I am always pleased with them, great customer service, great knowledge of products, financing options, and they work hard to fix errors on the rare occasion that they make them.
Talked to someone regarding buying a new guitar on their promotional 36 months 0% interest deal. They were happy to help and took my application for financing over the phone, and said they'd let me know when they heard from the bank. They even said they'd get me squared away in the promotion even though the guitar wasn't currently in stock. Sounded pretty good!
3 days later I called them. My 'agent' was gone for the day, though they were officially 'open' another 2 hours. They took a message and emailed me a receipt saying they'd spoken to me, and that my 'agent' would call in the morning.
I called the next afternoon, and there was no news but they would look into it. When I did hear back, they said great news, financing approved, but despite the very clear "Purchase Right Away When You Are Approved" on the website, apparently the bank had other ideas, and I have to wait until I actually receive the credit card in the mail before I can make a purchase. The 36 month 0% interest deal will, conveniently, be over by then.
They were of course very sorry, but offered nothing else to make up for the snafu regarding an almost $2000 instrument.
I might consider ordering from them in the future, but for now, Guitar Center is looking pretty good to me.

So I have bought over 15k of DW drums and recording studio stuff from Sweetwater in the last 2 years. I was able to get 24 months same as cash and free shipping. It saved me a lot of money. The customer service is perfect. Sweetwater for life!
I can't say enough about this 20 watt Champion amp. I have had Johnson and Peavey amplifiers,
But right out of the box I started with experimenting with the different tones coming out of this thing, and all I can do is say thank-you. I always wanted a Twin-Reverb, but living in a small apartment, the size and portability is perfect for me. The British and Metal and clean tones are outstanding! Cord seems to work fine. No noise while moving around Stage or moving the Cable around. Cable could have a little longer straight Cable before connection though. A bit Pricey! I'm sure that's for the "VOX" name. Of course I'm an Old musician and remember paying $5 - 10 for these years ago. I have purchased resources to slowly build my own speaker, monitor, and mixer components. I have been blown away with customer service. The other week I received a call from Jonathan Appleton who was calling to just check in. No sales pitch, just wanted to make sure I knew he was my resource. These calls have taken place monthly this calendar year. If I can help it - They have my business for life!
I asked questions about the type of equipment I was interested in and got quick detailed response. The Sweetwater team is knowledgeable about the equipment they sale in relation to the environment it will be used in.
Ez drummer sounds great nothing negative there. My complaint is you cannot record individual channels outside of ez drummer when you separate each drum sound in ez drummer you cannot record each channel in studio one 3 or send them individually to my presonus 24ai it was a waste of a 150 bucks I wanted it to take over the drum sounds of my korg m3 with the same freedom I have with my korg m3 drums.
These guys are really good at what they do - from the service [whether online, email or phone], to their instructional videos on website and on youtube. Clint in the guitar department somehow always manages to get me deal way better than Musician's Friend, AMS, or any of the other online superstores. Returns/exchanges are easy -

Today my IT person will help me upgrade my MS Graphics software to allow us to utilize the Tech Support Folks at. SW; who told me that they couldn't help me download the tutorial for my ZOOM recorder and Cubase LE software until this was accomplished.
The only criticism on that contact is that it took them a little over an hour to make that determination and I was given to feel that I was taking them away from more important work or the TS guy hadn't had enough sleep... can't be sure! JI
