I brought a Fender Deluxe Reverb limited edition amp. There tracking is a joke, they claim it will be delivered in 4 days. I view thru there tracking my Amp has been in another state with no updates for 5 days now. If it don't arrive today I will not accept it. Go buy where you are treated good.

Sweetwater Has an Excellent Selection of Music Instruments & Pro Audio Gear at Competitive Prices, a User Friendly Website & The Most Excellent & Professional Personalized Customer Service!
Custom & Special Orders are also filled In a Timely Manner!
My Special Order, DW 18" Floor Tom, was Filled & Shipped Before The Projected Arrival Date (which has always been the case on every special order of mine)!
The Price, (all though special ordered) was competitively unbeatable & came with a very affordable payment plan!

I do most of my shopping at the internets largest retailer, but when it comes to anything Music-based, theres only one choice: Sweetwater. Selection is excellent. Prices are comparable to that big internet retailer (and you often get a better deal here!). But its the service that stands out. Every single order gets you a phone call from your sales engineer - Wills been calling me for years and is always profession, friendly, and helpful. The shipping is FAST with lot s if options. Theres also a follow up call to make sure you received your items and dont have any questions. I cant recommend Sweetwater highly enough!

Exceptional company with great customer service and products. Confirmation email was friendly and informative. I got a call from a real live representative letting me know I can call anytime with questions or concerns. My package arrived on time in great condotion, and there was even a thank you note inside with candies. The product was exactly as advertised and the pricing was comparable or better than anywhere else I looked. I will absolutely be a returning customer!

Our old 24 channel SR Mackie had some major issues after many years of service at my church. I emailed my sales rep Tad at Sweetwater that is was time for an upgrade. I stayed with the same style of mixer for its ease of use. This mixer is working great and sure sounds much better than its old predecessor. Tad at Sweetwater quoted the best price with no shipping charge. The board arrived on time as promised. The new board had the same footprint so it fit right back into my work station. I had it up and running in minutes. The preamps sound really clean. The new generation of this mixer has some nice features over the older generation and retains its rugged build.

I have been buying from sweetwater for 12 years. I would usually say it cannot get any better than this from buying, shipping, tech support, returns and exchanges, the product information, and the sales rep who is assigned to me, ( Tad Schaffer) so I would have to say it not only gets better but it keeps getting better every year... Chris Sanders is the best, he's been helping me build up my in home recording studio with the best recording equipment fore 4 years. I'm trying to learn guitar and learn how to produce my own music but I can't seem to get it right so I wanted to give up on everything. I talked with Chris Sanders about my problem and situation about giving up, and he said dude bro don't give up you can do it. He said you got all that equipment for a reason and that reason is for you to learn guitar and recording your own music and be the best you can be. And he said if I needed help with anything I can call the technical support department and they can walk me through on how to work my equipment and and they did. Now all I need is someone to teach me how to play guitar. You see Sweetwater music is not only the best recording music studio and instruments sales in the world, they are family in a time of need. I thank God for Chris Sanders and his great support and concerns, and I thank God for Chuck the founder and owner of Sweetwater music for his wonderful gift to the community. Thank you!
