I don't understand how Suzy Shier is planning on keeping their business going with their current policies. I can't try clothes on in store, due to COVID-19. But if I buy the clothes and decide I don't want them, I cannot get a refund. I can only do a exchange or get store credit. This is such a bizarre policy! I'm not surprised that one of their stores in my city has already closed down.
I have been ordering from Suzy online since last summer, this was my third order. This was the first time I needed to return some of the clothing. I tried to do the online return request to return the times I wanted as soon as possible... Well, according to the online return request I can not return any of the items, all six articles of clothing are marked as non-returnable! Their policy, as written on their own website, is: articles that are -50% or more discounted are non-returnable, I had one of those in my order. So, I do not know why the rest of the clothes are also marked as non-returnable. My e-mails get an answer by a robot (?) telling me to do the online return request... Definitely won't order online again!

I won't waste my "breath" on them, typing more words... neither my dollars no more.
Do not buy online. The delivery is the worst you can find. If you buy inside Canada it can take almost a month. Also you have no option to cancel the order as you can do in Amazon or other Canadian store.

I ordered on 27 nov 2020 but still I didn't receive any update. Very very bad experience. No refund.
I used to be a client with Suzy Shier with no problem whatsoever... till I had some bad experience in the store where I bought a coat that I regretted buying. On the 2nd day of wearing it, the the rest of the coat became quickly grainy and worn out. Now the coat is 1 year old and it looks like it had been used for 10 years. I'm even embarrassed to give it to charity as it looks used up from the start. Another complaint, one of the employees was not working hard and simply cutting corners with me... needless to go into details. When I brought it up to the manager, sadly she took her side... which made me upset and I left the store not never go back.
On the positive side, I bought an outfit online making sure it fits my size. It arrived quickly and turned out to be fabulous.
Suzy Shier sounds like a hit and miss experience.
I had excellent service from all employees as well as the professional store manager. Very friendly, went out of their way to help me select an outfit. Great customer service at that location. I would definitely go back!
Bought a shier top with 2/3 sleeves and could wear it only once. After regular laundry (cool water) it looks terrible - cannot wear it anymore

I had to wait for my orders to arrive for more than a month. Ordered two tops but arrived only one, that too, after more than a month. I got refund for my second item though but after having waited for a month or so, I didn't expect from suzy to be delivered with only one item. Totally disappointed. Never gonna shop online again!
One of the worst online shopping experience. $#*!ty customer service and same reply after thousands follow up. They have nothing to say than due to higher than normal volume of orders...
It's been for more than a month that I ordered two tops and haven't received a shipping confirmation. I think it is a scam and don't recommend it to anyone.
Ordered online June 22. As of today. July 15. Still have NO confirmation of my order. Good thing I took a screen shot of the payment on my computer.
Contacted customer service e multiple times. Same response every time. 10-12 business days. We are busy. We are sorry.
Finally today after contacting them again. They tel me it was shipped Friday past with tracking number. Which I find hard to believe, canada post does not take 3 days to confirm shipping. The number doesn't exist. So I presume they're just shipped today after me telling them I want a refund.
Shame really their sales are fab but I won't be shopping on line with them ever again.

As a fan of Suzi, I put an order to purchase some summer clothes a few weeks ago. Supposed to be shipped within 10 to 12 days per customer service that never happened. Followed up with customer service through emai, I am getting the same BS: my order has been received and will be shipped in 10 to 12 days. Looks like a machine is replying me, as it is the same wording.

I've been buying Suzy clothing for the last 10 years or more. It's one of those companies that produce professional clothes while keeping an eye on fashion. Also, their sales are incredible, so I don't have to spend too much money to look good. In-store experience is always very good as their stuff is kind and knowledgeable, and they always want to help. The only thing is sizing: in general, I'm a size 6, but with these clothes I find that I can fit from an extra small to a medium, which is a bit confusing and can cause issues if I order online. However, I will still buy from them, and I am satisfied with their products. I never had issues returning clothes, as well.
One of the worst experience by ordering through online. I haven't heard anything back from them after placing order its been couple of weeks now. I left message to 1800 number aswell. This is not the first time
This is what I'd call the fine print in a very poor contract. I asked about returns and the cashier had a well rehearsed speech. It was spouted so quickly that the fine points were missed by anyone listening. What company does not stand behind it's own products?
I tried returning the top which was not on sale and not cheap only to be told the policy but this time at a normal pace with a lot more emphasis. Another consumer rip off.
My mother had horrible experience at your tsawwassen mall mills store in British Columbia.
Two day ago my mother when to shop at your store n your accessories were on sale, so she decided to get few rings. She like them so much that she went back yesterday to buy few more, when she arrived at the cash register the manger tell my mother the rings are not sale anymore, therefore my mother decided not to take them. The manager had the audacity to call my mother STUPID.
My mother is a 70 year old woman who has a broken English and was in disbelieve of what the so call
" manager" had called her.
My mother love shopping at your store, we are on a total shock the way that she was treated. There absolutely no excuse for this young woman to have call my mother Stupid.
I went for shopping to tsawwassen Suzy shier, there was a girl named manpreet, she was very nice to me. She helped me a lot in shopping and finding my sizes and stuff. I would love to go for shop there again. Last but not least she was not really just nice with me but as well as with another customers too. I really like her.
I bought 3 pairs of pants, paid for them and then was told final sale when given the bag of pants. A week later, I purchased 2 cardigans at what I thought was Buy 1 get 1 50% off. Was told at cashier there was no deal on those cardigans even though there was a sale sign right above them. Apparently the sale was on new items only on the wall. Anywho, bought the cardigans, 2 days later found out new job is very casual attire. So, was going to return 1 cardigan for a refund... nope only store merchandise credit! The staff in Suzy Shier are pathetic! Is it store policy to give terms of sale after the sale or no terms of sale at all? I don't even recall a return policy being posted in the store. Read the receipt!
Answer: Getting my favorite clothes in the store. I thought online will be the same and not knowing it will be spending my money on getting nothing.

Answer: There is no online customer service. I never had any issue in stores and I just trusted on Suzy to put an online order... A few weeks passed and no news of my order. Hey, I want to wear my summer clothes in summer time.
