We decided to switch mobile providers, so we went to T-Mobile, they took our old phones which worked perfectly and they gave us two new phones that were both defective and did not work after a couple weeks when I called to see what could be done they sent me two used rebuilt phones, I called again to let them know I paid for two brand new phones I don't want used rebuilt phones, they told me sorry that's all we can do, even when my phones were still under warranty so if I wanted new phones I would have to buy two new phones or upgrade, obviously in attempt to get more money out of me instead of replacing the broken phones they sent me in the first place, that were under warranty. This company is horrible, they're selling broken phones and customer service was of no help at all. I am already switching back to my old provider. Stay away from T-Mobile.
What can I say? Been a customer for at least 5 years… day I get arrested, I find out T-Mobile helped the police by deleting specific txt/call logs from my account that could've proved my innocence! Giving the police any info they need is one thing but assisting with DELETING info is pretty shady, don't you think? When I called and confronted the issue,I was being connected to several different people cause no one wanted to address my concerns or maybe they just didn't know how? Only response that was provided to me was to contact Apple to get records. Well Apple doesn't have any control over my actual T-MOBILE PHONE RECORDS…but thx for all the help. Wow…. Either way, they're completely untrustworthy and very misleading. I will be switching to Verizon. I just don't know how you can get away with that or let the police coax you somehow into doing this favor for them. That was my innocence you took from me.

Not really happy this company wants to invest over 1 million dollars into the fags and lesbians, those that are confused (transgenders) bi sexuals...which is coming from there customers no doubt...and I DON'T SUPPORT THEM! This crap has gotten so out of hand its not even funny. What you do in private is your business, but I am beyond fed up with this $#*! being shoved down my throat...in my face ALL THE TIME! Sorry there are those of us that still believe in God and the Bible, you don't see us that are straight holding rallies, parades, having our own flags, etc...$#*! off Tmobile, I'll be switching services very soon. Got children with there moronic parents supporting gender surgery when they aren't old enough or lived life enough to know what they want, but they think they want a penis, or a set of titties...give me a break. TMOBILE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE IVE DOWNGRADED FROM SPRINT. WHO IVE BEEN WITH SINCE 2007. I HAVE SLOWER SPEED POOR SERVICE, BLOCK CALLS STILL CAN CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES AFTER BLOCKING THEM, THEIR BILLING CYCLE IS SETUP FOR LATE FEES, TO UPGRADE THEY WANTS YOUR PHONE TO GIVE YOU NOTHING FOR IT THEN ALOT OF MONEY DOWN WITH ANOTHER MONTHLY PAYMENT AFTER GIVING THEM YOUR PAID PHONE. WHEN SPRINT HAD BETTER TRADE IN. I HATE THAT SPRINT IS GONE IAM AN INVESTOR WHEN YOU PURE INTO AN BUSINESS EVERY MONTH ITS NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT. Zero stars. These businesses are just so unethical. I've been humming along with a $55 per month internet charge for months and all of the sudden, they charged me an extra $236 with no "heads up" - no warning. I'm on the phone with billing now who are insisting it is an "equipment charge". Just don't auto-pay anything these days. You cannot trust companies with your payment information.
I was on a buisness trip in another country and they suddenly cut my service not allowing me to make calls. One entire day. As I write this I have been on hold for an hour and a half.
Since Sunday May 28 I have been in contact with t mobile to port my phone numbers and unlock my paid off phones I have 3 2 were unlocked the other one had a error code and I was told it would be escalated to there back office and with in 72 hrs the phone would be unlocked I was on the phone with them for 3 1/2 hrs with not resolve. 72 hrs passed phone did not get unlocked I had to call back 2 hrs this time on the phone with them and I was told in 24 to 48 hrs phone would be unlocked today June 2 was the 48 hrs phone still not unlocked I called again waited on hold for over an hr just to talk to a supervisor and he tells me I need ur email address in order to resolve this issue. I have been a customer with t mobile for 14 years in good standing and this is how I am treated! Do not do service or business with them!
