We monitor reviews for authenticity
All was going good. Then when my payment for 28$ was due, it was rejected on the day it was due (Oct 6) and my account was blocked for three days for no reason. Then when my redeem button became available on 10 Oct, I made a request for 65$ which was officially due on 17 Oct. Now my withdrawal status says "Expected date: Oct 17 2017 (Past Due)". How convenient?! All my mails receive their auto-response: "Thank you for reaching out to us with this issue. At MintVine we wish to deliver a satisfying customer service experience. We will take a look at the problem and get back to you as soon as we can (typically 1-2 days) with a resolution!" It is the same with the friend whom i referred mintvine too - they have been a little more creative about the story: " We're so sorry about this, but there was a problem processing your withdrawal request. It seems there's an unspecified error from PayPal around your account.
We've returned the points back to your account - please try setting a new payment method and reprocessing your transaction. For Dwolla and PayPal payouts, please make sure your account information is set correctly! " He has received previous payments without any issues and is still receiving payments at paypal from other sources! Have you noticed that the banner that scrolls with the name of the people and the amount redeemed now (as of Oct 19) only shows amazon gift cards? So, if you mintvine have a problem with paypal, why blame it on us? Isnt t shameful for you mintvine to rob us who have completed our surveys, waited for two weeks for the points to be "approved" and another week for the payment to be "approved". Isnt three weeks of credit not enough for you?

I will update here when my payment is credited. New/prospective members, I request you to refrain from joining mintvine. In case this review leads to payment rejection or account blocking, I will update it here so that atleast others get benefitted.
This written 7 hours after the above... received 65$ on PayPal. I have increased the rating to 3 from 1 and is not 5 because of the disruptions in payment. If the payment process is seamless, I would give them a 5.
I've used Mintvine for almost a year, with absolutely no problems until earlier this month. My payouts were rejected, and I kept getting canned responses from "customer service". I was told I was using a proxy server, which I had no clue what that was. They won't remove the block on the account so I can access it from my home wifi, which does not use a proxy.
Then today I was told that my phone number is fraudulent- even though it has been verified by their site! At this point, all I want is my $22.00 in survey points, and then I am done with this site. Although I am disappointed, as this was my favorite survey site up until now.

I am doing what most are too lazy to do. I have filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General is investigating for tax evasion. Time to pay for your wrongdoings. Reap what you Sow! :P

My account is blocked for last 22 days. I mailed after mail for this but no reply till now. I have no objection about this regard. But I have only issue about this. Last 25 days ago I informed mintvine Admin about my paypal limitation and asked for help. He told me to refund money in mintvine paypal so that he can give be back points in my mintvine account. After his reply I refund money in mintvine paypal and he add points in my mintvine account. But matter of re-grate that my account is blocked for last 22 days and no redeem button. Actually I am total fool. It is my big mistake to ask his help. I earn my $$ by the cost my time. It is my earning $$ not yours Admin. You have no right to block my $$. I have no objection about my account blockage but I have objection about my $$. I give you my $$. Now your terms to send my $$. Your silence hurt me very much. CARE YOUR CLIENTS.

Just another of a long list of rip-off survey sites! Do surveys until you have enough credit and then they make up some excuse to not pay you! More people need to spend a few more extra minutes to complain to the Better Business Bureau! They have a rating that is high and I read how they rip alot of us off! That's because not enough people spend the time to complain to the right agency. There is also the Attorney General in San Diego to file fraud charges. Then the IRS for tax evasion, they are claiming all of these payouts, but keeping them for themselves!
The San Diego Attorney General needs to investigate mintvine for violations associated with fake reviews, especially anyone giving this company a 5 star rating! Don't believe it!

They pay out at 10 dollars which is the lowest I've seen! They always resolve my issues quickly. This is my favorite survey site and the offers are fun too!
I find your better paying Surveys go to a select few on what they do for a living and how much they make a year I know that it is a factor, but come on guys realy! You disqualify at the drop of a hat, just for instance a man is retired but opened a good profitable busines, you don't know because you don't ask, and what he want too buy because you asume by his status he can't aford a product, don't asume
After answering what seems to at 30-40 questions, it comes back disqualified lile 95% of time. Almost a waste of time to build up any incentives.
Updating your profile questions is a great way to get more survey completes. You can also use our "Report Issue" function should you be disqualified late in the survey.
I used to like this survey site because of many surveys invitations that I got through my email and I already cashed out but recently, I noticed that I was not able to get survey invitations and I also tried & raise this issue but to my surprise, it seems that they didnt reply me on answering the surveys and not only that, my PENDING POINTS are still pending until now even the approval dates are already passed & now its SOO frustrating. I hope Mintvine will fix this, I hate wasting my time for nothing! I was serious in answering all your surveys. Please help & at least reply me

Two points, five points 100 points. It doesn't matter. What would you be doing if you weren't doing surveys? And in the end, you make money. I come home from work, dealing with sick patients, and I want to relax. Dinner is over, kitchen cleaned and hubby is sitting reading the paper while watching the TV. I get quiet time by sitting down and doing surveys.
I have a few bills that require small monthly payments. And that is what I do with my winnings. I am having my own quiet time, leaning new information, and paying bills. Can life be any better?
My only complaint is that you click on the box at the far upper left and then have to swing to the far right at the very bottom to go on to the next question. They need to compact it so there is less movement. My hands and eyes are sure getting a workout.

Joined and did profile surveys, verified my account, etc. Then when all done I logged out. Came back a while later to check something about the site, and voila(!), it says my password is incorrect (which it is NOT!) There is no "forgot my password" option, just "reset password." I click on "reset password," they send me a reset email, I click on the link in it, which takes me to a login page. At that page I tried both a new password and my old one. Both rejected as incorrect (?) What a weird technical fail. VERY BAD!

I have been a mintvine user for 3 months. I have a lot of difficulty completing surveys. I think the incentives are nice though.

Great site, only thing it takes a while to hit target but the surveys are usually short and sweet, i won't be leaving, they always deliver.
Never any long winded difficult surveys, all just down to earth and we get paid too. I think this is my second payout and even although it is paid in dollars it is very welcome.
They are honest always pay give you credit when you might not be the right target for a specific survey but there always there to help if needed great great great.
I've been doing surveys with this company for suddenly I discovered that my account has been blocked from any activity. It probably took 15 to 20 emails to their customer service before I finally got a response. They just said make sure you're not using a proxy and make sure you're living in one of the countries that the company works with. I emailed back saying that I don't know what a proxy is and I live in the United States. No response. So I went back to sending emails twice a week until I got a response. I finally got a response the other day saying that their computer systems have detected that I'm using something called a proxy and that my account will remain blocked until they start consistently accessing their website from the location that I registered from. First problem, I don't even know what a proxy is never mind what is used for how to use one. Second problem, I do live in the United States I have not moved. I've emailed back several times offering to send in the scanned copy of my drivers license utility bills etc as proof of my residency. But as usual, I received no response to my emails. I finally went to the Better Business Bureau and located a telephone number and an email and tried them through those means Requesting a contact who will discuss the issue with me to help straighten it out since I know that I've done nothing wrong. I'm hoping that through the use of one of those contacts or this review someone will get in contact with me and resolve this issue.
UPDATE: I'm locating the number listed on survey policecom as the owner of the survey company I was finally able to get them to reactivate my account. Since then I've been able to take surveys and cash out with no further problems. Now in reality, I have no idea if the fact that I was leaving messages at the home office have anything to do with it or not, it could've just been coincidence. Either way, my problems have been resolved and I have had no further problems them.
