I formed an LLC for an investment property and used Swyft Filings. They stated I would receive everything within 7 days. After 7 days passed, I tried to call the number listed, email and went on live chat but nobody ever responded, ever!

After more than two weeks later, I had to use another service. This time I called their customer service number to make sure they answered. They also provided a guarantee on their deliverables.

I then had to contact my credit card company since they did charge me the day I ordered the most expensive package.

It has now been over 3 weeks and they never got back to me despite numerous messages.

DO NOT use this company. If for whatever reason you are tempted then at least call the customer service number or go on live chat and you will not get a response.

They do not even get a 1 star.

I placed a Premium order since 06/04/20. I still have not received anything yet. Granted there was a delay due to an address needed. When that was provided my file still had not been sent to the state. What pissed me off the most was that I had to call to find out out what is up with my file. Meanwhile, I have an insurance agent badgering me about what insurance plan/quote will I go with (provided by Swyft). I was guaranteed everything would be taken care of by 06/19/20. I would be all set. Well, needless to say, it's now 06/29/20, I'm the one calling AGAIN. I have no forms as of yet and No EIN. I can't wait to hear the BS EXCUSE now.
They were quick to take my payments though. Communication is perfect in that regard. Oh, It's not $49, get ready to spend at least $700 and up!

I contacted them after paying $ 124.00 for a service. Upon hearing my situation, they informed me that I did not require the service that I had paid for and... they asked if I wanted to cancel the service and have my payment refunded. They really could have just let the payment process, but instead THEY suggested that I cancel the order! It was very refreshing to deal with a company that did what was best for the customer. Thank you Swyft Filings! If I need a service like yours down the road, I will definitely use you. Also, I am definitely a REAL Customer, if anyone was wondering.

This is the worst company ever, I paid too much to get my LLC started but they have too much hiding fees, they say to get the premium package so you can get such and such and such but they don't send you anything by mail instead you will have to print them yourself even the company sealing i paid $99 for it and it`s a digital? How i can seal with a digital copy, they are the worst company ever dont get your filing with you will regret it my order number was *******

My review is not particularly based on what they offer but how they trap you no matter what. Although it is common knowledge registered agents are extra money ($149) if you do the premium plan they do give you one year free which is nice but my issue was with the website. They do not include an email address (which was disheartening) but the website building company they use is absolutely terrible. After trying for 1 hour to set up a domain, I gave up and realized this whole experience wasn't for me. I initially called at 11:34 AM, using RingCentral in order to record everything, and the line was "busy" so I waited. After waiting for 30 minutes I was redirected to an automated voice telling me all customer care representatives where unavailable and to leave a message. I left one expressing my dissatisfaction and would like a refund (100% money back guaranteed advertised). Called again at 1:31,1:36,1:45, and 4:08, even asked for a call back (which happened and then they immediately hung up) and was not able to speak to anyone. I then get an email at 5pm saying that my business was filed with the state. No more than an hour later I receive a call back and voicemail saying "sorry, we can not process your refund as it has already been filed with the state". These $#*!3rs intentionally ignored my calls and voicemails until it was "too late". Now I can not even reach them to express this to them myself. I will also be posting this same review on as many websites as I can so if you see it multiple times that's why.

P. S Everything they do you can do for yourself, it may be faster and easier with websites like this but they will try to take every penny you have.

I do not believe the good reviews are real. They are scam artists... they make you sign up an pay for something and then say "this is not covered", "that is not covered"... for instance, articles of incorporation (which you will need) they only tell you afterwards... and try to squeeze more money out of you. Then, getting through to support to cancel an order or get a refund is impossible. After waiting for 30 minutes on phone, you get to someone who says a supervisor will have to talk to you later on (1-2 days)... that they can't do it. The support is horrible. The "money back guarantee" is a sham. Overall, It is not a good value... it is a bait and switch.

Horrible experience with Swyft Filings. Registered a Llc using their services. Cancelled in 25 days with state as wanted to pursue business as sole proprietor. The executive Milena Waterman and Tyler informed me that a refund except state filing fee will be issued once the Llc shows cancelled on the state website. Called them once state website cancelled the Llc they did not return my call back. Kept lying that they did return calls. They went back on their refund conversation and said no refund will be issued for the package. They did not return my calls, they delayed till the second installment was charged to my card and 60 days were up so they could deny a refund. Absolutely horrible Customer service anyways we shouldn't expect much from these unprofessional companies who hardly train their staff to handle queries about refund & Keep trying to tell customer they are wrong. Cheat customer of 800 $ then talk over the customer instead of apologising is pathetic. State should disassociate themselves from Such fraud companies. So the state did not charge a penny for dissolution of Llc but this company charged 500$ for a cancelled Llc. After much pestering just refunded a pro rated 137 $ out of 800$. Frauds. Moral of the story is you should go and file papers with state in person but don't ever use this company. The worst experience ever.

I ordered a DBA and EIN #. I wish I had just done this myself! Save yourself TIME, MONEY and a lot of HASSLE. I started this process on March 7th, 2019. I just got my DBA completed last week, and I'm still waiting on my EIN! First, Swyft sent the wrong amount of money ($45 instead of $50) to the county of San Diego. The county sent the unfiled paperwork back to me. I had to send it all back to Swyft for them to resubmit it. Swyft did not notify me with my approved paperwork, I had to chase them to find out my paperwork was in limbo with San Diego County. This took almost 3 months. Then, I filled out the EIN questionaire, expecting to get my EIN # from the IRS in a couple of days. After a couple of weeks, I inquired with Swyft again. They didn't know what happened, but told me if I filled out the questioanaire again, the process would be final in a few days. NOT SO. They sent ME the application to send to the IRS and it was filled out wrong... both my name and the type of DBA (partnership rather than sole proprietor). The instructions with the application stated 4-7 business days if I faxed the paperwork AND had a fax number to receive my EIN#... And it was 2-4 weeks if I mailed the application. WTF?! Mis-information and completely failed service. What was I paying them to do? I highly recommend you do it yourself, or use a service that actually provides you with the service you are paying for.

Bunch of lying scam scum buckets. Was trying to pay for a simple llc it said they were only going to charge me 150 bucks on the check out and took 365 dollars out instead back in March. It is now May 28th and I have still not received anything. I called them and it took a week for them to call me back and the scum bucket lady was nasty and said that the total was 365 at the bottom when I have the screen shot saying it was only 150. Karma is going to you guys! Don't trust these scums of the earth taking advantage of hard working people.