App sucks big time! It's like you have three times to login to check other lines on your account. Internet is priced outrageously! Better than AT&T prices tho. AT&T has way better everything other than that.
I was helped today by Luis, Amanda and Mostafa from the branch in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. I had a bunch of things to sort out and was there for three hours. They were amazing! They were patient, helpful and very friendly. I would rate them 10 out of 10! Thank you guys!
I contacted the business to cancel my Internet service on May 4,2023. They informed me they could not do it over the phone and I needed to take my equipment into the local store and they would handle the cancellation for me. I did that the same day. I recieved a reciept for the equipment. I waited for a final bill and never recieved one. I logged into my account on June 6,2023 to learn that it had never been cancelled. I called T-mobile. They told me that the equipment had never been returned and the service had not been cancelled. They said I needed to go back to the store and find out what happened to the equipment. The store said it had been returned on May 5,2023 but they would get the tracking number and find out where it was and let me know. On June 13,2023 they finally let me know that it was in the warehouse. I called customer service back and they still said it was not returned but they did finally cancel my service but are still charging me until July 2,2023. I told the customer service representative I had not had service since May 4,2023 but the bill showed a charge in advance for May 3-June 2 so I would only owe for 2 days in May and she said they did not charge in advance and I was incorrect. When I called back the second time the man I talked to said this was true but the system had already generated the bill so there was nothing he could do. (bill attached) This is an ongoing practice for this company. They claim that I never called them to cancel my service in May and that I never turned my equipment in even to this day. They say they can see that it has not been used since May 4 but they have no way to track the equipment by the serial number or to contact the store to find out if it was turned in. I asked to speak to a supervisor but sat on hold for over an hour and one was never available. They told be they were helping other valuable customers. There have been other customers that have had the same problems with this company. Once you get their service it is almost impossible to cancel it. They will put your account on suspension indefinitely and keep adding on late fees until they turn it over to a collection agency and ruin your credit.
I switched from Metro PCs to t mobile and paid for new internet tablet sim and new phone I was charged 217.00 dollars for the switch. And today I called to see where my equipment was at and it was shipped to the wrong address in a different zip code and t mobile told me in the Caribbean that I would have to go and try to get my equipment at the address that it was shipped to or pay another 217.00 to have it shipped to my actual location. Then they lied. To me and said that it was UPS fault and they also claimed to put me on the phone with ups agent in the Caribbean that sounded a whole lot like the person I was talking to before I escalated the call. It's ashamed when you pay you're bill on time everytime and get treated with such disgust. I am sad to say I probably never see that money again. What scammers. It's really sad I even have an email of shipping with date and equipment and a voicemail with the very evidence described above by a t mobile employee
I don't like T mobile and today was a confirmation WHY I DON'T LIKE T-MOBILE PRODUCTS. I couldnt work from home this my first day with the internet and ALREADY HAVING A HEADACHE... I really don't like T mobile at all.and would never recommend
The worst service I've ever had! Does not work in my house!, doesn't work on the road! Doesn't work in the T-mobile store! Do not get use Verizon or any other service provider!
My Tracfone broke and T-mobile has a store minutes from home. The T-mobile salesman was friendly but utterly dishonest. He never mentioned the $90 per month plan he placed me on. I agreed to $60 per month but only because this included Netflix membership but was three times what Tracfone was charging me. Once I knew the truth many days later and wanted to disconnect, additional staff including the store manager made leaving T-Mobile as difficult as possible. Based on my experience, I'd strongly urge you never patronize this disreputable company. Paul
In terms of mobile service... T-Mobile is absolutely the worst... I decided to give them a try, moving from Metro by T-Mobile to T-Mobile... I was talking to a T-Mobile salesperson about moving to T-Mobile and what the lowest price I could get the Samsung A53 for if I ported in my number from Metro... The representative told me that she could get me the A53 for $99 after porting in my number and paying so many "credits" or something to that effect... So I figured I'll get the magenta Max plan with auto pay which was going to cost me $65 a month. $5 more a month then I was
Paying to Metro. She told me I needed to do a credit check and afterwards said that I qualified... All in all... So now it seems I'm locked into a contract for two years paying the full price for the A53...
