This company keeps taking my money by allowing transactions to go through without notifying me that the product is out of stock prior to purchasing. I've since received emails notifying me that I have to wait 3 weeks or better until its in stock after which they will then ship to me. This is all after I was given a delivery date of 3-4 business days on the website. Everyones delivery is backed up due to COVID-19 but be honest and say the product is out of stock!

Ordered a guitar in December and Now it's April and I still haven't gotten it. They keep blaming the manufacturer and passing the buck. They preach all this BS about being the best guitar buying experience ever but this has turned into a total clusterf**k

I had recently purchased an expression/ volume pedal for my MX88.
I'm just getting back into playing and recording music so I purchased a low cost pedal to experiment with. It was the - Nektar NX-P Universal Expression Pedal. I wasn't sure how it would work but since testing it out it does what it's supposed to as described on Sweetwater's site. It operates smoothly and controls different functions on my keyboard. Yes, it has plastic parts but is well made and stable... it looks good too. For what I need now, it's perfect.

Ordered two new guitars. Was told One would be backordered and that the other would be shipped this week due to C-19. Called today for status and was told they have no idea when my in-stock guitar will be shipped, and have no means of finding out, which seems questionable. Interestingly, I placed an order with Sam Ash subsequent to this order and already received delivery. Told them I'm considering cancelling my $3000+ order. They don't seem to care. Must be nice...

I ordered a guitar and some gear from Sweetwater. My sales engineer " mistakenly," cancelled my order, then tells me I have to wait another month for a new shipment to come in for the guitar. Not responding to repeated inquiries. Bad service. Disgusted! I won't even buy guitar picks from these clowns.

Every order from Sweetwater includes a small packet of candy which I find to be a nice little touch that says a lot to me. It says a lot because even though I'm not ordering hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth of equipment they still include that little packet of candy. That little touch along with their #1 customer service including follow ups on every order no matter how small all say that I'm a valued customer. It is for these very reason why I continue to order from Sweetwater!
I wrote a review on a product that I ordered, it did not mention my "sales engineer" or say anything subjectively bad about the company, it was imply the facts. The order took longer to ship than they state on their website and the product looked used. They chose not to publish it... I find this disingenuous at the least. My guess is they will not publish anything that doesn't praise them without question. Bad form... for the record about the picture included, there was no film covering the display that was how the display looks with nothing covering it..
