I have received great service, and great deals, through Tyler Moore! I usually shop around, but come back to Sweetwater for both, the great deals, and especially, their 2 year warranty.
I couldn't believe how on top of things the staff at Sweetwater were. As soon as I had ordered my product, I received a call of appreciation from Tyler who was personally letting me know that they had received the order and would ship it out immediately. When my package arrived, it was accompanied by a bag of lollies and a 'thank you' note. I was honestly in shock from the whole experience at how prompt and personable the whole experience was. On top of that, Streetwater's prices are almost always the most competitive. 10/10 would recommend

Stay away. Far away. Gracious as they take your money. Disappear after your products broken. If it's after 30 days their 2 yr warranty is a joke. You will be sending it back to the company that made it because their useless tech crew can't fix even a tube replacement. They can't fix it or its not really broken. Then your nightmare begins. Religion underlying theme. Don't mix religion with gear please. Big issue no discounts which you can get anywhere. Fight for your price match. They actually will try and convince you it's better to pay full price. Go with indie stores, or musicians friend, Sam ash direct they all will give u a better deal. No bull$#*! in between. Trying to cultivate some type of relationship with u so u will keep coming back. But when u need them they are not your friend. You will find out on ur own unless u maybe get the one decent person there. Even lots of money makes no difference after awhile. Run don't walk.
Beautiful, no flaws, sounds as good or better than my Strat. Because of the chaining humidity, I need to re-tune every day. Second guitar I've bought from Sweetwater. Very good service.
This is just a great mike. I think it honestly represents the voice of the performer with quite an even feel across the EQ board. We use it in a duo, simply plug it in, turn on the Fishman and sing is pretty much all we need to do. And the classic look is unique, still.

My current sales rep is Joseph and he just spent 30 minutes explaining all the technical nuance of in ear monitors and turned me on to a specific model for the kind of music I play that was actually cheaper than what I was planning to spend
I had never used Sweetwater before for my music needs but I needed a few things and when doing a google search they had the best prices so I decided to give them a try. I have been blown away by their service and attention to my needs as a customer. I don't think I have ever been treated so well by any company and I cannot recommend them enough!
Sweetwater refused to sell me an amp UNTIL I paid an outstanding balance on something I bought from them almost a year ago with their 3-payment option - the final payment I supposedly missed was due in March 2016. The weird thing is, I had not heard anything from them about any outstanding balance UNTIL I tried to buy something else! And I wasn't applying for credit, so what the heck? Why not take my money, give me my amp, and then try resolve the outstanding balance issue? How does their policy make any business sense? I can buy the same amp for the same price from another vendor - which I promptly did after canceling my order with Sweetwater - so it's not like they could keep me from getting what I wanted. Anyway, they totally ruined my Sunday, so they've lost a customer for life. Too bad I didn't check out the reviews here before going back to Sweetwater. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sweetwater, or they might just ruin YOUR day as well!

Large selection, although stuff not always in stock. However, As mentioned by others, customer service can be less than desirable, especially for returns.
The issue here is that the return policy poor and unnecessarily overburdened. Moreover, customer sales support goes south once the discussion turns toward return/ refund.
There are other options out there for more effective and pleasant online ordering, if that is the method you use.
Come on guys! This stuff matters when ordering expensive equipment!
I have been impressed with Sweetwater since my first purchase. Easy sire to navigate, quick shipment, quality packaging. Now I have purchased a Meinl cajon slap drum and I love it! Great sound and no setup! Fun to play and beautiful to look at. What a great product!
