I ordered from this company last year when it was delivered it was 7 outside everything in it was completely frozen solid I am mediately called the company the young lady told me that they guaranteed satisfaction she did not want me to send the candy back and that I would not be charged for it I explained to her that it was not protectly wrapped it was just in the Box she said they understood. I received a bill and January of twenny twenny I immediately called them again I was told to disregard it I had been getting mail from their company as I was not in interested in order anymore I would just toss it out. Much to my surprised when I check my credit report here a few weeks back they had reported to the credit bureau for non payment and double charged me it's absolutely ridiculous I hope I can get this cleared up their customer service is Bad!
WORST COMPANY EVER! I Placed an order in March for Easter goodies to be mailed to my grandkids and my parents, I get an email asking to call them so I can make a deposit before shipping the items which I did. Hours later I get another email saying the items I had ordered were no longer available so I called first thing in the morning to ask for a refund. I was told that they'll be mailing me a and l said "no check I paid with a credit card and I want that money back in my card" ok they said "it'll take 3-5 days" so today is 4/20 and I get an email saying "A check has been mailed to you and it'll take 7-10 days to arrive". I called again and told them "I said no check, so now they're putting a stop to that check and supposedly refunding my credit card. I asked for another type of compensation since issuing a refund shouldn't take a month all they said "we will give you $10 off your next order" like really?

Ordered 4 Easter baskets 4/1 to arrive by 4/12. They never arrived. Swiss Colony told me to donate baskets after removing perishable foods. You mean the basket and stuffing? Nice, except they never arrived! Idiots! I asked them to file a claim with FedEx but they refuse. Horrible company.
I had the worst time with the customer service, even after speaking with a manager by the name of Jennifer! I was trying to pay my bill in full the total amount through there automatic system that wasn't working correctly after speaking to a customer service first then she hung up the phone on me. I called back again second time got another different customer service on the phone he was acting as I couldn't speak with the manager. Once the manager got on the phone she wasn't any help and they all was trying to charge me a fee if I had to pay my bill through the customer service. They all was terrible! Finally I was able to pay my bill in full and I don't ever plan to order again from Swiss Colony!
"I ordered something and it said 5-7 days for shipping. Got an email it would arrive on Thursday. Then another one saying Saturday. Then another saying Wednesday the following week. I contacted them through email and they just replied saying sorry for the inconvenience it's the shippers fault. So I said you pick the shipper, it's your fault. No response. So I called explained it to the rep and she said standard is 7-10 days. I told her it does not say that online. She said oh well standard is 7-10. I said no it doesn't say that and went on to explain the emails and how my package hasn't moved in 2 days and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I have recommended so many people to them and used them for so many occasions, NEVER AGAIN!
While i ordered in plenty of time for Christmas for my sisters, i recieved a letter 2 days before Christmas stating that they could not find enough verification of my credit to approve me unless i pay them $8.00. $8.00 are you kidding me, what a joke and to let me know 2 days before Christmas. Im a home owner with 2 cars, a motorcycle payment, 3 credit cards obviously pleanty good credit so it really seems that they are not only incompetent but also inconsiderate.
I ordered 5 gift packages,,, on December 12,, I called some of the people to see if they liked the gift,,, 3 familys didn't receive anything,,, called the company they said my card was declined,,, this makes no sense,,, two went through three did not,,, same card,, same bank,,, now their out of everything I ordered on December 12,,, I'm so angry at this co. For ruining my Christmas,,, never again,, social media will be flooded with my disappointment in Swiss Colony. Your customer satisfaction is sadly lacking...
In December, 2018 I attempted to place an order for corporate gifts via their website. Entered over 20 names/addresses into the address book in my account. The system would not process the orders from the address book. I contacted customer service for assistance and was advised I would have to enter each order individually (over 25 orders). After placing the orders one by one, the credit card started declining them as there were several of them coming in at the same time. I called customer service again. Was told this time that the first person I spoke to was wrong and I should have been able to do it all in one order. She then placed each order while I was on the phone (again, over 20 orders) and made sure the credit card transactions went through. I spent hours on a task that should have taken a few minutes. To make matter worse, a year later, I receive an invoice for $28.98. Couldn't believe it. Hadn't heard from them at all and then a year later I get an invoice. Called the customer service number, couldn't get in touch with a representative as every time it said it was transferring me to the operator, I got disconnected. Tried to reach them via email. Was given the customer service number again. Again got disconnected when attempting to reach a representative. Emailed them back and asked for a different number. Called the new number, spoke to someone and explained the issued, she said she was transferring me to someone else, got disconnected AGAIN. Called back. Had to explain it all again. Got put on hold. Customer service representative came back and told me the supervisor did not have the authority to credit the account. I asked for to speak with someone that did. He said I would have to hold for quite a while. Got put on hold again. Supervisor came on after a few minutes and said she looked at it and it appeared that the charge was initially declined but then went through, however, she would have to confirm with the accounting department which may take 24-48 hours. I asked for a call back when it was cleared up. She said I would have to call them back but not to call back for 24-48 hours. Unbelievable. I will NEVER do business with them again.
