I had already used Swyft Filings for one incorporation so I recently used them again for another corporation. They do not answer my questions in a reasonable time or sometimes not at all. They made a huge mistake that slowed my incorporation even though I had paid for expedited service. Their phone representative got upset when I asked for a refund of that portion of my payment and refused refund. Twice, their phone person got snippy and short with me and could not or would not offer reasonable responses. I am left without an EIN and they will not tell me when I may expect to get it.

I ordered the $99.00 package. Then I was charged another $99.00 for something else. Then three days later I was charged another $150.00 for something else. I called to dispute but they said it was to late. I can get the $149.00 back but I have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it.

Never transact with this business. They charged me $50 for the cancellation of my DBA Filing Order. The reason of the cancellation is the inability to do the notarization of the DBA form. They are asking me to have the document notarized in Delaware but I am from oversea therefore, it is not possible. They haven't disclose that part when I ordered the said service. Now, they are refusing to provide full refund without me paying them $50. The order was placed on Jul 10, so therefore, I should still be covered with their Money Back Guarantee. I have done the necessary legal actions against this company. NEVER TRANSACT WITH THEM!

I decided to start my business with Swift filling because of a YouTube video. We were starting a Non for profit business. They were absolutely horrible. They didn't know what they were doing. They gave us the run around and although we requested a refund. It was never granted. My partner had to change accounts because they keep drawing money out of his account. There was a lot of confusion and it was really hard to reach anyone who could solve our problems. We lost almost $500. I can't recommend them because my experience was very poor. I would never recognize them. Be careful, espresso if your situation is unique.

I originally filed with Swyft because I wanted to change my current business into an LLC. Sadly, because I already had my business name, this was something that they were not able to do. My order was placed oh hold by them, while they requested that I change my business name. I decided to contact my state because I wanted to keep my business name and changing 14 years of digital footprint seemed to be costly, if not impossible. After talking with the State of Oregon, I was able to complete the change for $100 and they stayed on the phone and walked me through filling out the paperwork and answering questions that I had along the way. It was a great experience. Now, getting back to Swyft filings. I needed to get my money refunded as I did not need their help. I called in and was told that it would be sent to the cancellation department and I would get a phone call within 24 hours and to keep my "lines open". I said okay and had no reason to doubt. 24 hours went by and no phone call. I called back and the person insisted that I was moved to priority and once again to keep my lines open. Another 24 hours passed and no phone call. I called again. By this time I was feeling frustrated and having concerns as to the legitamacy of the company. I asked to be transferred to the cancellation department. The customer service rep said that he was unable to do that and assured me that I would be getting a call today as he could see my name on the list. I said fine. At the end of the day there was no phone call. I chatted in and was told that someone would be emailing me in a few hours. Live chat is not an option at all. The email response that I got back was nothing more than a form they copied and pasted and filled in blanks to make it look personal. It was the same rhetorical response that I had been given for several days. I responded and said that I would wait another 24 hours and then I would be seeking legal advice. That was last night. This morning I got a phone call. They are charging me $49 as a cancellation fee that will go towards any future purchases with their company. I am reluctantly cutting my losses there and am leaving this review as a warning to anyone else doing business with this company. They will be quick to take your money and decide later if they can help you or not.

They were lazy when opening my LLC and i had to pay the state amendment fees to fix it. 2/5 would not recommend. Use someone else. After all, rude on the phone, too much background noise. Overall bad experience.

After charging me $299, I asked for a refund. Their team answered back by saying we'll look into it. After 2 days, they charged me again $274 and sent me an email saying they refunded me and they show on my account that they refunded me while they charged me twice. So now I'm down $573 and they say they'll only refund $274... This is pure fraud and theft. When I tried contacting their team, they kept hanging up or ignoring my claim saying that on their system they already refunded me. If you're trying to use this company, They also do not want to allow me to take of my credit card information. I strongly STRONGLY advise you to never use their services if you do not want to be scammed too.

Try giving them a call or using the 'Live Chat' function on the website. You will NEVER reach a customer service agent, you WILL be asked for a call back number and you WILL wait at least 24 hours or more like 48 to get that call. The Live Chat is simply an email system so no chatting with any agents.
There service is poor, I am still waiting on various permits required to sell and given there USP is supposed to take this admin away from a startup company my advice is research and do it yourself.

I signed up for mail collection service for $29.00 per mo. I never received mail or messages that I had mail. The entity was inactive and I decide to dissolve the business. I contacted SWYFT instructed them to cancel services and not charge my credit card. For several months they continued to charge my card for the canceled service. I emailed SWYFT to cancel services - they continued to charge my card. I finally went to my CC company and blocked all charges and disputed charges. SWYFT then comes back to me and is trying to charge me more for disputing charges plus charges for services AFTER 2nd notification to cancel. Then they threaten to report to credit reporting agency. SWYFT low down, bullying, dirty crooks.

I filed for a DBA which I had done myself before, for way less, but I needed to get this filed so I used them. The instructions were not clear, there kept being errors (which was my fault) and needed help to respond correctly. Hold times are way too long, chat never responds and when I tried to resubmit asking what was needed, the site wouldn't link me to what was needed. I am disappointed in this service and can't say I would use again. Too much time and money spent to make their service worth it.

Bought the 10 day standard LLC package with extras. They advertise it "10 days delivered to you". This is false. They did not submit my information to the state for 7 days and only after I contacted them expressing my concern as we were at day 7 of 10. It took 18 business days for me to receive my approval. I actually found out about my approval 2 days before they notified me. Same day I contacted IRS to see if they had applied for my EIN. IRS advised they they had not so I applied and received my own EIN on the spot. They say they have a 100% money back guarantee. They did not meet the 10 days to me LLC and refused to refund my money. Would not use them. Had I known I could apply myself to the state for half the cost and how easy it was to do my EIN would never have considered them. Same thing happened to my son. 18 days not 10 and we did the same for him to get his EIN.

This company is a joke. After they take your money and wait. You get no more communication. I've sent emails and also left voicemails. No response back at all. And the business hours on the voicemail are false. When you call and are asked to receive a call back if you pick this option they will call back and say leave a voicemail which they never return. They have charge my credit card three times for the basic package. Once on the first day. And twice on another. Beware! Sad now I have to contact their better business bureau.

I tried to open LLC company. I payed $399 and after over a month they did not open my company and didn't refund my all money! I want to know why would they take $49 from me when they didn't do help or service but waste my time.
Also they charged my credit card $149 without my permission, yes they did charge me before ask me. They refund that after I called them, but why would charge my card before asking me. The whole process was shady.
I just want to say, People you need to be careful, don't give your card info, you'll be charged extras.
I'm sorry to say That I'm not satisfied, and think It's a scam.

I went online to order this service. When ordering the service it offers a 1 day service for an extra $100. So I spent $244.00 for a DBA. Well when I get the form I called because it says the form has to be notarized and mailed in. Well since the address is in Houston, I called to check to see if I can drop it off. The customer service rep said no because it is just a mail service, so I started asking more questions and she explained that we have to mail it to then and they have to mail it in, so please explain to me how this can me a 24 hour service, it can't. So this service does not work for me I don't need your service. So they say we charge a $75 cancellation fee, which is the total opposite of what the website says when it post this 100% Money Back Guarantee. The guarantee does say it will not refund any of the state fees, so if you never filed anything you never paid the state any fees so you just keep that money to your self. The whole thing is misleading and I feel like I was scammed.
