommend this t-mobile! Thank you all for a great experience.
We were Sprint customers for 20 plus years when T-Mobile purchased them. The service is God awful in Sugar Land, Texas and has worked intermittently with lots of dropped calls or people not being able to hear you although you can hear them in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. We are canceling our service tonight and moving to another carrier.
T mobile invited me to join their phone company. This is the worst company I've ever been with. The phone is outdated internet cybernetic problem from day 1. Replaced it 4 times with the same issues. Stuck in a contract now unless I pay off the free defective phone. They should give me a really good deal on an upgrade I've lost almost 200 dollars in time and replacing this free phone. I hate t mobile do not use this company.
I don't even want to give them a star! There internet is not good at all. When you ask for a 3 day extension on my due date they would NOT HELP AT ALL! When your own disability, and I only get paid once a month.and they couldn't do nothing. Spoke with HAYLEE AND she does not need to be in a customer service. I wouldn't suggest T-Mobile Internet for nothing. It's not worth it at all.
I had great experience working with Spencer L from the aventura store on 178 nw Biscayne blvd, he made our transaction so much better he also help us save. We need more like him
Their "5g ultra capacity" comes in a blazing speed of 3.2mbps, after continually speak with customer service the answer received is "yeah that's what your gonna get" their clearly lying about network speeds and capabilities. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY my 3g speeds are faster then their 5g, it's beyond pathetic, whats worse is they know it is will do absolutely nothing to address the problems.
I bought my phone in Houma T-Mobile other store on Martin Luther King location. I spent there 2 hrs waiting for phone activation, pay for it and walk away with non working phone. Then i spend 2 times 1.5 hr on the phone with Customer service and waited 1 week for a call back. Still nothing. Then i went to the other store on Park av in Houma and there were two girls who found problem in 3 minutes(Danielle and Siera). Both pleasent and knowledgable. Store was open and ready for businnes(not like the store on Martin Luther King, where in window it says it open 10 00 but on website says 1100 so i waited for a half hour in front of store with other clients-and nobody was ever able to remove that wrong working time sticker for a while now)
I almost lost the hope that my new phone will never be working till i run in the right store talking to the right, nice proffesional employees like Danielle and Siera)
Ty Danielle and Siera-very much for your help-you make my day.
My phone # *******306-T mobile
Tmobile phones did not work in our house or yard. Returned phones after two weeks. Was charged activation fees, etc. Received $35 back when phones were returned. Didn't have original box for one phone. Received a bill for $89 for a month service. Once you leave Tmobile they have no record that your account ever existed, so scr__ you.
I closed my T-Mobile account in May of 2022. I paid off the phone and all the lines on the account in full, soon after that I started receiving bills for an account that was supposedly closed down. I called customer service and the issue was solved and, they gave me a credit in the account. But then I kept receiving bills in the mail, even after I got the credit back. I even went into the store because I called customer service and they said they were unable to help me resolve it over the phone, I went to the store and they couldn't help me and told me to call customer service which I had already done numerous times. Which is very unprofessional and I was basically put on a wild goose chase. This is the worst experience I've had with a company in my whole entire life. They just sent me a "final notice" of $404.09 and deactivated my account which was closed in May. They also keep threatening to send me to a collection agency and credit bureau.
I called first telling Le that I was having trouble with frontier and I am a current TMobile customer so I wanted to get different internet. He explained it to me and I went up to check it out. He already had it up to the counter. Getting my information he set it up for me as I didn't really want to worry if it would work or not after working all day. All I had to do is plug it in in just a couple of minutes it loaded up and it was running. Just by plugging in the power cord. Thank you Le.
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
