I have never had a problem with this company. You just have to be patient, won't get rich, but you can get an extra $10 fairly quick. Just be patient, answer questions honestly. You will be prompted when a survey is available in.
Just thought I would add, (after reading some negative comments) I have always had a quick and very helpful response to all and any of my questions, always a personal response and email quickly following on from the initial auto response.

Aug 21,2018 - I requested a paypal payout on aug 8. About a week later, it was rejected, but my points were added back into my account. My Redeem Points button disappeared, so now I cannot get paid at all. I have contacted support, but have not heard back from them---nothing. I have been reading many reviews both on- and off-site that say the same thing is happening to many people---NO PAYMENT. This is what I call a SCAM.
Well, like soooo many other members, I now have to add my 2-bits about MV's terrible habit of suddenly rejecting payout requests. After 2 months with them and several payouts, this last payout request was simply rejected without explanation. Have contacted support but not holding out much hope of seeing the $13 I requested.
Quick with rewards and fair in giving of points per. Interesting surveys. Great places to redeem rewards or cash.
My account is still Banned because I'm told I'm using proxies which iv never heard of before. MintVine has all my personal details including my PayPal account and now they won't remove my Ban iv been told there are lawyers in UK who can open a case against MintVine actually I am going to file a claim against this survey panel... any suggestions
I finished 2 long surveys back to back, all the way to the end where they ask for final demographics so I know I finished it completely, yet both times they said I didnt ''qualify' and give me 2 points instead of the 100 and 150 owed. These people will still get paid by the survey creator but they pretend there was an issue as to not pay the survey participants. These people belong in jail for fraud.
I, like many other users, have been blocked from redeeming my points or taking any more surveys. For no reason whatsoever! Ive contacted them several times to ask them to look into the problem, but without success. I have about $25 worth of points, which they appear to have decided that they are going to keep hold of.
I was supposed to get paid on Nov. 29th for my emergency money, but it's been 4 days that I haven't received my payment. I need to know what is going on.

They don't pay anymore and they definitely won't respond to e-mails. Their joke of a customer service consists of two guys in India sending out automated responses to every ticket. I have inquired a half a dozen times about why they haven't paid me for my work and have yet to receive an actual human answer and given a date and time when I will get my money. All executives that work for them should be in jail.

With the constant supply of surveys from MintVine, I have plenty to occupy my spare time. The six £10 payouts that I have so far received, are always very welcome and useful to me, as a pensioner.
I have been doing MintVine surveys for going on three years now and I am quite happy with my experience. I've cashed in 1000 points for $10.00 in PayPal dollars a total of 26 times, so far. I've had a very few instances of minor problems (such as completing a survey, including the follow-up questions to show you're not a robot, and then being told I had failed to qualify, for example). However, a courteous request for resolution of such an issue has always resulted in a similarly courteous response from MintVine and (usually) the awarding of any points in question.
I have not violated TOS. I've read that thing several times now, and I have NOT violated it. However, they don't care. They wait until there are a lot of points in your account, then they remove the payout option. I've been a member for several months and have been paid several times previously, but now the result is the exact same as if they've just closed up shop and refused to pay. Except they're still accepting new members and ripping them off.

I learned today after receiving an email from one of Mintvine's scam artists associates. That I was correct these 2-5 stars are by those creeps working there just making up fake reviews!
To all of you good people that have been with Mintvine for over a year plus, and your accounts have been block or banned.
Well I am here to inform you, the money they owe you and was rejected adds up to 30-60 dollars it's been be paid but to other members!
Look at it for what it is they can't scam everyone!
This survey company is the only one makes you wait for projects to clear.

This survey site is okay. They are pretty simple when it comes to doing the survey. Mint vine is a little slow compared to other companies with regards to receiving payment. They are an honest company. They do respond back when you email them.

They ripped me off a little over 20 bucks and lied about me violating something. They just suck and I would not waste your time.

How do I get my rewards? I've been trying for two weeks and nothing! The first review I gave was for Mint Vine and they were great. Now that Branded Surveys has taken over, I can't get my rewards.
Since october 6 my account is suspended without any reason and am willing To collaborate in any ways. NO RESPOND. I Will continue filling dayly complaints and see what else i can do to get my money back from completed surveys. JPC
I have redeemed $200 in 6 months by completing surveys, Daily Poll and offers. All my withdrawals are paid within the specified time-frame via Paypal.
You just need to be patient with surveys, payouts etc. this is not a get rich quick scheme.
