At first I was hesitant to use Swappa. I had never heard of it before and I couldn't find any reviews other then a reddit post. It turned out to be really easy. I bought an iPhone 6 for my mom. It was described as mint condition, with the box and cables. It came exactly as described. Great experience, I will be using Swappa for future phone purchases
I was looking for a new device, and eBay was too cluttered. I'd heard about Swappa and figured I'd browse. Prices were comparable. I found the right fit for me and purchased.
I really liked the in-app messaging - everything was clearly documented if there was a dispute. I also liked that they forced the seller to include pictures and verify certain things in order to even have a listing.
Unit arrived as described, seller was good to work with. Swappa jumped in the conversation a few times too, which gave me a sense of comfort knowing there was something/someone there. On every message there's a button you can click if you need help, which I assume flags a human to jump in. Swappa really seems to focus on protecting the buyer.
