This is the site for you. Constantly send spam emails, 6-9 per day offering surveys none are ever there. Very slow paying if u do manage to earn something. Useless comes to mind. I would give this site -10, worst ever. Do ur self a favour and stay far away.

I just started doing surveys and in no time I earned enough to get a Fandango card worth 25.00. Thanks so much Mint vine. I look forward to doing more surveys and get things for free. This costs nothing to do and it's a lit of fun getting paid for your opinion.
Horrible panel and even worse customer service. At first, they try to win you over by providing a lot of survey opportunities and ways to earn. Then, after you cash out once, you start noticing way less surveys and any points you earn from there will be kept as "pending." I've had money stuck in my account for a while now that I cannot cash out. Contacted customer service numerous times and no response. All I can say is if you're thinking of joining this panel - stay away! Save yourself the time and headache.
Update: This is in response to Minvines reply to my review: I can assure you that your normal business practice is to ignore emails. If the amount of energy spent countering negative reviews was used for 'customer service' (if you even want to call it that) and improving the site, you may actually have a legitimate business. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

I used to cash out a decent amount before but then they changed their ways. Found it weird that I got alerts saying we are weeding out the very bad and mean survey takers... I found that odd they said it more harshly I think... like they were pissed that survey takers were taking advantage or something. I was creeped out and confused by how other people were taking advantage of getting more points. I thought it was unprofessional to show all the members of the site these wide spread messages. Since they changed everything the so called support is non existent. Mintvine used to be great customer service and would get back to me the same day or very shortly after with survey issues. Now they could care less and not even get back to me. They always have plenty of surveys from this one company that never gives you your points or shows up on the ledger to report the issue. So I'm always out the points... I always have to skip these surveys but I tried for the hell of it recently and no points after completion and as always didn't show up in my history. It seems harder to cash out and qualify for surveys too.
If the surveys don't give me credit and not there to show up in my history then I'm screwed. If I copy my survey codes they still don't care and ignore me even though I have proof. This place just sucks now. Add in having to wait for ages to cash out and for the points to clear and how long you wait to get the reward... Too janky and annoying! Unfortunately all the once good survey sites seem to make a turn for the worse as of late or always down the road. Just a matter of time. Sad. I also find it weird that the site will not let you click on contact us... The link never loads to anything. I have to google their contact email. Still no response!

For the money you make for the time it takes is ludicrous. Furthermore, you'll spend more time NOT Qualifying for surveys than actually finishing them. Your being used.
If you are finding that you don't qualify for as many surveys remember to fill out as many profile questions as possible to your demographic is accurately depicted. Thank you for your feedback.
This is a total scam, only to do long surveys then QQ you at the end when vital information has already been extracted. Challenge them at Mintvine and they block you, or you get some rep in Russia or something who cares less about how you were screwed. Now they dont want to pay and im not the only one either. Beware!

Always loads of surveys which I do not always qualify for but for those I do, they pay well and points are credited when they become due.- also points are nearly always given for NOT qualifying.
Payout takes about 5 days and you can check progress. Customers service also answers on the same day.
All-in-all, a great site and far, far superior than many I could mention.

Been doing surveys for several months..Ive never had a problem getting paid.It always hits my papal account within 3-4 days.this IS one of the best sights thats legitimate.
Used to be good but not so anymore. They cut the points for daily survey in half and most surveys no longer give points for DQs.Im spending twice the time for one third the points. I'm not sure how much longer I will continue with this site if things don't get better fast.

I try hard to earn points and the retouting of tabs and constantly kicking me outta a survey i suddenly dont qualify for? Oh and registering for swagbucks and not getting my 600points
