I keep getting rejections about my business even when I gave them the proper information they needed
Swyft Filings was unable to secure an LLC for me, and charged me a filing fee that I am exempt from. They refused to honor their guarantee, and threaten to send you to a collection agency if you challenge their charges with your credit card company. They do not answer their phones and do not return voice messages.
I keep getting my business rejected because of information they didn't even ask for and they have poor communication skills they don't help you I do not recommend you filing with this company
CROOKS. THEY KEPT MY $. These guys continue to hold onto my money, I paid via PayPal. They make it a point to "call a customer" when they cancel an order instead of just understanding and immediately refunding like any real company would.
The cancellation was within 30 hours of my order and the order was still in the "review" process. After I asked them to cancel they placed the order on "Hold" and while they took their sweet time I have opened a dispute already. Just refund when you haven't provided anyone a service. I tried it their way by phone and they don't even call you back. It's crazy.
I wrote them saying, refund me or I'll have to dispute the charge. So even though I was FORCED into disputing the charge and they have a 100% money back guarantee(Google: swyft-filings-guarantee), they threatened to take me to Collections. These guys are the worst and most unprofessional people ever. I would never do this to one of my clients.
Once you've paid and they have your EIN number, you can't even log in to view your account. If you call their 877 number, they put you on hold and then after about 10 minutes transfer you to a voice message. :(
I bought the hype and paid my money. Six days later they claimed my application had been rejected for not having enough Directors on my Board (I had two listed instead of three). That seems something that should have been detected at the outset.
Corrected the input within an hour. It has now been 10 days since that occurred and after multiple emails, and chat messages that they failed to respond to, I got THIS message today:

I have contacted our processors to continue processing your filing. I apologize for the inconvenience!
Along the way, their web site crashed for days (they claim it was "maintenance", but really who does maintenance during the week for days?)
They have been unresponsive and amateurish at best.
Should have picked LegalZoom for this service.
UPDATE: As of this afternoon (3-19-19) their site has crashed yet again. This forces one to wonder if the site has been hacked by outside forces.
Don't give this company your money they will take your money and then you never hear back from Anyone when you have issues I paid $300 for DBA Service three months ago i've tried emailing customer service and I get no response because of this they have Ruined my plans for the business so please take your money and your valuable business to a company that cares
Check out the Better Business Complaints and that will tell your everything. This organization is totally incompetent and corrupt. I am a medical professional and spouse of government law enforcement who made the mistake of doing business with these people. Do NOT waste your Time nor your Money.
If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. Do not do business with this company. You will be paying for a service that they say they provide... but because of their poor service ended up with my company being in default with the state and I had to pay late fees which were double than what I should have paid. You are paying them to provide a service to notify you of any papers received by the state. Funny thing... The notifications of them charging my account came to my email NO PROBLEM. BUT The important notifications as to the renewal notices from the state went to my spam. So when I call to say how did I not get notified?! He says did you look in your spam? WELL Joel... NO I don't look in spam because its all garbage. If all your other emails about you getting paid would go to my inbox WHY would I look in spam for IMPORTANT documents from the state? Its absurd... AND
The attitude I got was unbelievable as to I was the idiot for not looking in my spam folder for important notices from them. WHAT?! I truly believe the positive reviews you read are plants from the company themselves they sound too fake. My experience as left me frustrated with extra fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
