This site used to pay out compensation for our services. Lately though, a lot of sketchy activities have come down from them. About a week ago, when i was scheduled to get an amazon payout via email, the due date came and went with no notification. I contacted them and they said that there was some sort of 'BUG' in the system and that they were working to solve it. A few days later they said that the request did not go through and that they returned the points to my account. I tried to re-redeem the points, but today when they would be due, my redemption email did not have the usual link, or URL address to collect.

I suspect that when this company transitioned from mint vine to branded surveys they incurred high expenses. I propose that they are paying these expenses by not compensating survey takers for their efforts, while still collecting money from the companies whose surveys we take. Financial impropriety which seems to be typical of dishonest corporation practices.

Ive been doing surveys here for 3 years. In the past, support has emailed me a clickable url to redeem a Walmart e-card. No issues. On june 23,2018 I received a payout for $10, but I have not received a way to activate it. I have contacted support 4-6 times with no response. Then I redeemed $33 dollars and received a payout that I could not redeem without a clickable url. I have entered manually the url they sent, but it is of no use. Notice on other reviews that the month of june has many complaints about non payment

I just don't understand why no one is willing to take care of my problem. I have been doing surveys for over one year. I really love it. Gives me a chance to earn some extra money, keeps me from getting bored ( and watching too much tv) And now that I know about the "community" I am even more pleased I have not gotten any payouts because I did not need them. Now I need proof of my earnings. I cannot get anyone to answer my emails? Why? Should I write a letter to the address I found?

Read their forums going back to last year. They have removed redeem buttons from member's pages, admitting to trouble with paypal cash out, blaming blocks on web proxy's not being used. Stay away.

5-18-18 After weeks of complaints, an accusation from them and assurances from them they will look into this, nothing has been done.

5-27-18 More false accusations, they drop one accusation and go immediately to another, this is their only reply. Meanwhile, a few months of rewards are hostage with no intent on their part to ever pay out. Last warning from me, stay away.

Since my first review of them, R. VAISHALI, from GoBranded actually responded with me 17x through e-mail... He actually admitted to my account being banned when I wanted to redeem all those original points,, But, he also gave NO explanation WHY, either. Every time I asked where all those points were, he avoided the question entirely. All I ever got after that were numerous computer generated e-mails, saying things that don't even apply to me at all, which proves he never even read ANY of my e-mails in the first place. I don't even know if he fully even understands our language at all from his first response that all questions can be resolved by reading the FAQ section. That computer generated reply is 1 that is sent out to every complainer, without their e-nail even ever being read at all... It's basically a 'Shut Up' reply to everyone. He did admit that I had 1789 points that he was going to investigate... That was over a month ago... Never heard back from him lately though. I also complained to the BBB who also e-mailed them over my stolen points, again, with no reply... When i get more news about my case, will write another follow up... This used to be a fantastic site now it has turned into one of the worst. I manged to complete many surveys and now have ******* points when I tried to redeem these for a voucher I was advised that my accounts had been blocked. I was tolld this was for using a proxy server then I may have multiple accounts NEITHER OF THESE IS TRUE I have sent numerous emails asking how this can be resolved and I can get the reward I honestly earned over many hours, These emails are either ignored or the answer is that my account has been blocked and round the loop again, Please can you tell me how I can get my points On their present performance I would say avoid avoid avoid

This site, previously called Mint Vine is some sort of scam. You take surveys for promised compensation and when it suits their purposes they simply suspend you participation, sending you a message like this:

If false information is submitted, your account will be frozen, and you will no longer be eligible for any withdrawals.

They don't actually say what you did, they just suspend you and keep the money!

When you contact them they give vague responses, probably computer generated, saying you've somehow breached the "Terms of Service." They refuse to tell you WHAT you supposedly did, just make vague responses which you can see on other reviews on this site: "using proxies," etc.

It's just a way to make more profit by scamming the participants and keeping the promised compensation for themselves.

When the site was still MintVine it was better. I had no issues with it before. After they rebranded, all of a sudden I did not qualify for surveys... site downtimes were longer. My reward was always pending. They stopped giving me points so I am going to taek a break from using it