I called customers service to place my 9 orders for Christmas gift. Give all the information then find out it said thank you. Not grandma or mom. It was sad to buy something from a company being my first time.
Ordered items that needed to be refrigerated. Supposedly shipped by Fedex. They transferred to post office on Saturday and they sat just in plastic wrapped until Monday and were finally delivered at 3:00 pm. Over 50 hours of no refrigeration! Cheesecakes are basically soup and definitely will never order from this company again! Also 39.99 for a cheesecake about the size of a cake for two people! I'll be getting mine from someplace else in the future. This is a rip-off for sure
I bought something for my daughter for her birthday. I ordered it well in advance. I ordered it on November 23rd. And she still doesn't have her order. It's been 17 days!

In 2018 someone changed my address with Swiss Colony (had an account with them over 20 years) and purchased over $800.00. Never knew about it until a collection agency called me. I made a police report and fraud report. They claim they didnt get it and refused to correct my credit report. However they did change my address back to my actual address. Spoke to some rude man in credit and he called me a liar and hung up on me. Will never do business with them
I just received a sales and use tax notice from The Swiss Colony for taxes they didn't collect on a Christmas gift I ordered through them for relatives. Never again will I ever order anything from this company, and I'm telling everyone.
I ordered from them paid all the time early got charged late fees even when I was never late. They never reported to the credit bureaus until I stopped paying them for this. I tried to get in contact with them to settle this issue to finally get it off my account they say they cant help me. I will be contacting any agency that will listen to the scam this company runs.
This one went the the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. And that's just the beginning. I'll be contact the government agency that regulates shipping/mail issues
This company is robbing people With their shipping rates. There is no way just because you state a shipping rate that it is accurate. They charged my elderly mother $17.00 for some nuts and one pasty and were evasive and nasty when questions. They should be investigated. They make no attempt to resolve any unhappiness whether it be financial or with their goods/services and basically bait and switch with a free gift. They entice their older clientele into falling for a free gift of insignificance and sneak in exhorbitant shipping. It's isnt even special shipping. It's not fedex or ups. It was thrown in the mailbox. They are definitely worth looking into
I used to order from Swiss Colony in the 1990's and was very satisfied with the products (size & quality), not anymore. I ordered from them for several different family members last Christmas, pistachios for a nephew and blue cheese for my sister. I feel so duped! The size, quality and quantity of the pistachios were embarrassing. I went to visit my nephew last weekend and the tin of nuts is still 1/2 full. He loves nuts but when he showed me why he didn't eat them, I was mortified and felt so bad for him and me. As far as the blue cheese my sister got, it tasted fine but I could have spent 1/3 the $ at my local grocery store for boreshead. I tried to close my account with Swiss Colony and they hung up on me, not once but 5 times. I spoke with "Cissy Jones" a manager who said she closed my acct, that was 5 days ago, account still open. I called again today and got much the same service and lies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I think they have some very nice items but it took them forever to send me a bill and then they try to bully me about paying them and I told them that if they did not send me a bill that I wasn't going to pay finally they sent a bill about four months after I've ordered but I started paying down they
I have been ordering Christmas gifts (Jumbo Cheese and Sausage combs) for about a decade from Swiss Colony. These are upper quality items, and you do get what you pay for in life, but also the non-food merchandise they offer is over priced. Customer service is good, they have a variety of food and gifts, have tried a variety of items over the years, always good to very good taste and quality. They will ship merchandise to anywhere in USA. They offer credit, but just remember it is a high interest rate.
There prices are overwhelmingly the item you receive looks nothing like the picture its wayyyyy smaller its not worth the money...
Answer: I have a family member who's dicover that he's very sick and has only a half of a year to live and I know he's doing his best to keep strong but he's on stage 4 of cancer colon cancer do I would like to shop here for there little family he's a great man good daddy and wonderful husband so how do I join your team
