I would highly recommend this company. The engineer that was assigned to my purchase was Ryan Arteaga. He was very honest and professional. He addressed al of my concerns and the communication was incredible!

None of the gear has failed me, it's the lowest and most competitive pricing, it all arrived quickly, you get a little something "sweet" with your order, and the customer service is phenomenal. They're not just customer service, they're a resource. They'll help you find what you need or give you recommendations to other services if you need it. Absolutely outstanding company, don't go anywhere else!

I recently bought my grandson a keyboard from Sweetwater and they have been consistently helpful and continue to check back to make sure everything was received and is going well. The keyboard was received in about two days and their customer service has been as good as any I've experienced!
I shopped at Sweetwater for years. Then my salesperson Tyler would not send me a RA to return a defective product. I called and complained to a manager. They sent me a RA right away and switched my salesperson to AJ. I ordered a new 2500 dollar guitar. I changed the strings to a lighter set. The guitar strings buzzed very badly. I called AJ everyday telling him about how upset I was and I just wanted to return it. He wanted me to take a tennis shoe and placed the middle of the guitar neck on it and start adjusting the truss rod. I told him I do not how to work on guitars. After a couple days of repeated phone calls I just asked for a RA. He would not sent me one and transferred me to a guitar tech guy at Sweetwater and I told him I do not work on guitars and please send me a RA also. He did not send me one either. I had to bypass the auto number that goes straight to AJ and reach someone else to get a RA sent to return this guitar. A manager emailed me to apologize and set me up with a third new salesperson! With that I had to start buying my music gear from anybody but Sweetwater.

It all started out on a good note, so to speak. My sales engineer was excellent. So I went ahead and ordered an Ibanez TMB30. I'm new to bass, but not to guitar, so I thought it best to purchase something at a low cost to learn and practice on, then, if I enjoy playing bass, I will swing for a more expensive model. The bass came, and all was well until I noticed green markings on the back of the neck. They told me it was normal for maple. But, in my way of thinking, that wood stock should have been discarded. So I contacted them and they said they would ship out a replacement. The replacement came, and further disappointment set in. The alignment of the strings at the nut was way off center. So back the replacement went. Unfortunately, a guitar selling for less than $300 does not qualify for the 55-point inspection. After talking with the sales engineer, I decided to go ahead and purchase a Fender bass, considering 0% financing over 48 months. Well, at least, I thought, this one will qualify for the 55-point inspection. A day later, I got an email showing photos of my bass, and later a second email indicating it was shipped. They could not have had time to do the inspection, repack and ship in such short a period of time. After viewing the photos, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. A Fender bass showing the same issues I had with the replacement Ibanez. The strings at the nut were way off to the right. Why wasn't this caught when it went through inspection? After calling them, they made arrangements with FedEx to re-routs the guitar back to Sweetwater. Inspection? Really? Why did I, after just glancing at the photos, find the issue when so many hands that are in the process of inspection did not. Inspection my foot. A good ploy to sell their guitars. I'm going back to what I have always done in the past. Visual hands on inspection at the store along with playing etc. That's the ONLY way to purchase an instrument, not online and hope for the best. Sorry, Sweetwater, but you've seen the last from me. Consider it a divorce.

I have bought 3 acoustic guitars, 1 amplifier, and many music assesories. Everything comes with free shipping regardless of cost or size. Amazing! I had 2 of my guitars setup to my specs and they Play great. Their sales engineers take the time and get to know your musical goals and help you get there. I had 1 item that wasn't my cup of tea so I contacted my sales engineer. He said since this was the 1st thing I was returning it would be free shipping back since I bought so much before. What more could I ask for. Also for people like me living in a rural area I would have to drive for hours to access the world class Musical products and services that I can access with my smartphone and my finger tips. My mistake was falling for Sweetwater Marketing and Sales pitch - Mike Brandt btw. The Creation Station will be obsolete in a few years. Sweetwater created and built mine such that I can't upgrade the preinstalled DAW -Ableton LIve 9 suite, sound card - RME Babyface and other music production software that Sweetwater sold and preinstalled at a premium. I, now, have to toss their tower in the can because it came installed with Windows 8.1 and is unable to be upgraded to Windows 10 or any other version of Windows. Oh, BTW the friendly folks at Sweetwater are happy to sell me another Creation Station but can't help me with the one I already bought from them. Buyer Beware... Buy from your local music technology dealer. At least they have to deal with you honestly because they know they may actually have to see you and address it. Mike Brandt doesn't bother to even call or make any effort to make this right. Bought it at the end of 2015, nearly 2016. Tried to initially upgrade Windows in 2019 and have been stuck ever since.
I have been shopping consistently at Sweetwater for a number of years. Their prices are competitive and they have an outstanding inventory of equipment. But it is their focus on their customer relationship with me that keep me coming back. My sales consultant is Aric. Not only is he knowledgeable but we have built a friendship which keeps me coming back for additional purchases. He is an amazing human being.

OK folks: The people at Sweetwater music sell great products at a decent price and have unparalleled customer service. I wound up purchasing a Gator case upon their recommendation and I'm very satisfied, they even included a small bag of candy!
