The day after I placed my order, I got a call from a customer service representative from Sweetwater, who personally thanked me for my order and told me it would be out the door shortly. After I hung up, I received a text from him with contact information for any further questions about anything else guitar/music related I could possibly need. The next day, my package was here.
Thrilled with the service and speed. Can't believe I'm getting treated like a VIP for my first order ever. If I need anything else music/gear related, I'm going to Sweetwater.com first.

Paid $23 for overnight shipping. Shipping department still sent it as standard shipping. After several emails finally recieved a call from my CSR. He claimed he would get it sent overnight still for saturday delivery (which was an option at the time of ordering). My package is now in a different state sitting in a shipping facility when it should have been delivered 24 hours ago.

Customer service with them is by far the best I have seen in a long, long time. Bought two things and one just didn't work for me. Called them and talked to my sales engineer and was told no problem. Sent me a shipping label, I returned the product I didn't want and within a few days had the one I wanted. I am so happy with what I got. The quality is wonderful. James Ridings kept me appraised of what was happening all the way through. He explained everything and I am thankful for his help. Honestly, can't beat this company.

So I've gotten duped by guitarcenter.com more then once. 2 separate times they wouldn't issue a refund or accept a return that they should have. I just got off the phone with sweetwater. Guy by the name of Joseph helped me out. I purchased the wrong TRIPP-Lite cable for $20. Called to initiate a return and the guy just refunded me the money w/o requesting that I mail the item back. I would never get this treatment at Guitarcenter.com. In fact, I had one instance where I was on the phone 2 separate times for well over an hour to get a refund that never happened. I don't care about deals. I will pay for helpful and good customer service and this company has it. I really really recommend em.

After a quick call, they helped me create a package I wanted for the Moog Theremini to include a stand, headphones, and case. It arrived when they said it would. Our whole family loves it. I was skeptical about ordering my guitar on a site rather than simply going in person. I was convinced by a friend that had already purchased from Sweetwater before, and I was absolutely surprised by how well my guitar was packaged, everything was in great condition! Recently I purchased a (Galaxy Audio TQ8-20Hon traveler Quest Portable Speaker,) A great unit, but I started having trouble with the sound going in and out, I decided to check the battery and speaker connections and found them to be lose, crimped the connections and it works great. I was about to throw it away because it let me down when I needed it most.
Maybe these connections should be checked. I recommend this unit as a great portable speaker.