After contacting customer service twice... They're telling me that there was no deal for the A53, even if porting my number... There's no way to get a copy of the transcripts for that conversation with the original sales woman... And essentially I'm screwed. If I would have stayed with Metro, that phone was being offered at half the price and my phone service would still be $60 a month... Instead I'm paying $83 (and change) a month for service and phone payments for 2 years. Customer service is telling me that there was no promotions on the Samsung A53 when I switched... The only promotions were on the S21 (according to him). As far as I'm concerned, T-Mobile is nothing but a scam.
The front end agents have no adequate knowledge but they kill your time. They put you on the ad to get help. After 30 minutes, I hung up with no help.

Last week they said I had to pay a past due balance and then I was guaranteed unlimited wifi for $35/mo. Now, 5 days later, they say I am not able to get wifi.
Had 2 phone replacements, second replacement stopped working first week of February, I outright bouht the phone last year. Called customer service, was told I had to buy a new phone, I told rep to cancel my account because I was not going to buy a new phone, and I wasted my money outright purchasing this Iphone which malfunctioned for a second time. End of February, went to a new cellphone company,, and the new rep called Tmobile to have my number transferred to my new service, we were told in order for me to transfer my number, I would need to re-activate my account, this was 5 phone calls later, no help, so I ended up not transferring my number. I received an email saying 'final bill', nevermind I did not leave Tmobile with a balance at all, and called in, and was on the phone with one dumb $#*! rep an hour and a half, whom refused to transfer me to a supervisor, but kept putting me on hold to check something out, so I angrily requested a supervisor, whom was very very rude, kept cuttingt me off, shouting in my ear, told me I owed $43, plus a reactivation fee of $10 and my bce owed was now $73 and there are no notes that I called to cancel first week of February, so I had to pay, I declined. Never ever again, and I would advice any body to stay away from Tmbobile. I am in my second lawsuit for the 2 data breaches, was paid for the first, now the second is in litigation with a law firm, adding this complaint to my lawsuit. Noone wanted to give their name, I was breached very bad too, all kinds of scam calls, texts, porn and scam emails, accounts hacked, got it cleaned up with Equifax and other companies
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF SPRINT FOR OVER 20 YEARS; EVER SINCE THEY MERGED WITH TMOBILE MY NIGHTMARE BEGAN.THEY ADDED LINES TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR SIGNATURE; THEY CHARGED ME FOR DEVICES THAT WERE RETURNED 3 MONTHS PRIOR, CLAIMING THEIR WAREHOUSE DIDN'T SEE THEM; I NEVER FELT SO VIOLATED BY A COMPANY; EVERY TIMER I CALLED IT WAS HOURS UPON HOURS WAITING AND NOTHING GOT RESOLVED. AGENTS BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH SO RATHER THAN SOLVING ISSUES THEY GOT WORSE. I HATE THEM, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE TO ZERO BUSINESS ACUMEN.
A few years ago, I purchased a t mobile plan because they had a free phone on offer that I could give my son. But the plan was significantly more expensive than my previous carrier and when I realised it, I returned the free phone. I cancelled the plan and I received a email cancellation. T mobile continued to charge me a monthly amount and I called, I went to three t mobile stores in person and I emailed. I did not pay on a plan that was canceled. When the amount owing became $582.00 Tmobile stopped the plan and sent me to a collection agency. I have been harassed by the collection agency and they continually reusubmit the bill to the FICA and therefore the 7 years does not count. They are very evil. I do not have any collections except for Tmobile. I will not pay what I do not owe...and I am sorry I ever signed up with Tmobile..
