Purchased a phone and had it to my home within 3 days. The phone did not come with a charger and I contacted the seller and he got it out to me immediately. I bought a mint condition phone with a case and tempered glass at a price that was a few hundred dollars less than when it first came out 6 months previous. When I need a phone I always come to the Swappa sight first and I am never dissapointed

I've bought 2 phones and sold 1 phone on swappa. I've had nothing but seamless, smooth transactions, plus ebay can take their excessively high fees and shoove them, $10 flat fee can't be beat!

I have only used Swappa twice but I am impressed with this service.
Both transactions went very smoothly and I got what was described.
If you have questions or need more pictures, just ask the seller.
I think this is the only way to go if you need a devise and don't want to go through the big carriers or eBay. It takes the risk out of the deal.

This was my first transaction on the site after I learned about it through a blog related to how and where to get a smartphone at a good price with some peace of mind. I have to say I am really thankful to the blogger that sent me to the site. Transaction was so easy and seller was extremely flexible. Loved it.

I purchased two new (resale) phones this season. One LG Lancet Android for my son. ($80). And one a iPhone 6S Plus. ($790) Both work great and function fine. I believe the Swappa idea of having to prove clean phone is a great thing. I would like to see them post more prominent that the phone would not have SIM cards with them and why. For those of us that do not understand why.

Swappa is the best website to buy new(ish) devices. It is easy to communicate to the seller and request additional pictures.

This week I've had 3 transactions with the site and all have gone smoothly. It's a brilliant idea and it's being implemented well. Truly a site that is geared towards those of us that want a hassle free buying and selling experience with out the ridiculous fees that's other sites charge. Will return.

I discovered Swappa while browsing the web and decided to purchase an IPad at a great price without bidding and got a great deal and a great iPad!
