This company is terrible! The "fine print"has cost me well over $1,000 that I was not expecting to incur from using Swyft Filings. When I contacted them about the additional cost I was basically made to feel like an idiot. The only thing I'm ignorant about is thinking this was a reputable business who could help me get an LLC. Biggest mistake I've ever made..
The website says $49 filing fee to start a nonprofit. I had previously done all of the filing of necessary documents myself and successfully gotten a nonprofit started. But, I figured it would be helpful to get some assistance with the process this time. Within about a week they had charged almost $2000 to my debit card. I had to terminate my subscription with them because I was totally out of money. But they continued making huge charges to my account AND made the document rd I had already paid for so I can NOT access them.
URGENT -- Swyft Filings Registered Agent fees increased by 300% for 2022 (& into 2023 & beyond, as far as they told me today).
They USED to be $149/year but now have had a 300% INCREASE to $149/QUARTER!
I'm "grandfathered " in (I think they said it started in Jan 2022) & they TRIED to BACK-CHARGE me for each quarter this year. When my cc was expired (thank GOODNESS), the contacted me about $477 that was "overdue". After SEVERAL calls, they have said (today, so I can't totally confirm) that my original contract will keep me at $149/year.

Swyft Filing used to be great late last year they changed their subscription prices and sent a notification they were raising prices but did not get my permission and charged my card on file. I have tried to get them to refund my money but even with a "100% money back satisfaction guarantee" on their website they have just given me the run around. Very disappointing. I used them a lot but won't anymore.
On July 8,2022 I filed out a form on the Swyft Filing website to get a DBA for my chapter. Nothing happened for 10 days and I called them. They sent me forms to get notarized on 7/27. I got the forms notarized and sent them back. Nothing happened so I called again and that is when they send me the approved form. The bank refused the form since it was from the county, not the state. I called Swyft and they told me they did the job correctly. I called today to get a refund and was told that I had filled out the original form incorrectly so they would not give me a refund.
Don't sign up with Swyft. They will bill your credit card at will. Even after you asked to cancel any type of subscription service. Don't use the mailbox subscription service at all. Also, they will not remove your credit card from their site to bill whenever they feel justified.
Great online website to start a new company and open a new business. They provide more info. To choose the best options for your needs.
This is a SCAM they do nothing but take money! They are Theives for sure

Look at their google reviews. They have a 1-star rating. I've been waiting for over 4 months to receive my corporate docs and have yet to receive anything. It is difficult to receive any support from your company. I had someone call me yesterday after me calling and leaving messages for 6 days. They could not assist me and told me that they had to speak to a supervisor and that they would call me back in 30 minutes. I never received a callback. Your company is unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund.

I called and emailed on a Monday about a problem and no response back till Friday, yes Friday. Now I'm getting informed from my state that they have no documentation showing anything has ever been filed and Swyft has never sent any legal documents to me showing anything has been done but they took my money. Be Aware if Swyft
They have stolen $1500, and continue to charge the account throughout the day and week. Coming up on 2000 dollars without a single thing to show, not a active business, not a single piece of mail, or anything promised in the package, not a website domain, nothing. They stole our money and now we have to go back to normal jobs and try to save up to restart a business. This company is ruining lives. Karmas a b#tch. I posted pictures to show all the charges they keep taking, hopefully the bank can stop them from stealing anymore money out of our account.

Stay very far away from this company. They are a complete scam. They will charge your credit card monthly and do not answer phones or email.
Poor -0/100 Poor consumer service, they never pick up your phone call all robot answers nothing. Oh you need to pay fees scammers keep charging unknown fees.
I paid for the premium package assuming everything is included but unfortunately once I paid the fee, everything else that I will probably need came up separately that I had to pay additional fee for.
I had such a terrible experience. It's been 3.5 month waiting and they give me no answer, no refund nothing. STAY AWAY.
I had a horrible experience with Swyft Filings and their registered agent services. I filed my formation docs with their website. I agreed to used their registered agent services after. BIG MISTAKE. I enrolled in auto-pay. EVEN BIGGER MISTAKE. I signed up for a 6 month subscription for $149, they then put me on 3 month for $149 (why would I ever want to double pay for services I already signed up for?) without telling me. And billed me for the 6 month and 3 month registered agent services concurrently. For a total of 6 charges in 1 year. That is insane. I've called to request refunds. I even tried to file a complaint with BBB. They said it's my fault for not calling in to cancel the 3 month subscription. The one I never signed up for? Give me a break. They told the BBB all they had to do was email me a notice of the new enrollment. Can you believe that? They can just sign you up for extra services and bill without written consent. All they have to do is send an email notice (that obviously was filtered to spam) and whether we read or acknowledge the email is irrelevant to their billing practices. So predatory and unethical. They deliberately do this to exploit customers who have enrolled in auto-pay knowing we won't have time tocheck credit card statements every month when running a new business. Moral of the story is, this company cannot be trusted with your financial information.
I used Swyft to open a business and I told them I no longer needed their services--I thought our transaction was finished. However, they apparently marked themselves as the default representative to the state of Nevada. When I tried to get this changed-- they were vague and told me I would have to login to complete it with the state. The state has their email and password, which Swyft wont assist me with to change them from the default registrar. They also informed me that was being charged a large amount of money to "be my registrar." Apparently I was in default with the state and they never told me. The Swyft representative admitted that they were not really acting as a registrar as they never notified me my account was in default with the state. He said even though I asked that my account be cancelled-- I was technically unable to do so. They would not help me further in this matter and I am very frustrated and it appears they defrauded me for services never provided.
Hard to communicate, didn't follow through on order, and didn't refund. Make sure you keep all documentation and be prepared to fight to try and get a refund.
No stars from me! Gave me the runaround services are not really free, I could never reach customer service! Please beware do not! I REPEAT DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AND YOU WILL GET NOTHING! I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A EIN NUMBER FOR FREE IN 5-7 DAYS ITS BEEN A MONTH AND NOTHING! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
They helped me start an LLC. No problem. If they're your registered agent they charge you each year to send you one email. Not great but... they QUADRUPLED their rate this year to do absolutely nothing. I asked them to dissolve my LLC and they wanted to charge me an additional $149. Basically they are now charging almost $600 to do Absolutely NOTHING! Unscrupulous. They're service is awful. Stay away!
