The best example of customer service and making customers feel valued. I ordered various items and one was out of stock. I received a lovely email with an alternative suggestion. That wasn't suitable for me, but it was great to have an option to consider. I went for a partial refund instead and had notification of the refund less than 24 hours later. Brilliant!
This has remained my go to website for low carb items and will continue to be. The delivery was quick and the customer service was amazing and they quickly helped me resolve an issue I had with an item that was down to the manufacturer.
I'm afraid I didn't see the products, as it was a gift, but delivery was fast and customer service was very helpful (I was buying for a diabetic, so they helped me choose the best sweets.)
