I have been doing survey's for them over 2 years now and my account is locked they said l was not honest on a survey, they can put us though a whole bunch bull$#*! by going though these surveys stealing our information and they found all the problems with us. It supposed to be a survey not a test we supposed to give our own opinions. The only thing they tell us to do is contact customer service when they don't help they take more points than they give. I warned you all to be careful when you use this company because after a while they will lock you account for any reason.

I like doing these surveys but just out of curiosity I did them off and on from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. because I'm laid up due to surgery. Today, I opened 31 surveys and was only qualified for 3. Also, when you redeem your payment you have to have completed 2000 points before they pay you. Also, if you are doing this to earn money, don't hold your breath. It will take forever. Alot of my surveys are left open as well for whatever reason. I can't complete some of them because some of the surveys weren't safe and I was warned that the sites were dangerous or not secured. I've been getting surveys from Nielsen and you have to join up before you can do their surveys. They won't send me any because I live in Canada and I don't qualify but I still keep getting them. If you want something to do for very little money try this. It's interesting but like I said it won't make you rich. Not when some of the surveys give you 4 points and the survey is 25 minutes long. I'll keep doing them but I don't know for how much longer. I think the amount of payout should be higher than what it is.

I finally reached the minimum 1000 pts to receive $10.00 US payout (it took me a month), there is a 4-step process to cash-out, but there is a glitch in their system, it doesn't recognize my mobile # as a wireless, but as a landline, so I email numerous CSR's to correct the problem, I have to answer numerous security questions & send a screen shot of my wireless bill... Finally receive confirmation that I will be paid, but I'm still waiting? This is the Email I received...

About me: I was recentlly diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and recently broke my arm in a fall. I have extreme balance issues. While I have this disease, I pray for a cure everty day. I was a legal secretary for 40+ years.

I've had a great experience with Branded Surveys. I cash out every time I reach 1000 points for a $10 gift card.(just in case something goes wrong as it sometimes can with survey sites, that way I only lose 1000 points. No problems with this one so far) There are a lot of gift cards to choose from as well as PayPal. I know I won't qualify for every survey, but at least I get 1 to 2 points for each try. I've made $260 in gift cards since Feb using this site as well as four others. It takes up a lot of my time but since I can't work I've made this my job & I love it! I know I can't qualify for every survey since companies are looking for specific people to survey.(example: I drink Coke & they're looking for people who drink Pepsi, I will not qualify) Patience is needed if you want to be successful with this & you're not going to get rich, but to me this is such an easy & fun way to make extra money. You may take time with a survey, and after several minutes, it has gathered a lot of your information and then it tells you you were not a match for the survey. So... You've wasted a lot of time and received no points for your efforts

This survey site is alright but it doesn't pay very well. It took me doing 21 surveys to make $13.50 CAD. You can imagine how much time that took out of my life (average survey is 15 mins on here so it took 3 hours and 15 minutes to make $13.50. That's the equivalent of making $4.28 an hour. If you don't mind that then this site it okay! Myself I closed my account after calculating that.

Recently I have noticed a lot of unsolicited emails and I only do this survey service and one other. They do not sell your details but one of the companies that " branded" represent "Lucid" specifically say they do so I've now stopped doing their surveys. I also read very very quickly so I fill surveys quickly... maybe ask this in your "getting to know you surveys" because of this I have gone from excellent to poor in a week and when I come across a survey by Lucid I just back out it. Branded need to change their policies and who they work with an Amazon Boucher is not worth the hassle you get from unsolicited emails by the dozen!

So as my usual routine goes, I go into my email like I do every morning and click on the enclosed link that takes me to the direct survey. But lo' and behold a page states "Access Blocked" due to being that I'm not in the US. Now I wished that they had told me that back in 2020 when I was taking these from my Connecticut couch.

I had heart attack because branded survey block my account without any reason I was disappointed and i had heart attack i spent my two weeks to collect 1500 points and the block my account i email to branded survey but they are not replying I'm very upset and disheartened they should inform us before block our ids and we can redeem our points

Once you reach 1000 points, you can supposedly redeem points. However, you need to supply personal info which isn't necessary. They also require proof of your phone number? Why? They won't cash out your points until they're done phishing your private info.
