At first I was a bit hesitant about swappa, because I got ripped off on a similar website like this a month ago, but then when I saw they used Paypal, I thought it may be a bit different do I tried it, and I am absolutely pleased with the level of security and reliability that Swappa offers for both it's buyers and sellers. It's a great website for purchasing phones.

Found great phone at a great price. First time dealing with swappa. Really like all of the features of the site and the effort put towards both seller and buyer having a good experiance.
We had some problems with shipping that was not related to seller or swappable. It was all the post office but it did finally work out.
My son is a techie and turned me on to swappa! He buys all devices on here.

My first purchase on Swappa went off without a hitch. I love the fact that they do extensive checks on the phones before the sale is listed. No more buying used phones that are paper weights.

Using PayPal and getting their protection on the sale is an extra added bonus.

I have bought and sold several devices with Swappa over the last four years. Every transaction has worked out well.

I feel the transactions are safe with the rules, requirements and Swappa Staff monitoring.

No reason to pay retail prices ever!

I've bought several phones over the years through Swappa, and have always had a good experience. Swappa's requirements that phones be listed in actual condition, and not allowing them to be cracked/broken/etc really gives extra confidence in purchase vs through a local Craigslist or Facebook sale.

Easy to register, easy to search and find. Easy to choose the right phone at the right price and easy to pay. Got the phone as promised and as advertised. I'll be using Swappa again

The selling and purchasing experience is great! The only thing that would make the site better is if there was an actual app to utilize transactions! Great service!

The whole process was simple. Communication between parties is easy and straightforward. It felt like the staff was monitoring the entire transaction which provided a sense of reassurance that it would all go smoothly. And of course, it did.

I've bought/sold over 15 phones on swappa. Always have had a good experience. Staff is always eager to help and pretty much all transactions have gone off without a hitch. My one negative experience was resolved quickly with my money refunded immediately. Awesome place to buy and sell phones.

Second purchase from Swappa - have recommended it to friends as well. More confidence in the product, seller and transaction because of site administrators. Both purchases were shipped quickly, phones were in excellent condition and a whole lot less expensive than with the options offered by AT&T and Verizon.
