I bought a clock it came packed great and beautiful. On the third day the clock quit working half way thru the 9 o'clock cycle. I emailed and asked for an exchange they emailed with instructions on how to fix the chain on the pulley. Doing what they suggested the chain came completely out of the clock. We emailed back and forth for a whole week I asked for a refund or exchange a couple of times. They keep saying it wasn't necessary and told me again how to fix the clock. After a few hours of trying and failing the suggested I take it to a clock shop. I again asked for a refund or exchange and the emailed the same directions. I tried again with no success. Tje clock is supposef to have a 2 year warranty i finnaly cut my loss and threw the clock away i will not buy anothet clock from this company.
