I ordered my package 15 June, 2022. Never received it. Now they saying, they will refund my money once they receive it at their warehouse. But I read others reviews as well, same happened with many other customers. It's online scam. Never order your from suzy sheir online.
The clothes are very poor quality

They never refund money just exchange or credit store.
The staff are dishonest, they tricked me into buying a discount card for $4 dollars because I had bought more than $100.00 and they actually charged me $25, very unfortunate that they have that kind of people working in that store. I will never go back to that store and I will tell all my acquaintances and friends.
I used to buy stuff online from Suzy quite often pre covid. And my items would come within 5-10 business days which I was ok waiting for. This is my third (and last) attempt to purchase items online - the first items I had bought included a dress for an upcoming wedding and the tracking link kept saying package not received I contacted customer service and received the same reply "please wait for your package it's been shipped there are delays" over 5x! And 2.5 MONTHS LATER I still had not received an update. I ended up having to ask them to cancel the order and if I could get my special discount code back and they reimbursed me and didn't respond to my disappointed (but still kind) email. I had to find a last min dress too for the wedding- ugh! I tried again with another order a couple months later - same thing. 2 months with no order/no tracking, same response via customer service. I do like the styles so I gave it one last try by purchasing JUST One top recently and it's on my 3rd week with no update. Just ridiculous. Stop selling online if you can't figure out how to do it! Not sure If they got bought over or what but they clearly DO NOT CARE about their customers. Sadly, this gal will not be shopping here again or recommending this site.
I always like to shop at suzy. Today I went to shop after two years in the store which is located at Erinmill town centre Mississauga. There was a beautiful associate who helped to buy the top. She was very kind and nice to fulfil my choice.Her name was Hibba. God bless her.
The quality of their clothing leaves much to be desired. I have yet to have a pair of pants from them where either the zipper breaks, the seams start to split, or a button comes off with average handling of the garments. I only buy their clothes when they're either on clearance or at a steep discount for this reason. The clothes are super cute; it really is a shame I can only get 5-10 wears out of them before something falls of or splits.

7 to 10 business days for delivery is untrue. They expect you to wait 13 days or longer. Customer service only takes voice messages so you cannot speak to a live agent. Refunds are hard to get as they expect you to wait until order shows up. No wonder Canadian businesses are doing poorly. Don't order from them
I've had an amazing experience with the outlet mall ( Leduc) suzy shier manager. Maral ( the manager) was most helpful with my prestige card. I had purchased the card from her on November 27/2021 with my in store purchase & today when i was trying to make an online order it would not take my number. There are three numbers & two bar code on the back of card & it was very confusing for me. Which number do i use?. I tried to get help via on line chat & it was fruit less, the fellow didn't have a clue. I called the store & this lovely lady solved my problem in no time. Maral is beautiful inside & out, she is very pleasant, helpful & professional. Suzy Sheir is lucky to have her as one of their managers.
We went 2 weeks back with our family and the store lady was too arrogant and rude to us. Even the store manager (short girl) was very disrespectful too. Their staff needs customer management skills and need to be trained. They do not even realize Covid has closed so many stores and they should have well mannered and sensible staff at the store. It will not take much time before this store closes too if they do not change their staff and focus on customers. Zero points for this pathetic store and their staff members
The girl's on lawrence square provided the best services, I'll go back time to time I just like to buy new arrivals. Thank you girls.

For the quality and pricing you can't go wrong. Decent quality, decent pricing. They have great deals online so I much prefer that over instore where you'll pay much more for a top that you could get online for a discounted price. Shipping takes FOREVER. It will take 10 business days to fulfill your order and then another 2 weeks give or take to arrive be because they use TForce delivery which is notorious for terrible delivery times and customer service. If you don't mind waiting for items I recommend them for online shopping/deals. Just buy for the upcoming season not the current and you shouldn't be disappointed. I usually size down as their sizing is on the larger size.
This is my third time ordering and again I have been refunded on certain items ordered. I thought that once you put an order in then that is it and it gets shipped, well not the case with Suzy online. You can put in your order and you pay for it but then a week or so later they say they no longer have a certain item and they refund you, this really sucks because I have had this happen to me on sale items and I was happy to save money but it's a gamble I guess to order items because they sometimes don't have it in stock anymore after you pay for it. Kind of doesn't make sence to me how you can click on it and buy it but then it be not there anymore... I like how Amazon will tell you if they are running low or how many are in stock and they ship right away so this doesn't happen. But anyways, on top of that it has taken on average over 3 weeks to get items. Seems like there is just one person that works in processing and shipping, takes way too long to ship from Canada within Canada, would probably receive something from overseas faster than Suzy Shier, I am done shopping with them online, the store in my city closed down so I guess I will just stick with Amazon :)
I was picking up an online purchase that's was ordered back before the lock down in Nov 2020 and I had a hard time picking it up due to the lock down protocol in malls. No curb side was available either during the lock down. Finally got my order today despite google hours weren't updated and eglington square Suzy Sheir had Already had closed, but the manager there was so nice and saw me and gave me my order long after the store had closed.

Very rude Staff and worst customer service at Trinity Common Mall, Brampton. Manager also has no customer service skills. The girls keep yelling at customers and no sense of respect. Can't believe the girl told me to go to other stores if I am not happy with their service and return policy!
First of all they don't have fitting rooms open due to COVID and then they don't refund money or offer store credit for SALE items. Pathetic policies! Never going back to Suzy again.
I would suggest you guys to give staff some customer service lesson.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Stacy at the Suzy Shier location in Cookstown! She was absolutely incredible and I was extremely satisfied with her service! She was able to help me find these amazing outfits and made me feel very comfortable when shopping in the store! It was so nice to have a personal connection with someone while shopping and Stacy is an incredible and kind person who is so passionate about her job! Thank you Stacy! I've ordered XS, S and M for dress sizes as I find I can never order 1 size which makes it difficult to purchase online.
The only reason I buy from suzy is because they are relatively affordable especially during sales, however the Quanlity of their items is nothing to write home about. The first time I wore an outfit from them, the top ripped apart

Answer: There is no online customer service. I never had any issue in stores and I just trusted on Suzy to put an online order... A few weeks passed and no news of my order. Hey, I want to wear my summer clothes in summer time.
