It is very easy to make money on this site but. They deactivated your account something and sometimes for no reason. When I try to ask what happened they send me a email. This already happened 2 times in 1 month and it happened to me again 2 days ago and I am still deactivated.
So asked if I could get it by email. My response was I could not redeem points without a cell phone (which I have) tried to explain to customer service who couldn't seem to understand that I just don't pay for texting on my plan. Hi team, a month of effort of hard work and earned 1200 points. However, I am unable to redeem it. Customer support mentioned my account is deactivated due to a systemic block. I've been using Branded Surveys for about a month and so far they have blocked my account TWICE for literally no reason. I only noticed after seeing that I was not receiving any surveys for a couple of days and the redeem option was not available, and when I reached out to them both times about it they said that their "inaccurate" "systemic blocks" have accidentally blocked my account. Seriously?! I live in Canada and I never use a proxy but they keep blocking me. Super annoying but the only upside to this site is how fast their payout is, received the first one in 1 day and just requested the second one, lets see how it goes

They have nicely high paying surveys from my experience. I sometimes get up to $2.50 for a 10-20 minute survey. Also, they have a lot of cashout options but my favorite is a prepaid visa.

If you don't want to get paid go branded, if you want phone calls all night go with branded surveys. To break your day up go branded they will tell you lies all day. I earned 8500 points.the minute you apply for cash they find imaginary survey faults... the latest comments were we don't work with Britain... scumbags lies and thieves.

When I requested to redeem your money, they deactivated my account and they did not give my money even I was a gold member. They stole my time. They stole my personal information. Also to redeem your money they ask for your adress and mobile number. I am afraid that they stole my adress and mobile number. They are cheaters. Brandedsurveys are cheaters.

I have been using this site for about a month, and in my experience it's one of the best out there. I've found that I qualify for a lot more surveys on this site, and when I do qualify, I receive my reward. On SurveyJunkie I would take surveys for hours just to not qualify. Also I like how Branded Surveys has a 'report survey' button. During the instance I had not received my reward for a survey, I contacted support and received by 60 pts a few days later. Customer service is good compared to other survey sites. My only issue is that withdrawals take a few days to process. Otherwise great site!

Payout promptly but requires you to complete quite a few surveys. Surveys should be worth more than alotted.

Fake Company. Waste of time, fraudulent company. Never pay you back. You end up spending hours and receive 10 points. This need 1000 points for withdrawal. 1000 points= $10 it will take 100 hours to earn $10 dollar

First I was doing 4different survey site including branded survey but then this site is the only one that is really giving me money so NOW im focusing on this one (disregard the rest) wow im making money for reals on this one. Why am I completing surveys on this website to find that I receive no points after wasting 20 minutes of my time? When I go back to look in the points section to raise an issue, the survey doesn't even exist, there is no log of the survey I have just done. This happens again and again with this website. Biggest bunch of thieves ever.

I find that quite a few surveys have you answer questions but then disqualify you at or close to the end. It feels a bit like theft. They get your time and information buy you get no compensation.

I've been a member for a while now, I've done a LOT of surveys (all easy and pretty quick), and I've cashed out quite a few times now. I haven't had any problems with the site or with getting paid. They started by stealing my points, and that makes makes me to reduce filling the questionnare.If you complain, they will pay back only one-quarter of stolen points.
