I tried to cash out when I reached 500 points and they banned my account. I contacted support 3 times and there is no answer. They don't want to pay.
Stay away from them!

I've had my account at Branded Surveys for about 3 months and would periodically go on and do surveys, and had amassed around 1,500 points or so. I tried to go onto my account to do surveys today, only to find a page telling me "oops! Looks like you are unable to participate in our surveys." Come to find many people are experiencing random account termination. I looked into the issue further, and come to find out within it's policy, it has written that it "does not have any commitment towards any Users, past or present. Branded may at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, discontinue the Branded Surveys Program, the Site, and all Services, for one or all of its Users." What an awful business policy. I have yet to hear back in an email from them, but I know it will most likely be something along the lines of "We are sorry, we care very much about the validity of our community, and find your account to violate our terms of service." I bet I will see that on a response from the company to this review as well, because it is very clear they are using automated responses to reviews most likely based on key words. I am a US resident, have not lied on my surveys, and am not using any sort of proxy or autofill bot. Obviously I lost around $15, which I most likely will never see, but I am encouraging everyone to stay away from Branded Surveys, because they are solicit free labor from people.

UPDATE: The company got back to me and accused me of being from a restricted country. This company is nothing but a scam. I am very much a United States citizen who hasn't been to a foreign country in years, and the only foreign country I've ever been to is Canada. This company was literally attempting to find any excuse in the book to try and terminate my account unjustly, but what can we expect but lies and deceit from a company trying to solicit unpaid labor from well-meaning people? Make sure to spread the word that this company is a scam to anyone who brings it up.

So far all the Surveys I have taken have been quite understand Understandable and easy. I think it's a great way to make some extra cash. Thank you!

It's very confusing doesn't really explain anything! Maybe if it had better instructions would be a lot more helpful

I have used branded surveys for over 1 year. They were wonderful then suddenly my account was locked. I answered the questions the same for one year how can suddenly they say I am giving false answers. I can't cash out my points.

I asked a question they gave me a standard response that did not answer my question. Then I sent another request which was just ignored.

I've been doing surveys with branded for a little over a year. And I always made sure to leave a review good or bad because most people only leave reviews when they are bad. I've only left good reviews because I have had great experiences with branded... until recently. I'm so disappointed to have to write this review. For the past 2 months have been the worst. I have only been qualify 1 survey out of 10. This is so surprising because I usually qualify for at least half or more in the past. And it's more frustrating when you are on the survey for more than 5-10 minutes and they say oops this wasn't a match for you. What do you mean, I've already have all the info you needed. And I've even completed some and never received credit for it. And last what drew the line is when it's showing I'm 99% done and BOOM you didn't qualify or "surveys fill up quick"! I'm so disappointed

This site is bad i earned points and they take it i can't even cash out. My account got suspended for absolutely no reason. WHAT A SCAM

It took me 3 hours to earn $5. Not worth anyone's time. That's just a little over a dollar an hour. Don't waste your time. As you go they give you less and less chances to earn big points. Which is why it took 3 hours to earn $5.

I get so many emails during the day. Every time I go to do a survey there are none. When I do get one slot of times I'm 15 minutes in and have answered all related questions and it tells me I'm not a match… it even has waited and then told me the quota is met. What a waste of my time. Seems a bit like scam… get all my answers but I don't get the points. It's getting frustrating. I have gotten points a couple of times. Normally when your not a match it gives you 3 points. Sometimes I don't even get that. Each point is worth a penny when you cash in. Someone needs to manage these surveys better. Don't send me an email at 4:15 and tell me to log on and when I do before 4:16 there are no surveys. Happens several times a day.

A week after the suspension of my account, no one answered me, as the suspension of the account meant closing the account permanently or temporarily

This is a school business. Centred around teaching students various things to know as far as education is concerned.

Branded surveys is by far the worst survey site you can join. Low paying point system and hard to withdraw. I just deleted my account with money owed to me. Don't join them, its much better paying and legit services out there.

I recently signed up for Branded Surveys and managed to accumulate a little over 24 thousand points (24 USD). I decided I wanted to cash out on an Amazon gift card, but when I went to do so, it was literally impossible. I tried to get into contact with the company, but received no type of response. I refreshed the page and logged in and out multiple times, but the button to cash out was non existent. I made sure that I had confirmed my email address and phone number as well as entered my address since it was required but still there was nothing. If the issue isn't fixed, I will report it to the BBB.

I guess I'm not the only one who's been denied their due. I submitted my request for a payout and was rejected. I was told that I violated some rule but was told what I did wrong. Branded surveys then had the audacity to suspended my account. I earn those points legit and nothing else. Countless emails but no one responds. Can someone connect me a supervisor or tell me what I did wrong. All I want is my money for giving my opinion.
