I joined just a few months ago and have yet to take a survey. Message says no surveys available. The only way I have made 120 points so far is by answering the daily poll. Do not know why there is never a survey available. I check in every day.

You will spend days and hours working on this site and when you have the minimum to charge you will never be able to do it, they excuse themselves in any way to keep your money, Scam

Okay, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. I get screwed on allot on completed surveys, just in the past 3 months I've lost over 3,000 survey points. One example, There was a survey offered back in December, involved my 16 year old, when completed we would receive the normal points for the survey, plus because she took an extra part of the survey, the account would be created an additional $10 in survey points within 2 weeks. My daughter completed everything, however, a month later we received no $10. I contacted customer service. They responded with, " Could you please provide us the Survey ID which it stated you will receive 1000 points and a screenshot for the confirmation email from the provider so that we can investigate" First off, there's no way to determine the ID and why would we get an email. You provide the survey to the panelists, they should know the information to their own question, I write them with that, and get a reply asking me for the survey link, okay like I'm going to remember this too... so in other words they don't even know the surveys being offered to their panelists, in the end, I've never received the points. I imagine they make thousands off of panelists from doing this, and get away with it.
So be warned.

Don't waste your time!

I really mean Don't waste your time' They will find you a survey, you will answer all the questions, then at the of the survey after you have gone through the allotted time, they will tell you that the survey was not a match.

I attempted 1663 surveys on the site and earned several gift cards, asked one question about one survey, and had my account frozen. Pending giftcard was cancelled. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

Always incomplete

Every time I try to do the surveys if I don't give my race or my household income it's always redirected back to the dashboard. Why does every survey ask this is that info really that relivent to every survey?

Not worth your time

I wish I I could give this site 0 Stars. Branded Surveys is NOT NOT worth your time. You will spend far too many hours looking to qualify for survey and not enough time making any money. It takes about a week to even make enough to cash out. Then you have to worry about them stealing money back from you when they clam you were disqualified for a survey days even weeks later with no real explanation or proof.

Branded was an okay survey site for awhile, until they try to get rid of you for no apparent reason. I receive no redeem button and no surveys. I know it is not my internet or a proxy because I was using the same internet connection all day on November 20th, 2019.

I signed on with Branded Surveys in September of this year. Since then, I have taken many surveys, moving up to Gold ranking very quickly. I have reached bonus level each week since joining. Out of all the surveys I've taken, only one was denied, and that was months ago. This past Monday, I took several surveys in the morning, then tried to cash out my points for $10. Not only was I not able to cash out, I could no longer take surveys. I emailed customer service to ask them what was wrong. Several days later I received this reply from Hanna:
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys.
At Branded we expect our users to answer survey questions truthfully and to the best of their ability. There were issues with the surveys that you completed that our clients rejected.
Unfortunately, this has caused a block on your account and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys.

This is apparently a cut and paste form reply, as I have read of others in this review forum who have gotten the same message. I was shocked! I wrote back to Hanna asking what I had done that the client objected to. I also told her that I was angered by the implication that I was falsifying information on my surveys and that this accusation was an insult to my integrity. I have yet to hear back, and, if my experience follows that of others on this forum, I doubt I ever will. I am terribly disappointed in Branded Surveys. I thought that they were a decent, reputable company. It now appears I was mistaken.

This is my honest experience with this site - completed 31(!) surveys, got 1000 points (min required to redeem) but found no redeem option on the site. Contacted customer service. Got a reply from a bot: you must be either banned, using a proxy, or have used the site fraudulently!' Sent some screenshots of my account and a list of approved completed surveys. Silence from them since then. Lots of time wasted would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND.

If you used to know them, you don't know them at all! Points are now credited immediately, rather than the old two-week wait. They have a great selection of gift cards, or you can use PayPal or get a deposit right into your bank account. The minimum cash out is only $10, which you WILL get to fairly quickly with regular use. My only tiny complaint is you have to wait about 2 days for your prize, but it still comes faster than they say it will! I cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely gutted

I have been doing the surveys for about 2 months and loved doing them
Last week I was unable to access a survey - a message said ThIs is unavailable for you'.
I emailed them to be told my account had been blocked -
This was the response I received: Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys.

At Branded we expect our users to answer survey questions truthfully and to the best of their ability. There were issues with the surveys that you completed that our clients rejected.

Unfortunately, this has caused a block on your account and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The fact they blocked me without telling me and are more or less calling me a liar regarding the surveys I've completed (Gold member) is insulting and untrue.

I've emailed the, several times for a specific explanation to be ignored.

Shocking after I had really enjoyed taking their surveys, and upsetting.

Downward decline

Absolutely awful trying to deal with them. Finished a survey had proof it was finished, and they refused to award the points I was due. Then to add insult to injury, The points I did have were suddenly gone. Avoid this company, stick with someone reputable.
